I don't normally buy clothes from online sites, but I tried SheIn and it works perfectly! They have a large selection of really cute clothes for ladies and it's very affordable. The size and description is also very detailed and accurate. And you always get FREE shipping for ALL orders! Shipping time is reasonable and if you have any problems with your product, the customer service team respond to you very fast. Highly recommended!

Save your money and buy something better. The fabric quality is absolute garbage. Everything fits a litle small and awkwardly. The shirts are back alley knock offs of someone else's designs. Don't waste your time or money.

I had never used this web store before. My first time around. I ordered several items for my daughter's birthday. Her birthday has come and gone and she has not received any of the things that I bought for her. I can't track her shipment since it was free shipping. Apparently, as it reads, no tracking information is available with free shipping. Also, not sure why there were 3 partial shipments for 6 items ordered. The first partial order was shipped on 7/7 2016 and today is the 21st and still not even the first partial shipment has been received. I am not sure where this company is located, that would help to know so I have some idea why it is taking forever and a day for her to get my packages...

Please don't trust this website. The product quality is not good like chinese quality and not suitable for Indian Climate. Only random products will turn out good. Received an email stating my items had been delivered but that was false! I've ordered plenty of times from this company and never had an issues but I know I won't be purchasing any more items from this company.

I have no idea why some people are ragging on this site, I have bought 5 items in 2 separate transactions and every single thing was delivered in a reasonable time and the merchandise was AWESOME! Seems some of the negative reviewers had unreasonable expectations. If you actually pay for your items & follow the instructions, there are no surprises. The coupon codes are amazing... best prices I've found. Last order I needed quickly for vacation and ordered expedited shipping and got it VERY quickly.

This company is not reputable in any way. When my daughter needed to complete a return, they sent her an illegitimate UPS shipping label. UPS tried to scan and reprint the label multiple times and couldn't use it. When she emailed them back they said they would send a new label and never did. We've been trying to get her money back since August. I tried to email on her behalf as she's a minor and they ignored me. When I finally reached a person, they said that her return has already exceeded the limit.

I ordered on 9/10/14, and my paypal account was charged the same day. I contacted the company, asking for an email with an order number and a tracking order, which I still have not received. The only reply was, "You have ordered popular items, would you please have patience?" A website should show when items are out of stock and reputable companies usually do not charge until the items ship. I would greatly appreciate they respond to my request for an order # and an estimated shipping date or to REFUND my paypal account immediately.

After PayPal refunded my money, SheInside decided to ship my order around the first of November, then begged for their money, which they eventually received. The merchandise was shoddy and not as shown in photos, but I didn't go through the circus of seeking a refund.

I actually bought a lot of clothes from Shein over time and built up about $6 of Shein "points" credit (which takes ages to do and many purchases) and bought an item with the points. They sent me the wrong size so I returned them for a refund. They refused to honor the refund stating "we don't refund points purchases". Seriously? That's like a store saying they won't refund purchases made with gift cards.
I communicated with customer service for over a week on the topic with them giving me the run around when I finally said that unless I received a refund, I would stop shopping with them (reminder, I've probably bought dozens of dresses from them) and they said "That's fine, we respect your decision not to shop with us." I think that sums Shein up pretty well. They are a company that is willing to burn a customer that has spent probably a few hundred dollars at their store over $6.

The entire experience was horrible. I paid for express shipping only for them to use DHL and my order still came past the time I needed it. I tried cancelling before it was shipped and was not allowed. The entire customer service is garbage. You can only chat. I will NEVER shop on this site again.

You know I’ve read the reviews for this site from others and I can honestly say that I DID NOT have the same experience. I ordered 3 items from Sheinside– two sweaters and a coat. They came neatly packaged and were exactly what I ordered. The quality was better than I had expected. And they all fit perfectly, I used the size chart provided and my exact measurements during ordering to prevent having any issues. I would definitely order from them again.

After returning (at my own expense), an item sent to me in error, and a dozen unsuccessful attempts to communicate with non-English speaking reps., SheInside informs me that they won't correct their error, refund my money, or send me the item I paid for until I remove my complaints.
They set international trade back a few decades and now freedom of speech is on the hit list. Phew! I don't need my money or the sweater that much!

Good site even if the quality is sometimes poor. I have always received all my orders even if delivery can be very fast as long.
And small flat for items that are only in one size.
And for some products, the pictures do not really show what they are, this is not always the right color etc. but I like Shein!

It has been saying it's been in CA ever since Aug. 9 and no updates have been added. The customer service is horrible as well and I can't cancel my order either. 1. When customers leisurely add items to their cart, it can be frustrating when many of these items time out and are removed by Shein, requiring the customer to search for them all over again, which is a time-consuming process.
2. After finding the items again, customers then feel compelled to hurry to the checkout process to prevent the items from being removed from my cart again.
3. After checking out, customers then receive an email from Shein notifying me that my items were canceled and asking if I'd like to repurchase them. This communication can be confusing and should be avoided.
4. Personally, as I review my order, I noticed that Shein has added the same item twice, resulting in two identical clothing items. Is this a deliberate strategy to charge customers more?

The package took longer than I thought to arrive. However, they were moving warehouses at the time so this was probably the reason why. I placed the order on 4/27 and my package was received on 5/22. They did give me a discount code for my next purchase! Ended up using it to buy a blouse and the total was only $1.90 after (that's a steal!). The quality was what I expected and is similar to Forever21 quality. You just have to read the reviews and choose wisely. Overall, would buy again for the pricing.
