Following my last review on the wrong item bring sent and poor service recovery thereafter, the retailer has since relented to my insistence on having the correct product being sent to me free of charge.
They have also offered me a discount for further purchases.
I thought it is only fair to out a closure to this episode.
Would I make another purchase from this website again? I am not sure at this stage.

Ive been ordering from Shein for a while and never had a problem until now! I recently placed an order and the very next day I get notification from my bank telling me there was suspicious activity on my card! Someone took out a convenience check for $3,000 using my credit card info! I've heard of this happening to other people who have used their card through shein but never believed it until now. This will be my last order with them. Do not risk your credit card information it is not safe!

I recently ordered from sheinside and let me tell you, the experience was great. The website was easy to navigate and the shopping cart options were simple and very similar to other websites I am used to using. Even my not-so-tech-savvy girlfriend figured it out! After I ordered, the shipping process was pretty seamless. I was up to date with all of the necessary information to anticipate my order on time. I'd gladly use this company again and recommend it to others! I normally do not write reviews, but when I do it is for a really good service and I am overall happy with the outcome of this transaction.

Order placed April 3. I got notice of "shipping" on April 3 also. I thought that was great. It is now April 11 and UPS is STILL waiting on the package. Do not order if you are expecting updates. Cannot reach customer service. Frustrating.

On September 29 I looked thru the basket and decided to checkout. I clicked check out securely. So on the next page you can add your coupons, check if its going to the right address, shipping method etc. But instead of doing that it directly takes the payment from my card of $ 266.56. I thought it was a mistake on my side and immediately cancel the transaction.
So I do it again and go thru the exact same situation and once again cancelled my transaction. I don't know who to get in touch with for my refunds. They don't have a customer service in place i can talk to. They just have a bot. Now Shein has take $533.12 from my account and I cant find a phone number or email where i can complaint. Please dont not buy from them. This is a scam. No phone number or customer service in place

I've been buying from Shein for a year now. They have stylish clothing for cheap, and free shipping. I have been happy with all the items I've received, and whenever I have questions, customer service is always quick to respond. They are based in London, and so a transfer fee is included in your price, which you might not realize until you get the charge, but it's very cheap. My number one go-to to shop at. Would highly recommend!

The website looked very professional... I had no idea this stuff was made in China and shipped on a row boat to the US so that it took weeks upon weeks to arrive.
Most annoying is that they big a big deal of SAYING they ship your stuff within 24 hours... so you think... great! But like it said... it takes FOREVER to arrive. Ordered a dress 3 of Dec and probably won't arrive for Xmas. Customer service is prompt on chat... but you can tell it's foreigners typing in canned responses in English to the problems people must be complaining about daily. And if you want a refund they make it such a hassle you will end up saying F it.
NEVER AGAIN. And I haven't even got my dresses yet but I'm not expecting much at this point.

Never will I order from this company Shein ever again Ord'd two Kimonos... one was great and kept the other was way too big. Did not receive a return slip and took a lot of time finding where to send back. Finally got an email with an address to return and have never (one month ago) gotten my refund on my Visa charge... They need better customer service... Never again will I buy from them even though their prices are great and the clothes are nice...

I was able to get my sister, mother, best friend, AND myself presents for what it would have cost me to buy half of the stuff I bought here. I love sheInside. My floral sweater fit perfectly and was great quality. Shipping was not bad - pretty normal speed in my opinion. Customer service was fast and very friendly. This is my favorite shopping website. Not even amazon can beat their prices. They have not disappointed me. I will be happy to give them my business in the future.

I've never had a problem with this site and use it often. As per usual my item (a very snazzy vintage dress) came swiftly and was exactly as I expected from the picture on the site. I also found the quality to be great and am getting regular compliments when out and wearing it. My only regret is that I didn't use this site to get all my friends Christmas presents from this year as now I think about it, it's the perfect place to shop for them!
If all sites were like this one I think it'd make online shopping a whole lot easier... And more affordable.

What a great experience! I was worried by the previous reviews but I did not have any issue with my order. The items arrived in a timely fashion and they were exactly as described. From order to delivery took a little less than three weeks but it was worth the wait to get my adorable clothes! Everything arrived in time for me to wrap for Christmas gifts.My birthday is coming up and I will be shopping here again and treating myself!

First, the things you buy are legit. The issue isn't the product. The issue is the attempt at processing orders you don't place.3 times I've received decline notices for orders and items I have never even sought out let alone put in a cart. So SHEIN does try to create orders to ship based on your previous purchases, and then tried to push through the sale. Fortunately my cc notifies me immediately. Because of this, I've deactivated my SHEIN account. Attached are the recent attempted orders. Ironically, I have never before purchased sportswear or even shown a preference to it.

Clothes are cute. Price is right. Processing and shipping absolutely terrible. Ordered on a Monday. Never received a confirmation. Only saw funds deducted from my account. Fed Ex just received my order today the following Tuesday. It's been 6 business days plus the weekend. So 8 days total just to get to Fed Ex. Now my order is traveling from NJ to me in FL. By the time I get this order it will be at least 2 weeks if not more from the day I placed the order. Ridiculous. If there is a delay in certain items perhaps you should let the customer know. At this point, I'm not even sure all my items even shipped together. Who knows?! I could have driven to your distribution center and back by now. This will be my first and last order with this company which sucks because it's cute clothing.

SheIn is one of my favorite sites to purchase clothing. I've ordered about 5 times now and am impressed by the quality for the price. Not all clothing is the same size, but if you read the reviews and the sizing charts, they fit perfectly. Everytime that I have had an issue with an order, their customer service was helpful. I order some Men T-shirts and they charge me fir it, however the day after they send me an email to let me know that they can't take my order because theirs fraud department said my shopping is not trusted.
I just dont get. Why they charge me but they said I might be a fraud.?
Now I have to wait 14 days for my refunds and I can't buy somewhere because I have no money.

I ordered the Black Floral Loose Chiffon Kimono and I have to say it was worth the money I spent and the time waited for it. It's my new favorite clothing piece to wear with everyday wear. My friends are really trying to figure out where I got this and it's fun to watch them guess. I love their selection of shirts too and it matches my personality just right and for a great price! I'm definitely going to be ordering more from this site, especially shirts and a few pieces of jewelry they have on the site, their stuff isn’t like other sites that I’ve ordered from.

Thought I was ordering from H&M as Shein popped up Foolishly thought it was outlet. One month, nada then email from Shein they were going to cancel for delivery prob, package shows up w/ labels ripped, no invoice shoddy merchandise now too late to return but there's no phone# or way to contact. I would call this mail fraud.
