I waited twenty days to received my items, but this company was keeping me informed on my order. They gave me 500pts for the delay. Once shipped I was able to track my order. The items were nice and materials were acceptable for the price you pay, although most did not fit because the sizes are not according to US sizing chart. This company are for smaller individuals. I gave a few items away as presents. Didn't bother to return any item because it's not free, and didn't want to wait another 3 weeks. I was satisfied with customer service! Won't buy here again!

Really it is awesome service for me. Last week I order a necklace for my wife and I'm also happy to say that she was so glad. The ordering process was also so simple and hassle free and the shipping was reasonably a lot quicker than I thought it would be actually. Overall a pleasant shopping experience! I'll definitely buy again from Shelnside.

I always shop at this website because they have cute clothes for a resonable price. I also like that they have lots of offers & free shipping. I continue to get emails for things that I didn't order. I haven't visited the site or even looked at anything. I have gotten at least 2 emails for an order and the kicker is that the shipping address is on Mackinac Island, Michigan. Not remotely close to where I live.
Could someone have entered a wrong email? Possible, but if I had ordered something I would be fixing this and contacting Shein about it.

There is no way to talk to a person with this company. Once you buy, it's yours forever. I was unable to return the items I purchased. I went through their website return process several times, but the submit button was grayed out each time no matter what I did. And there was no explanation why I could not return my items. I looked and looked for a way to contact someone in the company, but the only contact is through their computer-responding chat. You cannot chat with a person. So frustrating. I will never buy from this company again.

The collection of Shein is really exceptional and rare collection. I liked their collection very much. Their customer service was very friendly. They helped me much to chose the right dress and pick styles that will last through fads. This is why I loved my purchases from SheIn. I received my first order of tops and a printed maxi dress for summer and absolutely loved them.

I have ordered a package worth over $80 almost 2 weeks ago. Last update was that my package went through final sterilization and shipped on June 30, and no updates since then... I ordered lots of items from SHEIN Canada each showed as $11 cad or $12. Cad I find the price reasonable until I checked my credit card and noticed that they charged my card twice more than what it's was showing in the website. I contacted them and asked to fix the price. The people are in China and they were not helpful at all. I do not suggest buying from this website because the price is not clear. Also I had to pay custom at the end which added to the price that I paid. I was not expecting that because simply I assumed I'm shopping a Canadian website. Be careful with the company and prices.

I had ordered a couple of items from here and had no email confirmation or tracking number. After writing a review on here a couple weeks ago they finally contact me and gave me a tracking number, my package came and all the clothes were great. It just seems that you can't get any reply from them unless you complain on this site, it shouldn't have to get to that. I was satisfied with what I got but the customer service is honestly the worst.

I'm really writing this with vexation. Ordered some clothes and were to be delivered by the 13-15th, had plans to use them and till date haven't receive them. Contacted their agents and they kept saying they will chase it up. What if I had to leave the country? I had paid online already, I would have left without my stuffs. The tracking number they gave me showed that the goods haven't even reached the delivery company which is Aramax. I'm really really disappointed. I was expecting an agent to even give me a concrete feedback and follow up. I just want my money. I no longer need the dresses because where I was planning to wear to passed already. 1 star because there's no 0 star

I have purchased many items from SHEIN. For the most part the clothing isn't bad however, it's rarely looks just like advertised. It's usually in the same neighborhood but definitely Not like the picture shown. Also the material is usually not the best, or the stitching is off with something. But for the prices, you can get a gem or 2 in a haul... I usually purchase like 6 or 8 items at a time and at least 2 of them are definitely winners. The rest are just ok. But still the prices are cheap and for Plus size women it's really not that bad. You take a chance...

you may not get exactly what you ordered, but what you will receive won't be bad... Some items are lovely the rest are just ok, not usually as advertised.

Ordered some Impanema sandals not realising it was coming from Shein. They sent a pair of cheap sunglasses (clearly not my order) then refused to refund my purchase until I had returned the glasses at my own cost even though this was their error (deliberate no doubt). My options were, keep the glasses and pay for them and they work return half of my original purchase or return them for a refund. The cost of shipping then back was more than half of my purchase! So I am now stuck with no option to keep this pair of plastic junk in order to get any money back. Absolutely disgraceful! If you receive a wrong order do not acknowledge that you record anything or you will be in the same position. I believe this to be deliberately fraudulent.

I ordered a few items for myself, my girlfriend, and my boys for a cruise. I measured my kids and ordered the exact sizes they needed. All 4 outfits came way too small. The shirts were too tight across the chest and too short. The same thing with the items for myself. I ordered a pineapple printed dress for my girlfriend and when it came it was a lemon print dress. I emailed Shein, they responded that I could keep it and they refunded me 80% of the price. I did not want that dress, nor 80% off of a lemon print dress. The other items I shipped back and was also refunded 80%. A pair of ear rings also came with one broken. They only wanted to refund the price of one earring. I will never be ordering from them again. Sizes were all off, quality is what was expected.

I didn't expect much because I was unsure of the website at first. I've ordered so many shirts from them and honestly I've never been disappointed. I only had one issue with shipping and it wasn't entirely their fault. If your order ships in different orders, it will sometimes show the 2nd order as delivered when the first was. I got on the app and chatted with customer service and they explained the shipping to me and I received the second part a few days later. I've NEVER ordered pants or shoes because those are items that I need to try on before I buy. I got so many cute tops and cardigans for work. I'll continue to order from them unless I have an issue but I was honestly happy with my clothes and with the customer service when I needed to speak to them. I've never tried to return anything so I really can't speak on that part.

Read reviews and use your best judgement. If you see a shirt that you love, try it but don’t spend a ton of money until you’re sure.

I wish I I could leave no stars. Shein scammed me out of money for an item I paid for and never received. Refused to send me missing item in the mail ( which is obviously, highly illegal and known as retail theft.) If you look at the lowest reviews on here and on similar websites, many people had the same issue and many others had never received their whole order whatsoever. I will definitely being posting this comment on other review websites for Shein. Don't appreciate getting scammed out of money that I work hard for, and I'm pretty sure the hundreds of other people who wrote similar reviews about missing items/orders didn't either.

SheIn has a wide range of clothing with the prices significant lower than at the similar shops. The main problem is the size. Sometimes it's the same as in description, but it happens often, that the size is absolutely wrong. This is the core problem, why I'm not ordering a lot from them.
