The first time I made a purchase on Sheinside, I ordered 2 dresses. The second time, I ordered 2 cardigan jackets and 1 bracelet. Both orders came in within 2 weeks from China to Canada. Since I've gotten so many compliments on the clothing, I will continue to purchase from SheInside. The quality and shipping were fantastic!

Please note: Because the site is shipped from China and the deals are way below retail, asking for a returns and refunds are brutal. You're better off reselling the clothing than the hassle of returning.

SheInside is 100% my favorite clothing stores I found on the web.

From the first time I started to earch for a specific shirt to the present (with five additional orders!) I'm really pleased. Excellent quality clothes, just my size and fits the body perfectly.
Site navigation simple and easy, arranged by main categories and sub-categories that make it easy with the process of finding the right clothes.
Really good quality images and clear so it's easy to make a decision and know how the clothing will look on my body.

After booking and payment, the clothes are shipped within 24 hours. I get my order usually after 3-5 days which is excellent! The order comes neatly packed and properly protects the clothes so there is nothing to fear from.
In conclusion, I love this store and their products. Cheap prices, booking process easy and high quality. I highly recommend to all my friends that they begin now to buy at the store.

I ordered off of shein almost a month before Christmas. The cloths for my kids supposed to have came 5 days before Christmas but never arriver why? Because shein failed to notify me that they made a mistake on my address. I got in contact with customer service through live chat and it got me nowhere besides a 5-12 day wait for a refund

"I ordered this black and white block colored dress and it arrived quickly and is beautiful. As always when I order from this company. The slit up the leg is just cut high enough and it is well made but was pretty affordable too. Thanks again for a great experience and a great dress ;) Highly recommended!

Ordered $135 worth of items at the beginning of April. Order said it would take 3-7 days to process, then another 5-7 days to ship. However, after 10 business days it was still processing so I reached out to customer service to see what the deal was. All I get from the service rep is lies on top of lies on top of lies. She told me an item was out of stock but they were waiting on that ONE ITEM to ship the entire order. But why wait if it's out of stock? Then she told me there was some emergency in the warehouse slowing down all the shipping which sounds completely bogus and terrible management of a company. Demanded a refund from them after all the lies. Don't ever order from this company.

Two weeks ago I ordered two items, paid with paypal. Upon checking with tracking number, I am told USPS still waiting for items. I will wait a few more day then going to pay pal to make a request for refund. I shop a lot on line, never ran into a company like yours. Never agin.

I have ordered from Shein four times and I have never been disappointed. They send out emails for free shipping often, so when they do I take advantage of that! Always read the reviews about the item you are wanting to order. That helps with knowing what size to get and the quality of the item.

Ordered a pair of sandals online. They were WAY TOO BIG. When I contacted company about an exchange or refund, they refused. They even went so far to say that they weren't making an money on the sale?!?!?!? They also tried multiple times to give me a 10-20% refund. WT actual F? They have a clear return policy that they will not honor.

PEOPLE- you have to be living under a rock if you can't see that this is yet another CHINESE SCAM. You get what you pay for, and if it sounds too good to be true? Well...

Super bad! Customer service is terrible, not solving problems, kicking the ball, wasting your time, there's a customer service named T3-Ivy-PH,who's humiliating customers !!!!!!!!! What I'm most angry about right now is not that they passed the buck for the missing product, but that the customer service staff humiliated me !!!!!!!!!!! If there's a negative score, it's -5!

If you are ok with broken, defective and sometimes missing items; customer service will waste your time and may be insulated you, then use it, you will love it!!!

I ordered an item for about $20 off this site and paid just over $11 shipping and the wrong item was sent. I understand that mistakes can be made but when I contacted the company all they offered me was a refund of $10. I asked for them to send me the right item and the refused saying that I would have to get a refund and then pay the shipping cost again. I had to message them for about 2 weeks just to get my product cost refunded and they refuse to refund my shipping cost so I still paid over $11 for an item I didn't receive. Please learn from my mistake and don't buy from this company, you will save yourself the hassle.

I love all the style in sheinside. However, the shipping is horrible! It never ships on time whenever I order my stuff. My friend who ordered with standard shipping was one week faster than my express shipping. I tried to contact the customer service and let them knows my problem because it is not the first time. The girl who answer my problem said they can't do anything to fix it. And now, I order my stuff two weeks ago and it still processing and I have no idea why! I hope both of my packages that I ordered recently can ship faster.

It took over a week for my order to be put together and It would've taken longer if I didn't open a ticket on it. When my items finally arrived I had to pay a duty which was not stated on the website anywhere. The items were of really poor quality and had really scratchy material as well as lot of unfinished stitches. I spent over $100 on this site and I regret it.

My order never arrived and according to the shipping has been returned to the origin. My address is correct and I have not been able to speak to anyone. No way to chat with a live agent/call/email, just sent in circles with a bot. I want my order or my money back!

I am very pleased with the new Black Sleeveless Cut Out Bodycon Dress from Sheinside.com. It is very comfortable and very easy to wear. I liked this dress on first sight. Sheinside provided me a fast services and they have many nice collections of party dresses and club dresses. Really nice collection.

I originally gave Shein a bad review. They charged me for items that were not in stock, their customer service department did not respond in a timely manner to my questions/concerns and then they shipped items to me after I had requested that they cancel my order. After several complaints, they did end up rectifying my situation and gave me a full refund. Their customer service did work hard to make good on a bad situation which I appreciate.

I always order with great care regarding my size when it comes to online shopping. I checked their charts and chose the size that is closest to my measurements. When the items arrived, they are way too big! And paper thin too! The crappiest quality out there. This company is a scam! Do not order. Save your money from these robbers!

I have placed a total of 3 different orders with them and have never had a problem. The items are as described and returns is quick and easy if you select shipping insurance when placing your order. You get points for placing reviews and you can use them to buy items.

Hi! I was honestly really skeptical at the beginning on whether or not I should purchase anything from shein, and that was because of the several negative reviews that I've read. However, I ordered 2 dresses, and they are great - the fabric is of good quality and they look exactly as in the presentation! My order fot here (I live in the U.S.) after a week and a half, and I am really satisfied. I am looking further to purchasing more items from them. Thank you Shein! :)

Shein is a trifling company with lying agents!

1. They don't have a phone # for customers to call if there's a problem with their order, only a bot.

I finally found an email for them and was literally lied to about my order. Theyre forcing me to wait a full 7 daysto get a refund after my order was marked LOST by UPS!

Don't ever order from Shein - wish I have listened to my sister when she said "Don't do it!"

I ordered 3 dresses 3 weeks in advance for a dance I had I was going to pick the one I liked best... 2 and half months later the dresses still aren't here I tried contacting customer service and all they can say is wait. Complete waste of money hopefully my dresses eventually show up?

L wore the dress on my son's wedding day recently, and so many people came up to me and said how great l looked. They all asked ''where did you get your dress from", they loved the style, color and fit. I got so many compliants form the guests. Great service I would certainly have no problem doing business with sheinside again and recommend to friends.

The dress they sent me doesn't even resemble the one I ordered. I ordered an all over smocked swing dress, multi colored, and the photo on the website showed just that. Instead I received a leopard print dress, no smocking in sight. And you have to take a picture of the wrong item to attach to your return request or they won't process it! We'll see how this all turns out!

In order to return anything, you have to include a photo of what you were sent that you want to return.

Had to return, they sent a dress that I hadn't ordered. The dress that I ordered is no longer visible on their website, although I have the order confirmation to confirm what I ordered.

Look fabulous with great fashion from SheInside!
SheInside products( PLA2536) never disappoint. Their creativity, use of color and material is out of this world. I bought a dress online and I must say I am totally in love with it. It is of high quality, at par with today's fashion trends and it is unique. Write your review to help others learn about this online businessI bought the black mid heel zipper shoes recently and so far they've been amazing. They're very comfortable and keep my feet warm. I have gotten many compliments from people when wearing them. They're a very good price and haven't had any damage done so far. I order them only around 5 days ago and have gotten two days ago. I also suggested others to buy them and once they had gotten them my friends and family started loving them too.
