I recently purchased the Khaki shift dress and love it! It fit well and the quality of the fabric was great. Haven't worn it yet but looking forward to it.

I ordered a couple of items in November, after seeing a piece on the local news and thought some of the items would be good for Christmas gifts. I went to the site, selected my items, and paid for said items.
What should have been my first warning sign: expect shipping in 15-20 days of your order.
After two weeks, I tried contacting Morafly.com to inquire as to a shipping date. Waited 4 days and did not receive a reply.
I tried again and, again, no reply. And this went on for several more days.
I finally contacted them and told them I expected a reply in three days or I would be taking legal action (if, for no other reason, to warn others about their shady business practices).
I received a reply from customer service saying the items I had ordered were out of stock and I had the option of ordering other items or getting a refund. I replied I would take the refund and expect it in the coming 3 days (I figure, if they can immediately take my money for an order, they can also refund my money in a timely manner).
Do not order from this company.

The "15-20 day" shipping should have been my first clue that this was not going to end well for me.

None. Nothing ever arrived in the time-frame I was given when I ordered and I am now waiting on a refund. We'll see what happens with that...

Horrible! I had two orders places on June 22.20 and the one order GSHM7X00B000NLK I haven't received. This order was given a tracking number by UPS and I've contacted them and they haven't received anything other than a shipping label created. Advised I need to contact shein but no customer service? How do you contact a company with BOTS and have them help you to resolve an issue? The other I placed GSHM7Y00T0008P5 was delivered by Canada post with no problem! I've never had an issue with the two years I've been ordering here! Never! The one time I get UPS and i don't get my package. It says it's in Toronto and it's been cleared by customs same as the previous order but that got picked up by Canada post. Please help! I just want my package or I'll have to call my credit card company and dispute the charge since UPS said they can't do anything.

My first order from SheIn was a bit of a challenge because I didn't know how funky the sizes can be and I didn't know about returns. Now, 7 orders later, I have it all figured out.
First, ya'll need to know your measurements. Don't assume a Medium is a Medium, look at the measurements they provide you! I'm normally a Medium but have found myself ordering Large or Extra Large on some items and they fit perfectly.
Second, GET THE RETURN INSURANCE! Its $1.99 and its SO EASY. I will order a bunch of items, get the insurance, and easily return the items I don't like or don't fit. After you confirm the delivery, the "return items" link will appear *if you got the insurance*. Then you select the items you wish to return and they email you a shipping label. On one order the link didn't appear, so I submitted a ticket and told them which items I didn't like... bam, shipping label showed up in my email.
If ya'll will simmer down, use a little common sense, and be patient... you will LOVE shopping with SheIn. Cute stuff for great prices!

If you order from this site and actually get the items you ordered DO NOT TRY AND RETURN THEM. You are going to have better luck just taking them to Platos closet and selling them. I've been waiting over a month on an update on my return and I've heard nothing, apparently, it hasn't even gotten to the warehouse. I ordered my clothes in the middle of Covid-19 and they arrived to my house faster so I know that Covid-19 is not an excuse.

I ordered a jacket for this weekend. Ordered it Sept 13, and still have no Idea where it is. I have contacted the company 5 times already and I only get that it has been shipped. Not why is it still in China after two weeks? Terrible customer service. Never order from this company, you can get better clothes, shipped free, and arrived in a day or two. Or you can throw your money in the air and let it blow over to china and maybe get an order. But the USA has better product, better service, better everything.
