I purchased a gift card for my girl friend but she never got it. It shows up on my credit card. I tried calling the number on the bill but it is not a valid working number. I tried contacting them on line for over a week. I cannot even get into my account. Never got a confirmation but they keep sending tons of promotional emails. Their customer service is non existent. I had an order delivered that was covered in some kind of fleas or bugs that I had to deal with outside of my my house. After a long process of trying to reach out to someone, we have talked for days trying to find a solution and all they could offer me for my inconvenience was 200 points which is $2, for y $40 order. I simply asked to get my money back without having to deal with the return because I didn't want to put the package inside my car and have a chance of my car getting bugs as well. I let them know someone can come to pick it up from in front of my house if they are desperate enough for it. They didn't accept any of that, by far the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. They reassured me it could be an outside-of-their-faculty problem, however, it is still not my problem to figure out a solution for. I will for sure not be shopping there anymore.

Order many times before and not had problems before but my experience this time means won't order again. Recent order had missing items (it was only sent as one parcel so I'm not waiting on a second package). Parcel wasn't damaged so it means they were never packed. Contacted SHEIN about this (difficult process but managed) and they messaged back saying there was no missing items. They have basically told me I'm lying and I am now talking to my bank to sort a refund.

So, Shein is definitely getting over on their customers. When you click in everyday to gain points well I got up to like $6 of points. Everyday somehow my points are disappearing. I'm supposed to be accumulating the points but it seems as if they are taking them.

I have no issues with the clothes, however, I won't be ordering from Shein again while they are using Evri as a courier service! It took 2 days for my order to reach Evri which is great, but now they have my order it's delayed! Please change courier!

I ordered over $200 worth of clothing from SHEIN over 2 months ago. I still haven't received my order. I've contacted support only to receive auto generated messages and emails saying I would get 20% off my order and that they would prioritize my order which has still yet to happen! I didn't receive my partial refund or my order which says it was delivered. If I don't hear anything or receive my order soon I will be disputing the transaction with my BANK! I'm not playing about my money!

I don't know what the negativity is about. Ive had great service, Great items and no props with delivery in fact no props at all. They are cheap prices and not bad quality for what you pay. If you expect designer quality you need to pay designer prices. Id go as far to say is I love SheIn and will be placing an order soon. Ive had so much trouble with other on line China sites but these have been great so far.

I have ordered from Sheinside so many times, and always love how fast they do everything, from processing to shipping. But I just recently ordered a bunch of swimsuits, and it took forever to process, and the order has been in the same place like for so many days, what is wrong with my package? No one is shipping? Working//?

Been trying for days to find a way to return 5 of fifteen items i ordered, worst site I have ever been on. No real people, no phone contact. Robot answers. I need help, finally was able to find a customer service today which seemed to be more responsive only to be disconnected. Even tho they have my phone # and email they didn; t bother to reconnect with me.

I do receive the products I order, but in an Amazon world, shein takes a long time to deliver. The clothes often seem slightly big, which is contrary to what I would have thought. One issue I do have is they blow up your phone with texts and even soliciting calls. This has made me hesitant to order from them. When company's become annoying I tend to not buy from them. They have become annoying and they follow what you do. The minute I look at their site I get texts and calls. I hate that! I've had things I. My cart and once they start blowing up my phone I stop ordering and don't follow through. You will never get me as a customer by soliciting me too much. It creates a feeling of desperation which makes your clothes become of low value to me.

My experience with sheinside.com has been really well. I found what I was searching for and there is nothing better than that. Light blue classic slim ripped denim pant was on sale. It's a great denim pant which I got on good price. Fitting is also really nice for me. They have a lot more pants for varying sizes so almost anyone might find their size. I saw some great collections for other things though I was searching for a denim pant. I think it will go really well with most of my dresses and my drawer is thirsty for some denim.

I ordered precisely two sets of makeup brushes and it came at around 300 N.Kr. I went into my account and was shocked when I had been deducted twice for the same thing... I hope you have an answer to this and that I get the money back... this is unacceptable!

I've been trying for three days to have my account deleted. The website's link to Account Security where you're supposed to be able to do that only takes you to another product page. The "live" chat is a bot that directs you to the nonexistent Account Security page. Forget trying to get them on Facebook; I've spent the last two and a half days going round and round with someone who clearly doesn't understand English. I've told them three times to delete my account, and they keep asking me for the order number of the item I want to return. If I have to take legal action, I guess that's what I'll do.

I usually don't have issues with them but it's been a month and still no update of when my items will arrive my only thing to tell anyone this happens to is to dispute it within your bank call and say you never received your items and get your money back

I've placed an order on the 21st. Two items have been shipped out, while the REST of my items (8 of them) are still being "processed", when I've ordered over $100 worth of clothing-- all qualifying for the expedited shipping. I'm highly disappointed, and frankly pissed. And I'm sure I'm expecting the clothing to be in $#*!ty material. I've read the reviews and the warnings before, but still, didn't really expect it to happen to me as well.
I've emailed them to cancel my remaining order, they've responded with "you don't need to cancel." But, I want to cancel. They won't let me... This is ridiculous. Now I know for sure that once they do send me the order, even if right now, the products won't be correct because they'll be rushing it to me.

I've mentioned that i wanted to trust Shein, but surely and obviously I can't.

I have ordered a dress and had the same experience as many others, to small. I have tried to send in tickets to which I didn't receive a reply. Hence I returned the package to the address mentioned on the package, where it has been received. No response whatever. Trying to find a means of contact other than via tickets, is impossible. Through this site they contacted me and refunded my money. Still i will not order there again

I purchased some items on 12/1 and it said it shipped on 12/03. Now its 12/11 and yet with fast shipping it is still not here. I tried contacting in many way: Facebook, twitter, messenger, instagram and even by email 4+ time! I haven't gotten a response yet, very furious would not order again.

The shopping experience is OK, I got my order in one week which is quite satisfactory, but the quality of the clothes is not very good (reflected in the price).
Return process is a little bit annoying as you need to get a ticket first, then email with them back and forth before you can return it.

Shein is a great shopping site. I have never had any problem ordering clothes from this site! Affordable good quality and excellent customer service. If I had something to return me as a VIP member they have me keep the items as a gift from Shein and still refund my money back. I see so many negative reviews here which are not true! If I could rate a ten star I would.

So I returned the couch covers I got from Shein, I had them put my refund money into my Shein wallet. I purchased a few items using the money in my wallet. I received an email stating that my purchase is on hold and needs my verification. So I click on the link and they're asking me to verify my purchase by sending a picture of my bank statement or credit card. I've been emailing customer service and they keep responding the same way, asking for unnecessary info. I'm not sending pictures of my bank statement or credit card. Neither of them would have records of this transaction because I used money from my Shein wallet. Now they're offering to refund me back to Shein wallet. So then if I use that to purchase future items, we will be dealing with the same thing. Just send my products or refund my credit card used for my original purchase. They're being extremely extra and unprofessional. I'm annoyed and about to never shop there again.

In this time where the rich should care for poor and less fortunate, shein factory is making their workers work 18 hrs with less than $1. Can they ever prove their workers stories and the labor they are using that is up to standard labor laws or is it just a form of slavery

Initially I ordered and things were okay. Now I am being charged with undisclosed taxes and duties. I am not sure if they decided to change they way they ship or what but it added over $20 on my bill. I Also, they do not except negative user reviews. For example I really liked a dress but it was so small I gave it 4/5 stars but mentioned that it was two sizes too small. They denied my review. They denied all my reviews that had anything remotely negative and only excepted the positive reviews. Shop at your own risk

About the extra customs tax you mentioned, actually our web has noted that you may be charged customs fees by choosing express shipping because of strict customs inspection. If really have charged this fee, please send us a picture of the receipt when you are charged custom taxes, we will offer you an appropriate compensation. Hope you can kindly understand.

There may be up to 2-3cm error because of manual measurement, the difference can not be fully avoided. You can send us some images which can show clear measurement so that we can check for you.
