Ordered almost $200 CAD worth of clothes a little over a week ago and was given express shipping. It still says processing and one item isn't even processed. When I shop at Romwe they take 2 weeks to get to my house. Why is Shein taking more than a week to process little orders? I need my packages by the 15th and I haven't even gotten a confirmation number let alone a tracking number! There's not even a number or an agent to contact! Never shopping here again!

I bought 3 items and need to return 2 items because they're too small; website pictures don't really do a good job of reflecting actual fit and/or look. I have tried multiple times to get a return label and the Shein return website keeps stating "Oops. Something went wrong. Please try again later." I am very frustrated and wouldn't recommend this site in future.

You will never see your money but they will have told you it's in your the Shein wallet. When u want to use it they will say it's not received. Their customer service will email back and forth with stupid questions like which shipping company you used…. Theirs Duh. Free shipping and label provided. Biggest crooks around. Clothes are cheap and will last a couple of washes. Rather shop with Pretty Little Thing.

My daughters placed an order for 23 items on 4/1/16. We just received 6 items. Who knows where the others are! I can't contact live chat it doesn't work. But oops can't contact them anyway about existing orders or problems! Have to send a ticket! I want to cancel entire order, but no response. I do not want shein dollars items awful. I want full refund to card i purchased on. But beware you have to state this or you get useless shein dollars! I am so frustrated. My advice stay away! Still waiting for a resolution, this site gets "nice" repsonses, so i will wait and see, and keep you posted if this ever gets resolved. In the meantime, i am contacting my credit card company.

The order was placed on April 3rd including 23 items. It normally would take 3-7 business days for the order to get ready and then 3-5 business days to arrive with express shipping.

Considering the order contains a lot of items, we shipped part of your order (6 items) first with express shipping, which you found not fitting after you received the package. Our customer service representative is already working on that and offered you the returned address. We will process the refund for the 6 items to your credit card once we receive the returned package.

The rest of the order was already packed and ready for shipment, but we have applied the refund of $241.69 per your request. It normally would take 15-20 business days for the funds to appear on your credit card since it would need reviews and approval at many levels, please check then.

Apologies again for the trouble, don’t hesitate to contact us if anything.

We were confuse when visited the website shein.com because we saw large catalog and couldnt decide what to buy, finally we ordered a casual dress. But I was surprised when my wife received the package. The order delivered timely it was more then our expectations. Color and stuff was same as described and shown in the images. Outstanding experience of online shopping from shein. Going to next order sooooon :)

Good quality of clothes with cheap price.
I was buying the dress and when the dress comes up, it's just the same as the display on the site with the best quality material.
This store was giving me great experience of shopping. They have an updated collection, never been so oldish in this store. The customer support service was very nice and very responsive. Fast in delivery.
I bought a dress from sheinside to use for our event party the dress was really beautiful a I think am gonna order it again. Thank you for the smooth an fast transaction keep it up!
I recommend this store to my bestfriend and she was satisfied too.

It's a roll of the dice as to wether or not you'll even receive your purchase, but I guarantee that you will pay for it promptly. This site is fraudulent and because they ship so little product they keep the revenue to pay for people to write broken English, positive reviews to offset the honest negative ones.
Why would so many people write negative reviews about their experience? No negative reviews mention any other business; so this isn't a business tactic from a rivaling company. They all give unique details explaining their specific, albeit horrible, experience. They kept my money I wrote them and reviews about them on several sites, everyday.
Why do the vast majority of the positive reviews sound the same?

Sheinside is awesome website for online shopping"I've ordered many times so far from SheInside. The first was a big order, the second was one item and so was my other orders. I've had a great experience!. So affordable and good quality and whenever I have a question they respond quickly to my emails :), great customer services, I love how you can accumulate points and how there are always sales and promo codes, they help a lot. My worst experience in online shopping. 10 days after i have placed an order on their website they informed me that one of the items was out of stock.so i exchanged that item for some other clothes, i had to choose from the items that were supposed to be shipped during 24 hours(their advice so they could ship all my clothes together). However they were not shipped together. After about 7 weeks one part of the order arrived, but one blouse was the wrong size, L instead of S. I tried to contact them twice but no responce, online chat support didn`t answer neither.the second parcel never arrived, and i no more expect it, as i have made an order before christmas.it`s 14 february now)

Also not sure why there are any bad reviews, I have had nothing but good experiences with She Inside. I mean anything coming from China will take a little longer but I made sure that I wasn't in any rush for it. The items I ordered, most are dresses, are now some of my favourite outfits and staple wardrobe pieces for me. My favourite is a black sleeveless dress with an open scalloped back.

They fit well and looked as good on me as in the pictures, and that is incredibly hard to find especially in an online store. They were helpful when I asked about sizing and I was able to find the right size for me according to their information.

I will definitely be using them in the future, they're fantastic!

I placed a order for over $80.00 and only received 5 items I'm missing the rest of my order that is over $78.00. I can't get a hold of anyone so I can report it. What few items I did get is okay but I really would like to have all the other items I paid for.

I ordered 27 items (15 jewelry and 12 clothing) from Shein. Several weeks later, I received a delivery and 7 of my clothing items (the most expensive items) were missing. Customer service is nonexistent and the website claims everything was delivered. Not the case. I need my items or a refund!

There was measurement problem in the jacket which I placed order from shein and for return pickup they charging, why should I pay this pick up amount, none of the other giant website charges for this. Which is really very Unethical. Very very bad experience. Plz don't buy nd waste your money. Disgusting..

I ordered the Navy Hooded Long Sleeve Tribal Embroidery Sweater Coat and absolutely love it! Very pretty and exactly as pictured/described.The price was great, as was the customer service. They were prompt and polite, and resolved my one tiny issue (question about sizing) with no fuss or muss. I will be ordering from them again! Great clothes and better prices!

I purchased a red jemstone tassel necklace and am in love with it! It's a gorgeous pinky red colour and gives a real POP when I wear black tops or dresses. I've received many compliments about it and a couple of other accessories I've bought off Sheinside in the past. I've had no problems with ordering or delivery online- all very simple and straightforward. If you're after some gorgeous jewellery at extremely affordable prices, look no further! I'd also say the quality is great and I've no issues with the clasp or strength of the necklace. The only problem is trying to stop my sister from borrowing it!

Just received my order today, and I paid for 1 pair of Pants and crop top, but I only received the pants. Its clear in the description that pants and top in 1 Price. And the Size is Horrible.

Recently I ordered a gorgeous floral dress from the Sheinside website. This is my second purchase so far and I can't express how much I love shopping from it. All of the clothes are affordable, so you don't have to break the bank to look dazzling. It is easy to order and the people who work there are very helpful. After I recieved it, I was blown away by the great quality and craftsmanship. I would definitely recommend it if you are looking for something cheap, but at the same time classy and elegant. Great service, amazing dresses, low prices!

Wat the hell is wrong with shein lately. I place an order of two items out of which one has arrived and one item is not yet arrive. They have stop updating the tracking update since 10 days. I repeat 10 days shame on shein for making a customer wait that long and i dont know how long i have to wait more. I tried contacting them but the customer care service is at its worst recently i can't reach them neither though call nor through chat. Idk wat to do now. Shein was one of my fav online shopping site but has become the most stupid now

Luckily I only ordered one shirt for my wife so I wont be out much. Anyone thinking of ordering from them think twice, first clue is they recently changed the company name, wonder why? Second, the prices and free shipping is the next red flag, third the number of complaint all over the internet, and fourth, the over the top praise reviews, c'mon nobody talks like that.

Save your money people, save your money...

Cool site.
Just wow. They have wide range of collections, for all the suitable occasions; a best place to be for all the fashion needs. As I glanced through the website, I don't know which to select and which to reject. It definitely brings the ‘she' inside me, out and stirs desire to order everything and anything. Out of all the websites I have searched for clothing needs, I think, this one has more array of products, all in one place. Easy to buy without any concern and they do free shipping.
I ordered a cute looking pleated skirt. Good clothes and superb print and designs. It is white with pink floral designs in mild orange and brown and it fits with all the color tops.
Also, ordered for a metal ear-ring, which is a cute blue rose one. It is fashionable and it fits best with both the stylish clothes and traditional ones. I fell in love with it at the first sight. A best choice to flaunt your style with flourish.

I recently ordered Grey And White Deep Plunge Neck Striped Bodysuit for my babes. It was very easy to order at sheinside. The shipment was on time and came directly to my house. I didn't had to go here and there to pickup or receive the package. Overall satisfied experience.

My daughter just received the bikini she ordered from SHEIN, It is obviously used, dirty and the metal rings are rusted and bent. Really. The bikini bottom has a 'skid mark' in it. That's NASTY! Gag! Her refund is currently processing. Lets see how long it actually takes. Maybe put this on tik tok and see how many other people have been scammed.

Don't buy from here or you may get scammed or receive used nasty clothing.

Received bikini, but it was used with a skid mark in the bikini bottom. Did not use!!
