I ordered several items from this company and few items were damaged. My earring backs were bent in the downward position and the feather necklace I ordered was way smaller than they said and the feathers on the metal necklace were even bent. They do not package their products good, my items should have been sent in a box instead they came in a plastic bag that had several cuts on the bag. I will never order from here again.

My items took over 2 weeks to arrive at my house, even with expedited shipping. I was able to contact a customer service rep and ship half of the items, but the other half took over a month to arrive. The sizing and fabric was terrible, plus half the items didn't fit me even thought I meticulously took at matched all of my measurements. There were many loose strings on my clothing and I was very disappointed in my purchase. Do NOT be fooled by the trendy pictures, because I guarantee that a cotton blend adult medium dress will not come as it seems.

Just confirmed my order still hasn't shipped and it was express shipment 15 days ago. They stated it would be another week. I was counting on a dress for a major event this is very disappointing and bad business. I requested a full refund.

I have just recently started ordering from this company when I received my almost $200 order It was missing an item I reached out to customer service to receive an email saying that they did not give me the wrong item. I have the wrong dress they sent me instead of the correct dress. I'll no longer be shopping at this place or wasting my money here.

My personal experience with SheInside has been great. I've ordered multiple products from the site and have had no issues. It takes a little bit of time for the products to reach their destination, but I would say it's worth the wait. My clothes from this company all fit great and I've only had to return something one. When I did return it, the process was easy and I got a full refund. I'd recommend SheInside.

I have ordered from them a few times in the last months. The quality of the clothing is not the best but it isn't that bad. I have realized the shirts are way thinner in materials then they appear online. I actually love the jeans. No complaints there. The shipping does take approximately 2-3 weeks and for some reason they tend to ship one order in 2 separate packages? But all in all I don't think it is terrible. I will continue to order from them.

I ordered from them september 9th I got a confirmed email of the order few days later. I got a tracking number. I tracked the package. To find out it was delivered to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, not Minnesota. I emailed them to get a response. It's, and I've not heard anything back. Can we say poor customer service? I will never order from them again this is ridiculous. I even sent them proof it was delivered to the wrong address and wrong state and nothing in return but they can charge my credit card with no problem.

They are scammers. They lure customers to order. My first order arrived timely. I ordered second time in November and delivery date was supposed to be 9 December. It's 18 January and still nothing received. Orders worth more than A$130. I am very disappointed as they I wanted to give as Christmas presents but nothing arrives!
DO NOT ORDER FROM SHEIN. Unreliable and no communication to inform customers what happened to the delivery!

I think they are not genuine seller. No contact details and never respond to email even written numerous times.

I bought one of the Lace Skirt from sheinside.com and it is very lovely. Lacy and pretty layers. Comes to about mid calf. I would guess US size of 12-14-16, not much bigger. Flows nicely. Looks like it will be wash and wear type material. Very pretty nice and light weight and I am sure I will be wearing it often. This came much sooner than expected date. I'm very happy with it, and definitely recommend.

I have written and spoken to there customer service multiple times sent everything they asked for. They have confirmed twice now in writing I should have a refund. Even have given me an amount. Its been about 2 months and nothing. Horrible customer service, unfortunately I was ordering a lot but I will no longer be a customer until the issue is solved. I was worried about ordering from this site but after reading many of the reviews I realized most of the complaints against the site were about how long shipping took. This did not bother me because I understood the items were coming from China. I placed an order for 3 items they all arrived after only 9 days, in good condition and the quality was better than I expected for the price. I'm happy with my experience and will be ordering more items soon.

This is was first time ordering from SheInside.com, and I was scared because of some of the bad reviews, but it worked for me!
I bought the Beige Deep V Neck w/ Crochet Lace and it is one of my new favorites. I'm seriously in love with it. Usually dresses that are in this price range from lesser known stores, quality takes a hit, or it doesn't fit right. SheInside is the exception to this. I am so happy with how well made it is and how well it fits. Stitching is usually the best way to tell the quality of a garment, that is the biggest issue I have found with clothes that are this cheap. I am so happy that the stitching is well done with tight patterns, and no stray threads. It fits perfectly. Be sure to measure yourself first to make sure you are ordering the correct size. Also convert to metric system!

I ordered a bathing suit for a upcoming vacation estimated delivery was August 1st. Every time I tracked it it said arriving on time. Well here it is August 1st and I wake up to an email stating it will be delayed and will be delivered at a later date. Like, what? I guess I'll have to buy yet another suit.
