I don't get why there are so many negative reviews. Hm. I've never had a problem with them. I get my items like a week after i order them which is really good, and whenever i've emailed them asking me something they are fast to respond. The only problem is sometimes the items aren't exactly how i expected them to be but you get what you pay for and you are ordering online so you don't get to try the things on first. But i've never had a bad experience! Maybe i'm just lucky

Tip for consumers:
ALWAYS CHECK THE MEASURMENTS! the clothes are meant to be a little smaller so check the measurments so you don't get the wrong size which seems to be a problem a lot of the time.

I bought a lovely red dress for my beautiful daughter. I had actually meant it has a birthday gift.it really makes her more cute. I have to thank sheinside for timely delivery and proper dress quality.

I ordered 5 bathing suits may 5. It says the package has shipped, if you track it, it says it's at a warehouse and was sterilized. That was may 8th. Ten days later they still haven't updated it. I have no idea when or if I'll ever get my package. And if you try to contact customer service it's automated and no help. I'll never make an order again. And I don't understand because a friend of mine got hers in a week with no issue.

2 years and no refund for the dresses never delivered to a disabled senior in Toronto. I have begged them and written to them and they have sent me some impossible letters, that I can not respond to so no interpersonal live chat and the money never arrives!
2 Years ago I ordered 3 dresses and since these people have done nothing other than cause me stress with my bad heart and they care less. I have expressed that I understand there was a crisis and that stuff has been challenging but TWO YEARS!? Just give me my money back Please!

I went through a very timely and exhausting ordeal today in trying to return/refund with SHEIN. First of all, you cannot print a return label on you own. I had to google the customer service phone # to get assistance only to be told that the "free returns in USA" is not at all free! I have spent almost $200.00 & was told it was going to cost me $72.00 to return my orders. Then I was told SHEIN will print the return label and email it only if I agree to pay the return fee. Seriously? Never again will I use SHEIN.

I bought an order of leggings, almost $100 worth. For 5 or 6 pairs. It was a steal! How can you go wrong!
It arrived in a good amount of time (something I had been worried about) and everything seemed pretty decent quality for the price. In fact, I loved them! In my first few wears I thought I had found my new place to buy leggings!
Then a few wears in, and i now have only 1 pair left that haven't ripped at the seams.
The first pair that ripped I contacted Shien and got a refund for that pair, but once all the other pairs had ripped they would not issue another refund.
Basically, if you only plan on wearing them for a few days, dont plan on exercising in them, etc. Then their clothes are fine. But overall, not my new place to get leggings.
I got a cute dress that I've only worn twice that still looks nice.

I'm sorry that others had a bad experience but I was lucky. My order arrived, the quality of the dress looks good (I have not used and therefore not yet washed) and inexpensive. Although my order did not arrive early, they sent me an email telling me of the delay. I was willing to wait. Will order again.

I ordered a lot of stuff from shein. Jewels n clothes and even shoes. It updates and all amd everything was fine. I received a huge box and i know that i bought a lot but i dont think that box would fit enough of my order. When i opened up the package, im shocked. It IS NOT MY ORDERS. All the clothes are not mine and i have no idea who it is for. And the sizes are far different than mine too. Theres not a single thing in the box that us mine. I think they packed the right order for the wrong person. Lol. I dont want a refund if possible because i really ii love my orders. Could u do something abt this shein?

I ordered ONE shirt on June 28, and paid an extra $2 to have it shipped by June 30. It was a shirt for July 4. July 4 is passed, today is July 7. I was planning on wearing that shirt to a Fourth of July party, and didn't receive it. So basically I paid extra money to have my item deliver late. Sounds like many people are having this problem. Don't shop on this site.

I order from SHEIN a lot and I use to receive my items within no longer than 7 days. Now it's taking atleast a month or longer! I understand that SHEIN may have an extremely high order demand per other customers but that is all the more reason a better plan for shipping needs to be created and strongly enforced!

Orders- Although we want it fast, plan for a couple days extra for shipment because it is coming through customs and over seas

Returns- Can ship to a US address, vs back to China. This saves on a lot of cost compared to other sites.

- If you return something, you need to check your Shein account. That is where they credit the refund. You then need to "withdraw" the credit from your account and send it directly back to your paypal or credit card.

- Contact-
I couldn't find a number, but got on the chat. I expected to be lost in translation, and i totally was totally surprised. The agent on the other side knew exactly where to guide me on my refund, corresponded with snapshots, and helped me figure the system out.

In all, i would shop again... great styles, great prices... just need to know the system. =)

Ordered 3 shirts, waited over 2 months. Tried tracking and finally waited during a 1 hour conversation to have them say... oh we can resend, be another 16 weeks. Didn't have same card I used to purchase and they didn't even say sorry until I said how they didn't even apologize. Then they said sorry that you were inconvenienced. Not a word to make it right. Money spent and no clothes. Buyer beware!

I bought a dress on this site for my girlfriend and she loved it! It was the White Spaghetti Strap with Lace dress. She usually is really picky with dresses, and has a certain look she likes. WHen I browsed through the site, there were a lot of styles that looked good, and it was quite easy to find one that I thought my girl woudl like.

Everything from selection to checkout was easy to use. I received the shipment on time, and now my girlfriend is always on the site instead of going out to shop, which is better for me b/c I won't get dragged to go shopping at the mall now.

Personally every item I have received from SheIn has been quality, not to mention the great prices. That's what keeps me coming back. I have been more than pleased with the items I have received. I find the size charts to be very accurate as well as the items pictured. You just can't beat the prices. These same items bought at a high end boutique would be very pricey. Overall I must say I am more than pleased with the items I have received (at least 3-4 orders with 2 or more items on each). I will definitely continue to order from SheIn.

The reviews were pretty good so I took my chances. The two items came in and they are extremely small. I bought the biggest size in the sweat shirts to make sure they would fit my daughter. She was heart broken when they came in and did not fit. An XL fit more like a medium maybe even a small. I normally wear a large and that is with room to spare but I could not breath when I put these on they were so tight. They were super cute in person and we will pass them along to someone that will get use out of them. Not worth the trouble to ship them back. I will not be ordering again because XL is the largest they had and that runs too small.

My items did not arrive and they sent me a picture as proof of my neighbours door porch with her parcels saying it they were mine. Then sent me a picture of a random bin shed with another parcel also not mine. All i wanted was my items and after several messages they finely have agreed to a refund. Really horrible experience. I cant trust them and this is actually worst site I have ever been on.

If i could give this company zero stars, i would. I ordered some clothes and a pair of shoes from them. They shipped both separately with different tracking numbers. I only received the shoes.The clothes that was supposed to be delivered to my address was automatically sent back to the seller without being delivered to me. Now shein has yet to refund my money, even after receiving the items that was delivered back to them. I will never shop from them again

I'm really frustrated right now. I ordered three dresses about a week ago for a wedding that I am attending today. When ordering I selected fast shipping which is 2-4 business days. Thinking they would be here by now. NOPE! Come to say that they aren't here, I spent additional money on shipping AND they don't have proper shipping tracking. Would I recommend this website if you need something within a week? I would NOT!

So I ordered 6 items all had shipped withing 24 hours, 3 were shipped after 2 weeks and arrived separately 3 are not here yet and it has been a month. The tracking number provided shows NO information. Every time I contact them I get the same response to WAIT with no information in how long. I am leaving on a trip that I wanted the 3 other items for. I feel very disappointed amd once I googled reviews on their website I found a lot had the same issue. I just wish I had reviewed it before ordering.

I've ordered from Sheinside in the past and I feel like they have improved their service over the few years greatly. The shipping is fast and I love the quality and price of the products. Very bad experience, it's been almost a month now since I have placed my order and nothing have been received. I was supposed to receive my order 16-19 days back! All what they do is they give you 100 point compensation, that's not what I need.
