I have two little girls who absolutely are deeply in love with Disney World. My husband and have been taking our girls annually since my oldest turned two, and see no end in sight. We were just there for two weeks this past November. With all if that being said, I am constantly looking for clothes that I can coordinate for the perfect family photo. My girls are always adorned in their Disney Princess dresses, my husband likes to wear his Mickey shirt, but for me I want more than just a shirt and a pair of ears. Which is why I was thrilled to find denim shorts adorned with Mickey and Minnie. I absolutely love the selection of clothing offered at www.sheinside.com. I will most definitely be returning in the near future. I can't wait to try these on our next trip to Florida. I will definitely be ready for our annual family photo in front of the castle.

The pants were too long,shirt was too big,and a pair of sunglasses I didn't even order, sent it back and my refund was a $2.60 which was way less than I paid. You can't call customer service you have to talk to some bot and can't get anything resolved. I'm done with SHEIN!

Although Shein's website is not very helpful, neither the customer services, I was able to track my package via sitejabber and another US review page. I received my clothes after 8 weeks and had to use sitejabber to track it until the end as the Shein website updates are not very helpful. It was a very stressful exercise, but I do love my clothes and the quality is excellent.
Tip for consumers:
All the sizes are one too big. I am a small and the small was quite big, still wearable but I bit loose.

I ordered a few pieces of clothing for the cyber Monday deals and was excited to see my new clothes. When they arrived (a little under a month) the clothes were dirty, the embroidery was falling out, and it was covered in what looked like animal hair. I will never use Shein again.

I ordered 4 dresses and a coat on Nov 11 and have yet to receive anything and it's now Nov 24! Not only did I not receive a tracking number but I didn't even get a confirmation email. But they sure knew how to charge my card! One of the dresses in My Order is still listed as "processing". This is the last thing I want to deal with especially when I was ordering the dresses for an event!

Nothing bad to say about the quality of the clothes, mainly because none of them could be worn anyway.
I suggest if you are going to buy from shein, size up or check the measurements, so you that you don't have to deal with the hassle of returning items and getting new ones.

Ordered a dress through this company which was $30 including the shipping my husband paid for it on his debit card we get a notification through their fraud department that they need a little extra information for us before they ship the dress. We sent him a picture of the bank statement showing proof we paid for the dress they denied the picture saying it was not a complete clear picture. We took another picture up close of the bank statement letting them know we were not going to give out our account number or anything else but the picture of the bank statement through his bank which we did online. I can see if the outfit was over $500 that they would have their fraud department looking into it but a $30 order really?! Ridiculous crap! Get it together Shein!

they need to improve their fraud department and correct issues ASAP so items can ship ASAP!!!!
If its under $100 its highly unlikely its fraud and most bank statements are online

You set up an account to purchase. You receive your items. They don't fit. You use the same login and password to return but magically your account is not there, like it never existed. You ask for a new password and you're never emailed back. Hope this helps others. Don't use SHEIN!

It was mentioned that within 3-5 business days i would receive my order after paying Rs. 325 as extra charges over the normal price.
There is no contact of shein's customer care India.
I've continuously tried tracking my order and it says out for next station. Even after submitting ticket for cancellation and refund there is no reply.
Is there any chances of getting my refund?

I usually order from Shein pretty regularly (at least 1-2 orders a month), but this most recent order will be my last (after purchasing the remainder of the items off of my WishList {household items and accessories}). I placed an order on 8/12 for items that I would be wearing to conference on 8/25. When I placed this order, I was given an estimated delivery date of 8/19-/8/20, which would have been well in advance for the conference. I checked the status of the order regularly, for updates and never say a change. I reached out to customer service (chat) on 8/21, only to be told that I could either: 1) wait for the estimated delivery time (which still read as 8/19-8/20) which I was told was now 8/27, or 2) get a refund and wait even longer.
Horrible way to conduct business! Had I known that it would take an additional week, I would've order from somewhere else, or went and shopped locally. I am truly disappointed, and will be taking my business elsewhere.

I ordered my items well over a week ago, and did the 4 day shipping. Well, my items are still not here. I sent in a "ticket" and all the customer service rep had to say was that the items have shipped and I should be patient. Fed Ex has only created a label, and have not even received this order yet. I placed my order 2.5 weeks before my event just incase the items needed to be tailored. They have already charged my card, and yet no items. Please fix this or expedite the shipping!

They absolutely suck. They say they refund your money but never do. I had to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau where they have an F rating. As a business that is the worst rating you can get. Customer service is in China so nothing gets accomplished with them. Dont waste your time and money. Im still waiting for a refund a month later.

But I am not pleased with the refund system; it's been over one month currently I actually have off one order and till nowadays I didn't receive my a reimbursement.

I have order last week from shein and have requested an express fast shipping hoping to get the items by 3-5 days as said on the website. I keep checking the order and it keeps saying processing. You get what you pay for. You buy a dress for $9.99 and dont expect it to be perfect but the quality of these clothes are horrible. They looked like they were made in minutes and use horrible fabrics and they look nothing like the pictures on the website. It was a complete waste of money. IN ADDITION the delivery was horrendous and they took forever to even get me my clothes, i had almost given up completely. The customer service is also just unacceptable.

Next time I'll just pay the price for am American company who actually ships within a reasonable amount of time. I have ordered multiple items from this website and so far have not had many problems. Their clothes are super cute and I love the variety they have. However, many of their sizes are not true to size, there is almost no way to return items, and shipping takes a while. Now I understand that it may take it while for a site overseas to ship an order seeing that it is halfway across the world, but waiting for 1-2 months without my package even leaving the country, I find that a bit ridiculous. Overall, yes they're a nice site and have very cute clothes, but you will have to wait a very long time for your package and if it does not fit, don't think you can return it so make sure you get a size larger than what you need.
