I ordered about $130 worth of clothing and then the next day I had all of my money taken out of my account! It started with just 0.99 cents, then $9.99, then $49.99, and then much more money. I was so shocked because this has never happened to me before in the years I have been purchasing from them. I did some research and saw that many people had the same thing happen to them when purchasing from Shein. Don't risk buying from them because you may be the one that they steal from :(

The worst online store ever. I bought some clothes on october 05. Today is november 17 and they have been telling me that in a few days my clothes will be shipped. They are thieves I'm so angry and frustrated. And from panama and i purchased a lot of jackets because i moved to united states and I have been waiting for them to use them in winter and I'm freezing myself. I want a refund. This online store is a scam. I don't recommend it at all. Its a scam. They are irresponsible and liars! The shipping information is false. She inside is affecting people. Bought an outfit, and paid expedited shipping costs to ensure that it would be here in time. My shipment email came through and a few days later I checked my account and it was labeled "delivered". I still haven't received it! I left a ticket and customer service acts like I'm dumb. They said I changed it to say delivered and that I didn't pay extra for shipping. Hi, I purchased a nice vintage dress from www.shein.com for my wife to attend my company’s yearly dinner party. The dress fitted her very well as she received many compliments throughout the night which made her feel really good and made me even happier about my purchase. The ordering process was pretty easy to complete and the product was shipped on time as was stipulated when making the purchase. The dress was properly packaged and although nobody was at home to receive the product when they first arrived, they returned later in the day. I ordered a total of six items and out of that I returned four. I sent it three days priority but happened to lose my tracking number. It's been two weeks and I keep asking them if they received it and they just kept asking for a tracking number when I told them I lost it. I'm out $80 plus return shipping and they want to close the ticket now. Very unhappy with this website. I normally wear a small to extra small at times and their one size is ridiculous. I can barely put it on or my arm through. Please guys, be careful with these websites.

The dresses that I ordered were not as advertised. The material Quality being inferior and some stitching defects were also there, owing which I wanted to process a return, I initiated a return minutes after receiving the order... But even after raising 5 tickets and getting three messages and commitment from their end for the pickup, even after 10 days there is no pickup of the products from my place. So I will never recommend anyone to buy from Shein. Very bad experience

OK, I bought a few shirts and a pair of jeans. 2 shirts have already shipped and they were delivered. The 2 shirts I received were great. Amazing material, not cheap at all. I was very impressed with the quality of clothing at SheInside and was able to get a discount using their sale codes. My daughter also just loved the shirt I got her. I ordered a Bag for my mom for her birthday. And I was surprised when they delivered the product on the correct date (set by me). The packaging done was looking very beautiful and it didn’t seem to have any kind of breakage. When I opened the package the bag was the same as it was in the picture. I placed a fairly large order with them and have yet to receive a confirmation email. When I log into my account it shows 1 previous order I placed with them a year ago - not the current one. My bank has processed the amount but there is no record of my order! Customer service will not get back to me.

They were able to get in touch with me and find my order. They were on holiday when I was trying to get in touch. Definitely google chinese holidays when you are lacking response. They all may be out of work for 1 week-1 month.

I bought a total of 19 items from Shein. On June 28,2023, my things were returned (12 items), and proof was sent to Shein. Upon return, Shein's website showed items were received, etc. They said 1 of the 12 items was not refundable, so only 11 of my things should have been refunded. As of a month today, they are now telling me items returns were not received at the warehouse. From the photos, items were received, and they refused to refund me my money. I have created chat after chat, and all the representatives do is say they are investigating concerns and nothing has been done. They cannot assist me, and you can't communicate with a human. I do not recommend ordering from Shein because they scam you.

I have been a loyal customer for years, and they suddenly started scamming me. They don't allow live chat anymore, and there is no way to get refund. I tried ticket repeatedly and just get the same bot messages that refuse to help or else they just close the ticket with no help. I am going to have to do chargeback and never shop here again. They will also be reported to the FTC. Very disappointing that customer service is suddenly non-existent after I was sent an entire order of wrong sizes.

This site is a scam. They sent me a notification that the item I already paid for is out of stock and to exchange it for another item. I selected another item. But they gave me a completely different item than what I selected in my order. Instead of helping me get this fixed; they suddenly made false accusations against me that I was trying to commit fraud against them(with no proof or any explanation). And they said because of that, they banned my account and can't help. This is illegal and I will be starting a lawsuit, if this is not fixed. This site is pure evil. Wanting a site glitch fixed is not fraud. It is their job to provide what I ordered.

I really love everything that Sheinside has. They're clothes are so cute and I'm absolutely in love with my sweater. It's really comfortable and soft. The price is probably just right, not to expensive not too pricey.

First of all, out of the three items I bought only two of them actually shipped within 24 hours. I have a tracking number for that and am praying that it will actually arrive. Second, my order is supposed to be expedited shipping yet the third item that is supposed to be shipped within 24 hours is STILL processing after nearly 5 days. I have now submitted two tickets and an email asking customer service when they will ship that last item out, because I am moving in 10 days.
