I ordered several items from this site early last week and I have yet to receive them. When I go and review my orders and check on the tracking it says that the delivery is still pending. This has been the status of my order for several days. I am very unsatisfied and feel like this is a scam.

I read all these reviews but still ordered bc their clothes are so cute and affordable. However I ordered on the 14th and got an email saying that my clothes shipped earlier today but there was no tracking number? Even though the email stated that I had been given one. Also my clothes still say processing and not shipped. Im holding out hope but I think I'm going to end up in the same boat as everyone else :/ really sucks

I have just spent most of an hour trying to return an item. Instructions do not correspond with what I see on the page, no 'return button' and no way of contacting this $#*! company to ask, how to get rid of this inferior garment of poor quality. Do yourself a favour and avoid getting involved with these people!

Update. Shein has now refunded half of what I paid for the garment I won't be using. I still would rather have returned it, but their hook is, that it would cost me money to return it, which I think is shameful, as they advertise free refunds. I won't be buying from them again.

Horrible horrible experience. Did I say horrible? That is an understatement. Placed an order and there risk/security dept scrutinised a $150 order with a credit card. That asked for photographic evidence to verify legitimacy. I sent them a scanned copy of what they requested and they still weren't satisfied even after my credit card company verified the purchase. Too many other options. Go elsewhere, not worth the hassle.

With my disasterous experience with Rotita, who still owe me £50 for the ill fitting cheap look clothes I sent back at my own expense, but the parcel 'didn't arrive', I said I'd never buy from a Chinese website again.
Unfortunately I purchased clothes from Shein because I was misled into thinking I was ordering in the UK. When I wrote asking if they were based in China, they wrote back without answering my question. I also mentioned I'm a size 12, and would their medium size fit me, again I didn't get a direct answer.
So I'm now already dreading receiving my parcel with more ill fitting clothes which will ensue another torrent of emails trying to return them, and getting a refund.
I must add I'm usually a very optimistic person!
I will write another review once I've received my clothes, hopefully saying I was happy with every item!

So far I've put in two orders for products on this site. My first order took 3 weeks to get here even though one item said ships in 24hrs (the other item I'm guessing held it up). The quality of the one dress was amazing so I put in a larger order, all shipping within 24hrs this time. They all said shipped but on FedEx it only says label created. They usually ship from a place in NJ, and they usually don't actually ship it until 3 days later from what I saw on the first tracking as well as this one. Products are great, just wish would ship faster.

However, when I ordered an item and started a chat with a customer service rep, I was told 15-20 days. I tried to cancel my item within an hour after I order the item and I was told 15-20 days?! I would love the 3-5 business days refund. If I see it refunded in 3-5 days, I would shop there again. However, after 3-5 business days I will be calling my bank for an immediate refund due to theft of not receiving a refund. The order is still processing and my payment on my credit card statement still says pending, which means that it should be extremely easy to refund me. I will give them 5 stars when they refund my order.

Well, i was not a big fan of shopping sites, But when i started to try clothes on sitejabber, I became a fan of it. I got good quality clothes on good discount. Also there are so many varieties I found on it. Now me and my daughter visit here time to time. Only one thing because of i didn't give it 5 star, that 1 day late delivery, may be because the dress that I ordered was in demand that time. Otherwise this is the best shopping site i ever visited.

I just returned some items to Shein and noticed that I didn't get a full refund. They pointed to their terms and conditions which refer to deducting postage and a 'handling fee' from the refund and confirmed that I had been charged a £53 handling fee so be aware of this when ordering!

I have read other reviews saying shipping is terrible. I had ordered one shirt about 7 days ago and it says it shipped on my order. But when I actually go onto the fed ex website and enter my tracking number, it said that only the shipping label has been created. Its my first time ordering from SheInside and I'm worried that my order will be late (eventhough its only 1 item) and it wont turn out to what I actually ordered/expected

I returned 2 items, ( I have the receipt from USPS)... they said on July 26th that the refund would arrive within 20 days. It is now October 9, and NO refund yet. When I write in my order number, their excuse is that " it's the wrong order number" so that they can keep my money. I ordered from them twice, and I am ( again) giving them both order numbers. They will respond with " sorry you are having trouble, your refund will be posted to your credit card "... but where is it?

July 12, and they say repeatedly, " Your refund is being deposited to your credit card" but so far, as of September 2, it has not arrived. They say I received the refund on July 22, but is NOT here yet. The items I returned were of very cheap thin fabric, and entirely too small, not at all like the picture.
Do not order from this company, you will regret it.

Love shein! Such a good price, especially as a student that doesn't have a lot of money. Its a great place to buy "trendy" items without breaking the bank! Just be careful, sometimes its not the best quality or the items run a little small due to the asian sizing being smaller! Though I still do recommend this site and the costumer service is great!

I ordered 3 items from Shein, I received 2 in less than 1 week and the items were amazing, good quality and true to size. However, the 3rd item took almost 1 month to get here. I reached out to Shein early on since it was a birthday gift and they instantly reached out to the shipping company and expedited the delivery. They also rewarded me with 1045 shein points which i used to order a gorgeous dress for only $6. I highly recommend them and will be ordering again.

Though I read many bad reviews on shein's customer service, I am actually quite impressed. I've had to reach out to customer service twice, once about a tariff issue and one about a defective item. Both times the customer service reps gave good information and was very helpful.
I had to give it only 4 stars because I did have to pay tariffs to get the order to Canada. However shein was able to compensate half of the amount which is better than nothing. I dont know much about tariffs and I don't think it was shein a fault that I got charged, it was just disappointing regarding how much I already spent.

This site is a HUGE scam! They took my payment but never shipped my items. I emailed and got no response, sent a message on facebook and only received the auto response but nothing afterward.
I will never buy from them again and urge others to do the same.

This is a very nice site full of great deals! I don't know what other people have experienced but every time I've ordered from here, I'm very satisfied. I've ordered jewelry, blouses, t shirts, coats and i'm always happy with the quality. The colors on the clothes are always vibrant and the material looks and feels nice. To top it all, of the ordering process is pretty easy, and everything always gets to me on time and in fabulous condition. I have my eye on a particular bodycon dress for my next order :)

The sizing was way off from their posted measurements/references. The quality was poor - thin, cheap feeling fabrics. And their customer service was simply awful. I would not recommend!

What is the point of the flip game, there is no chance of getting the £20 or £30 credit. They give you enough diamonds to get vouchers for £15 off £100 spent or 1p in credit WOW.
Also I ordered a blazer and shorts and no word of a lie they were stinking like a sushi bar. And they creases were something else, how do they think this is acceptable to deliver to a customer. On complaining though I was offered a whole, massive, humongous 50 points off. Very bad customer service

I have ordered in the past no issues. However I can't say that now, my order states that it's delivered to my address but it didn't make it through customs in China they sent it back to the warehouse for not having the proper paperwork according to FedEx not trying to get ahold of them is a struggle can't find an email address and they don't message back on their social platforms if any one has an email address that would be super helpful!

The 3 bathing suits I bought didn't fit. I tried them on wearing my own panties still, plus there is the plastic strip. Everyone does the same thing in a store if trying on. It's absurd they won't let you return as long as the strip is in tact.
