I place a order may 08/2022 and supposed be shipped on may 10/2022 and deliver on may 19 as a express mail delivery i spent 233.34 in my order. They take the money out from my bank on may 09/2022, then i receive a email that they need a 6 digit of my authorization code from my bank, so because i do not understand what they mean, i start to talk to some one in the live chat they have for costumer services. They asking me for a screenshot of my transaction... i send it. Well next day i go to chat again, they said it was decline, they need my copy of my ID and i need to call my bank so my bank can give me the 6 numbers code. Whattttt? But wait a minute, you have the money already why you need more inf.? They said for security purpose, i mean of whattt? I cancel my order. By the way this is my second experience with this website SHEIN... the first one order never came and they refund the money, and now this is my second order and that's what happened. DONT TRUST SHEIN BAD EXPERIENCE AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I have had a terrible experience and it's still not over. When I first contacted customer service about exchanging an item, they responded immediately to all of my questions. They said I had to pay to send the items back for an exchange or return. It's 2015, almost all online shopping has free returns or exchanges, or at least a pre-paid return label that charges a decent flat fee. I didn't want to pay their $8.99 fee to return the item and then maybe have to pay it again if the exchanged item still didn't work out, so I said I was just going to make a return. And guess what? They stopped responding to emails. I would have to email multiple times and when they did respond they wouldn't even answer my questions. I specifically asked them to send me a return label - no response. I asked a second time, they said I had to go weigh my package. (Who has ever had to go weigh their package for a return?) I emailed back with the weight and said I needed my return label sent immediately. (You only have 30 days from delivery to return an item and my time was almost up.) NO RESPONSE. I emailed again saying I don't understand how they can ignore me know that I am returning product. DEAD SILENCE. I am sure they were waiting out their time so that they wouldn't have to accept my return and refund my money. I mailed the package myself and emailed the company one last time with my tracking number explaining that I would not buy from them again for their blatant scamming. Still zero response. Originally I received responses same day but now it's been days of them ignoring me. Who knows if they will try to scam me out of my refund too. PLEASE don't buy from this company, *maybe* you'll luck out and get a decent product but based on my experience (and so many others) you will just be throwing your money away.

I ordered five shirts from SheIn and they confirmed my order on 8/21/16 and I chose the 1 week shipping order and I have yet to know the whereabouts of my order. I saw that the package has been shipped and tried to track my order with the tracking number **************060 and it linked me to the FedEx website where I can track where my order is but for one whole week it has been still stuck on the "FINISHED LABEL"' option and it hasn't changed the status on my order in ONE WHOLE WEEK. It says it supposed to ship to NJ, but my package has yet to move for a week now and still on the finished label option. I am very disappointed that we are lied to about the shipping time because this ridiculous that my order has not changed in one week. There is no set time on when it will arrive in NJ or anywhere. I am really hoping that I get my order in at some point and will be really upset if they don't get anything in the mail at all and this company just steals my

They lied about updates on tracking statuses. Every time I got notifications that said update on your order. So I checked and no change in the status. I contacted chat room but they didn't reply back. So I deleted SHEIN account and I deleted the app.

I placed an order on 1/19/2016.
One item in my order was labeled to be shipped in 24 hours. I chose this for my birthday dress because of the 24hours I knew I'd get it in time. Once it was 24 hours I checked the status and noticed it still was being processed so I inquired customer service. The next day they responded with the black dress was actually not ready for 24 hour shipping to please give them a couple more days
((SO WHY DID YOU ADVERTSE IT FOR 24 HOUR SHIPPING?!?!?))
Obviously I am eager to get these items which is why I carefully choose them according to the shipping time frames that were advertised the day I placed my order. And here we are today, I have contacted customer support three times with no response on my stuff.
My order (both dresses) STILL show "processing" as of today (1/31/2016)
If I checked off expedited shipping, the order should be shipped ASAP. If they labeled the items to be shipped in 24 hours, THEY SHOULD SHIP IN 24 HOURS. Otherwise it is considered FALSE ADVERTISEMENT.
I used PayPal, my money was taken SAME DAY MY ORDER WAS PLACED yet the past three times I've inquired about my stuff not a single person has responded and its been three days... you have my money and you haven't shipped my stuff and its been well past the "delivery time frame y'all give" and no response from customer service? What the hell people.
And of course there is no number to contact.
Needless to say I have learned my lesson. I will take my business elsewhere, this is outrageous and ridiculous, but I will not settle for this treatment especially when you have MY MONEY!
