I love do shopping on Shein shop online. I can be always stylish and don't spend much money.
Everything arrive quickly and is just like on the photo.
Please take always your size, not less, not more so it will suit you well.

I ordered 50 of the pink long sleeve cat queen print straight dress for my friend and I's boutique. We checked the sizes on-line before ordering and once we got them, they were all true to size which I appreciate. The fabric was way softer than I expected and the cat print was even more adorable in person. Everything was packaged nicely and got to us a day ahead of schedule. I definitely recommend this site as I'm about to place another order as we speak.

I complained to Shein in September about a dress which I ordered with special delivery and came several days late, not only that but the dress was of very poor quality and the strap ripped off after one wear. The customer service team denied my dress turning up late completely and after several emails back and forth offered me 35% off my next purchase. This I thought was a cheek because I'd never order from this site again. You definitely get what you pay for and I am appalled with the service.

I have not yet tried any pieces from SheIn. I have seen good and bad reviews. I would like to say to anyone who is reading this. This comes from China so you should expect to get your items quite late. Yes The prices are cheaper than most, so some of the clothing material might not feel the greatest. By looking at the pictures of the clothes, they are really cute. I'd say be adventurous and try it out.

I ordered some sunglasses over a month and a half ago. My card was charged, but still haven't received what I ordered. I've submitted several tickets to their customer support line, and the response I got was "your order is on it's way"... Really? No tracking number, no estimated time of arrival, nothing. Just "on it's way"... And I was told that it was "on it's way" two weeks ago and here I am still with nothing.

DONT BUY FROM THEM. They take your money but don't deliver the product. Fraudulent company for sure.

I'm 100% satisfied with the customer service, the quality of the products and the bargain prices that SheInside offers! They have such nice styles to offer on their site - styles that you rarely find at these prices. I needed help with sizing and sent customer service a message, expecting a reply in a week or so. But only a few hours later I had a reply! Honestly, don't go anywhere else. SheInside offers free shipping, cheap yet stylish clothes and an easy-to-use site. What more could you want?!

I ordered a Gold Long Sleeve Vintage Crop Sweater from sheinside.com. I was extremely pleased with the service we received. The dress was exactly what we expected, and wanted. The quality is very good and it arrived in a very short amount of time. The selection offered at this site was incredible and anyone would be crazy to pay boutique prices when these are quality dresses at great prices The hardest part of placing this order was making the decision on which dress to pick. The quality and fabric could definitely be improved but for the price, I think they actually are not that bad. They seem to be able to knock off current trends rather rapidly which is a plus for us people who cannot afford the real thing. There are definitely some diamonds if you search for them. The shipping time is the worst because mostly everything comes from China so expect about 2-4 weeks for delivery. This is not a site to buy from if you need a dress the next day.

A buddy's girlfriend told me about this website, so purchased a short sleeve chiffon shirt for my girlfriend from them, and she is so happy with it! For the price, we were amazed at the quality.

It arrived within the specified timeframe (4 days) and was received in perfect condition. I would definitely use Sheinside again, and the free shipping is definitely a bonus.

Ordering was also breeze – I could log in using my Facebook account - and all up the hardest part was my girlfriend choosing something from their vast collection!

I absolutely adore my new clutch from SheInside! It's pink and perfectly accented with a gold clip and you could never tell what a bargain I got for the price (called the "Pink Fashion Envelope PU Clutch Bag"). The website was easy to navigate, the options were endless, payment went quickly, and the order was perfect! I will be sure to use this for more fashion needs and have been recommending the site to all my friends. The clothing is beautiful, unique, and fun; the prices are unbeatable. You won't be disappointed!

Horrible experience with returning merchandise to this company. They have no phone to contact them. I followed their return instructions and had to contact them because after receipt of my merchandise for 1 week, still no refund. I finally got in touch with someone by chat, and Noe informed me that it would take another week to process my refund. I asked for a supervisor's name and she gave me Kevin, but it's night in China right now, so I guess I can't talk to him. I just want me refund. I paid your company right away, I want my refund. Very mad!

I'm a choosy girl all the way and when I buy clothing, I pick styles that will last through fads. This is why I loved my purchases from SheIn. I received my first order of tops and a printed maxi dress for summer and absolutely loved them, now my second order is on the way.
Got delivery on time & items were exactly as described. Quality was good comparing to the price. Overall it was a great shopping experience.

I ordered 9 pieces, 5 tops & 4 pairs of pants. All items came to about $140 with all of the holiday discounts & being a first time buyer, etc. When the items arrives I was in disgust at how cheap everything was & nothing looked like the online photos. Additionally, everything was too big. I followed their measurement charts & bought everything in size medium; I should have purchased size small in everything, but the sizing is weird. Their sizing chart is not right for hour glass figures. At first returning was simple, but I never received a full refund from the items. You can not speak to anyone, or even chat online. There is NO customer service. Buy elsewhere!

I came here to write a review 'cause I liked the sheinside.com. I saw a lot of bad reviews here and I don't understand why they're here. Either I'm lucky or bad reviews are purchased. What pleased in the first place so it's price. Cheap, but good quality. I also had no problems with delivery, the dress arrived 2 days before promised. By the way, I bought that dress on a girlfriend's birthday, so it was very important that it arrived in time. Generally, I have no complaints. Great service.

First off let me say that, for the relatively low prices, the clothing is usually very nice. I don't mind waiting the weeks it takes to receive my items because of the low priced. HOWEVER, the site is not easily navigated at all. I just made a purchase and wanted to use the coupon code for 15% that kept flashing in front of me. On the coupon it said there would be an area in which to input the code when checking out but there wasn't…and I looked everywhere. Really disappointing.

There is no doubt, 'sheinside.com' is a great site for shopping to look for alternative and unique fashion. I wanted to buy Army Green Tying Surplice Sleeveless V Neck Split Pockets Dress for the new years from it. I paid extra to have my items shipped express, that was on Monday, it is now Wednesday and they are still processing. This is a joke. I cannot find anywhere to cancel and hopefully get my money back. I'm sure they will say 24 hours on that too and take 1-3 weeks. Don't order! I don't wanna hear please be patient bc your website said ships in 24 hours!

Okay so it's been 2 good weeks since i've ordered my jumper and still no delivery? You proclaimed that it would be shipped in 24 hours and yes i did receive an email telling me its been shipped so at first i was entirely happy and beyond excited. But 2 weeks? 2 weeks and its still not here! I got real curious as into why it took so damn long, i checked the status of my order again and it said shipped. BUT when i went to go track my order, why did it tell me its " WAITING ON SHIPMENT" and its currently in some country/place i've never heard of.! I honestly don't know how you can tell your customer one thing but really the exact opposite is happening. Im really getting impatient & quite disappointed because i needed my order for a special event coming up in 2 days. This is my first order from your website and i gotta say, its a very bad first experience & reflection upon your company. Please get back to me asap and explain thoroughly what is going on with my order.

I have spent hundreds of dollars from Shein. I purchased a pair of sandals for $30 and wore them twice. The whole sole came unglued. I contacted Shein's customer service and was told that they could not be returned because the were "used". A $30 pair of shoes should not break within 2 times of wearing them.

You better you hope you don't need anything from this company because the customer service is the worst I've ever seen next to Poshmark. I know the perception here is that the prices are good but the value proposition is terrible. The merchandise falls apart or breaks and you can find better quality merchandise at US based discount stores. It's all good here until it's not. Besides, should we really be supporting Chinese companies?!

Purchased product from shein.co.uk. Returns procedure states easy return process. There is NO mention the clothes have to be sent back to USA at my cost.

Instead was given a Belgian address to return product to. Sent product but no refund yet. I have chased it and they are delaying.

This company is ripping U. K. Customers off! I wish I had read reviews before purchasing.

Shein is false advertising. Online while shopping they show you one price and also they state estimated price. Then once the items are in your shopping cart the prices increase. Then once completely at the check out when ready to pay. The prices triple from the price that a person view when shopping for an item. Please be careful when shopping or a person may end up spending more than they expect too.
