Bought this baby change bag for my baby who was born last year. The first day I used it in the hospital, the zip of the main compartment broke. This was disappointing but the bag still worked and I had just had a baby so I had no time to contact Shein. A few months later, the material of the bottle compartments started coming away. This gradually became worse and worse. The stitching is now coming away from the straps. I contacted Shien and they told me I was over the 60 day period so couldn't get a replacement. I asked to be referred d to a manager and they told me I was over the 45 day period to be able to get a replacement. So there is no guarantee that their products will last more than 45 (or 60 days, I was told different information). The bag is something I wanted to be able to use for at least you 18 months and it lasted 5 months. Really disappointed and would not recommend anyone purchases this. I have attached some photos of the poor quality parts of the bag plus a photo of the bag itself.

I ordered several items on my first purchase. I did not know this was a company in China. I received 1 of the several items I ordered and I received it quickly I did not know there were other distribution centers in the US. I emailed the company which said my order had been "delivered." I emailed them to let them know I just received 1 item. I received back a lengthy email all in CHINESE. Of course I couldn't read it! I emailed a few more tomes wanting a refund or for the other items be sent. Nothing a joke! Don't bother with this rip off company. I also had placed an order with 2 other companies from China. I bought 26 items from Temu. I did not receive them because of a shipping problem. I emailed them right away and heard back immediately from them. They offered a very fair refund and I knew they lost money but I wanted these items and they sent all 26 items at no expense to me! I had to email them about 3 times and they responded IMMEDIATELY. Wow the absolute best customer service I have ever seen in a company. Their prices were much better than Shein. I will be a life long customer but I think people need to know and also the horrible experience with Shein. If I could give them a minus 1 I would. Try Temu!

Ordered an item from this company on Amazon. It worked out ok, so I used their site to order a few more items. It seemed a little fishy that everyone love, love, looooved every single item, but SM being what it is, I figured maybe just enthusiastic fans.
I didn't have super high expectations for discount Chinese clothes, but one item I ordered ended up being only vaguely similar to the site description. The size, fabric, and construction were so different it resembled a cheap homemade copy, and was sized for a doll or a small child (site-listed measurements were a complete fantasy)
I submitted a return ticket immediately and wrote up a review. After about three days they responded by asking me to ship the shirt back at my own expense, and didn't even provide a package insert, let alone postage. Considering how completely mis-described the item was, a prepaid label should have been automatic.
Shortly afterword, they disapproved my review. While the review was negative, it was honest, appropriate, and descriptive. They have thus far made various excuses why they won't post it. (spoiler: it's because it has fewer than four stars)
Come to find out, this company is rather notorious. They pay "points" for reviews that buyers can use to get discounts/free clothes. And of course if you leave a negative review, they don't approve it, and you don't get paid. Gently put, this is a flat out scam. Worse, some of you are posting glowing reviews for free crap while the rest of us are getting shafted. Not cool, ladies.

Note to whatever halfwit dropped the form letter below: There is no such thing as "light and pixel problems." The product was of abominably low quality, the size was several inches too small.
You have demanded photos of the issues three times now, and each time I provide them (complete with tape measure!) you folks get amnesia. After ten days of various requests for descriptions, more descriptions, and detailed photos, they've offered me a *coupon.*

I ordered three items from sheinside.com and after 4 and a half weeks, i finally received it. When I anxiously opened the package, the sweater I bought was already stretched out and unthreaded in the shoulder, then shorts were tearing at the seams, and I didn't even receive my third item! I ordered a tuquoise skirt but received ugly $#*! low-rise capri light blue jeans that cut off half way from your upper thigh to your knee. I contacted sheinside but there responses were very slow, taking two days each time to respond to my angry emails. I constantly asked for a phone number to call, but they would ignore me and ask to give me $5 compensation. The skirt costed $11 so I just kept asking to have the skirt shipped to me, providing an order ID number, pictures, everything! At one point, they asked me what items were mistakes and if I could send them pictures, when an email before, I provided such information. They tried to trick me into opening the package of the capri jeans and take a picture, but I read online in their return policy that once you open the package you cannot return it. They ended up saying "Sorry cannot do that. We will give five US dollar compensation. Good day." It's like this person doesnt speak english. Oh and I haven't gotten the $5 compensation by the way. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

I felt compelled to review sheinside.com after all the horrible reviews I've read on here. First of all, I have to address the shipping. It comes from China, the description is on the website and my order came to me in one week-for free shipping I believe its great. My tracking number wasn't fake, and I was able to track my order online with no issues. You have to sign for the package, but I wasn't home so DHL left the slip for me to sign and hang on my door in case I wanted for them to leave the package without me being there, so no problem there either.
After visiting this site I freaked out about the sizes and changed all my smalls for the mediums, even though I followed the measurements on the site and I came up as small. Well, I am 5'9 and the mediums are slightly too loose. So if you follow the sizes on the website and measure yourself correctly you shouldn't have any problems. Even in US 4 in Gap is different from a size 4 in American Eagle, etc, so it is important to follow each brand's measurements instead of blaming the website.
The quality of the clothes are very nice-I even got some clearance items and they are as pictured. Love the styles and for the price the clothes are perfect! Very unique, and you are definitely are not going to run into three other girls in the mall wearing the same top as you!
Oh, and by the way, when I was exchanging sizes (ugh) I used web chat and the representative got connected to the chat room within a minute. So I am not sure why others had problems.
So... Do your research with sizes, note the shipping and shop on. I will definitely shop at sheinside again!

I guess that I was somewhat lucky. I ordered 1 blouse. They did not have it in stock even though it was listed like it was, and they did not tell me until 11 days later. But they did send an informative email saying the state of the problem, and explaining that I could get a refund or an exchange, and that the exchange could be for an item $10 more than the one I bought. I chose one cheaper, but they charged me somewhere in the middle between the two items anyway. It arrived 13 days after they shipped it (and they shipped it 21 days after my initial order date of the out-of-stock blouse) and though I was not at all surprised, I was disappointed to see that what was promised as chiffon was actually cheap polyester. But the style was accurate and as pictured, except for differences in transparency and length of neckline, which were inconvenient and subjectively minor or major. But I had expected much worse based on these reviews. The store was satisfactory, but not much more than that, and I wouldn't risk buying from them again, especially because the quality of the clothing is not worth it.

I placed an order for a few items. One of my items was out of stock, so I quickly picked a replacement and responded to the ticket within the same day. Then my order sat for 7 business days and finally I receive my shipping confirmation message. So, I check on the track a few days later, it hasn't moved. A few more days, it still hasn't moved. They processed the shipment and sat on the package for 7 more days. Finally it moves and eventually I get my package. When I opened my first item, a pair of jeans, they were damaged. The belt loops weren't even fully sewn on, they were just lose hanging straps. So, I sent a ticket with pictures asking to return it. The first response was to keep it and they will give me $5. What? After a few tickets, I'm finally getting someone to understand that I am returning it because of their error but they want me to pay for the return shipping. I should not be responsible for return shipping fees when the reason for my return is because the company sent me something damaged. I understand that whomever is on the other line doesn't speak English which is making this situation far more complicated than it has to be.

This is the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. The clothes were nothing like they looked in the pictures, they look a lot cheaper and the fabric is even cheaper. To let you get a sense of how bad the quality is, its like getting apparel from the Chinese website Taobao and reselling it on the shein website at 10x the price. I was so disappointed when I recieved my package I wanted a refund immediately. But it took them 15+ days to refund my order plus I had to pay to ship it back to them. WORST ONLINE SHOPPING SITE EVER, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE.

A co-worker told me about this site and how she loved it and got her stuff shipped quickly. I decided to try it out and I am HIGHLY disappointed. I placed my order on October 9th. I don't expect to see any of my items for another month. I was hoping they would ship in time for a wedding I am attending on the 19th and also for Halloween on the 31st. So far only 1 item has shipped but that was over 1 week ago. USPS still hasn't even received the package. The other 2 items have not been shipped yet either. The estimated shipping time say between 5 to 28 business days so technically they're still in the time frame.
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE UNLESS YOU DON'T MIND RECEIVING YOUR PACKAGE 1 MONTH LATER. This site is a hit or miss! They are probably shipping these items straight from China. If i had known that. I would have never ordered from Sheinside.

If you cant handle having a website that provides millions if not billions of othing, then maybe this business isn't for you. I have spent numerous amounts of money thinking they actually care about the orders and their customers because that's the image they portray. NOPE NOPE NOPE far from it.
I am outraged that I have placed over 12 orders with this company I have been supporting, I will not support anymore.
I placed 3 orders at the same time. I really didn't want to spend lots of money on clothing but who can really resist?. I placed my 4 orders and 3 were paid for with PayPal and the 4th was paid with the pay bright app. I ordered all the orders the same day and they took a few days to even try packaging my 4th order which I don't understand because 3 of my orders have shipped and the 4th one is just sitting there ( it states my package will be packed, and I will be charged ONCE SHIPPED)
I was charged and then told after they did not have the items which to me is uncalled for because the package was paid for before it was even shipped which is not stated in the website.
I am not impressed.

Hi so I ordered from shein many times and they always use to use FedEx, UPS or USPS now lately there using a weird carrier SPEEDEX AIRCITY suppose to be there personal delivery why these people leave my package unattended and it was stolen 2xs they don't have a number nothing you try to get in touch with shein you practically can't and when you do finally find a way they don't give refunds without a major hard time.

I have bought alot of items from shein over a long period of time. Although the items are not always as described you can return them free shipping but they do not always get them refunded back properly. They used to have good customer service people over there and they would take care of it asap. Now the customer service stinks. They have the worst agents. Wanting to argue with you over little piddly things and you have to go back many times to try to get the problem fixed with them. The last straw was my shein points expired and i was not alerted to this when i checked them. All i did was ask them to replace them so i could place my order. How hard is this? Only 200 points 2.00? And they have to argue with you about it? They are no good anymore. They are careless and they have terrible customer service. They want to loose a customer over this? They argue over everything we ask them to fix. Get rid of those agents and get better people back in there. I dont buy from them anymore i cant take the bad poor service. They dont listen. They refused to simply add back some points to my account from my last order. Appalling.
