After hearing great reviews from friends, I decided I would to place an order myself. The clothes are cute and look to be of decent quality, prices seem to good to be true. I picked out several items, none of them had out of stock notices. I got a confirmation and estimated shipping date. Then several days later I get an email notice from Shein that a credit had been issued and note from my cc stating they got a credit from Shein for my entire order. I never got notification from Shein that there was a problem with my order. Just that they credited my order. Hard to rate a company you did not really do business with but since I was not given the chance I would give it a minus 2.

This company cancelled my entire order and credited my account for the full amount w/o notification or explanation so never rec'd any products.
The next page of this review has questions which have nothing to do with anything and think it is horrible that you would need to know people's age, sex, weight, height, etc. At least we can opt to not participate.

One of the items was missing in my package and Shein dismissed my claim and said that the item was included……except for the fact that someone opened the package, took the item out, and then resealed the bag. Beware, as Shein will not reimburse you, even though it's not your fault.

I made an order on their website, looked legitimate. Ended up with my card being charged and did not receive the product. Went through the hassle with my bank to get in touch with the company they ended up shipping me the product that I had ordered and they are the cheapest things I have ever seen. All the writing on the box is in Chinese the size is not right and forget trying to return something they do not honor their returns. Had to go through I bank again and have the charge reversed. Through the item in the trash with even wanna give it to anybody was so embarrassing looking. Looked like I bought it in a dollar store.

I've read reviews on the quality and have been careful about my choices. I hope that my dress finally arrives. After all I ordered it on a monday and live in Australia, which takes no time to ship, certainly not 16 days...
The "busy season" should have nothing to do with the company's ability to process an order and ship it in the time frame they have given. If SheInside is incapable of sending an order then they should not sell clothes ONLINE.

I am not usually very big on buying clothes online because the experiences I have had are mostly negative. However, SheInside has caused me to rethink my perception of buying online. I recently purchased some clothes for myself and my husband - and I was satisfied with the order! Firstly, the clothes were great prices. Secondly, the clothes I ordered were as I saw them online and ordering was very easy. Also, the shipping time was good. My husband is already asking when I will place the next order! The products that I got from Sheen were very creative and had amazing quality. It was the HUD jobs in a long cardigan. The quality of cardigan was very high-quality. I love the texture of the feeling and it went well with a bodysuit. I had put it all together with some makeup of mine, and it was amazing now for the black job that I got I can wear it without my under peace and my hair could breathe during the summer time amazing 10 out of 10 Quality

I bought my new dress from www.sheinside.com. I wore this dress to work and turned many more heads than expected. It's so flattering! I'm 5'6" and 132 pounds. I ordered a small and it fit like a glove. The material has quite a bit of stretch so size wise it would be forgiving a bit. The cut of this dress hides the mommy tummy pouch well. I felt a bit strange wearing something so retro as its not my typical fashion style... but I'm so pleased with it and I know I'll wear it tons. The delivery was quick and flawless. The customer care was superb!

Very confused on why the website advertises "ships within 24 hours" because whenever I go to track my package all it says is that the shipping label has been created. I ordered this dress to bring on vacation with me and I am leaving for vacation in 6 days. It has already been 6 days since I ordered the dress and it has not even been shipped out yet! The return process is not user friendly, most sites will provide you with a legit return label even if you have to pay for the shipping. SHEIN does not make it easy to return items. When trying to ask a specific question all you get are options to chose from and not the actual question that you are trying to find an answer to. I do not care for this site.

I bought the Blue Lapel Vertical Striped Blouse for my wife and she loved it. It was easy to order, I just added it to my bag, selected a size and then checked out. I also loved that they had so many pictures of the Blue Lapel Vertical Striped Blouse, not just stock photos but of real customers wearing the product as well. I also appreciated that there was free shipping no matter the amount of the order and that I got 40% off my first order. My order came quickly and was packaged great. I new will be low quality for the price but not THAT bad. Off course the one they take the photos is a different one.
The quimical smell was so strong and the fabric feels like cheap plastic.
I returned and never got my money back.
