Very unfortunate that I did the companies return policy in full. I will not be shopping at Shein.com or referring any friends in the future. I purchased a swimsuit, my first purchase... that unfortunately did not fit. After logging into their website and attempting to exchange this item for a larger size... I was very bummed to find out that Shein.com does not accept returns for swim wear. Sheik.com does not accept returns for the MAJORITY of their inventory. I advise they change this policy. Their shoppers are not able to try items on prior to purchasing them.

I have noticed there's a standard reply for why every customer's order is yet to ship. There's always one item that's out of stock that you guys are processing. Bull$#*!! My 28th June order is still processing. I noticed you guys find time to shift the expected shipping date for my order daily but never find time to process order. How can I cancel this rubbish and get a refund? The purpose why I ordered the items in the first place is already defeated. Do not shop from this website! I should have listened to prior reviews.

I've been a VIP member in Shein and I liked it, but one day I had a situation that Shein cancelled my order for some reason that I don't know. So I reordered my items but found that the order cancelled was suddenly in effect and shipped. The only way I could get refunded was returning them, but they were too many items. I asked Shein customer service if they have a compensation policy for situations made by their fault, but they do not. I need to return those to get refunded for their fault. This was different from what I experienced from Amazon's service and I felt uncomfortable with Shein's irresponsible policy on their fault. I don't feel like shopping in Shein anymore and I'm trying to find other alternative brand.

The shipping is a little, but there is a wide range of products and always having free shipping is great too.

This was my first time buying from shein I payed extra money to make sure my packages would be here before April and all throughout the past week it has been fine until they were suppose to get here yesterday when randomly it tells me there's been issues and the app completely crashed over and over as i tried to figure it out well now i have to wait 5 more days supposedly and i have to drive an hour and a half to get my packages from the nearest place i could because they are to stupid to send it to my house.

This site seem nice but their customer service and shipping methods are horrible. I made my first order and requested 1-2 day shipping but it took them two weeks to send my items out and incomplete so I ask for a refund. Very disappointing. I decided to give them second chance and made a second order for expedited shipping and it's been a week with no type of info about my order. I try to talk to customer service chat and they don't want to reply to me. Please send my items because I'm going on vacation in a week or refund my money. Shipping label has been created on 5/20 over 11 days ago. Contacted Fedex and the package has not been received. I am very experienced with using Fedex as a carrier and it does not take 3-4 days for them to update their website. I have been very patient on waiting for this order which was placed on May 10th. My daughter and I have an event for these dresses in a couple of weeks.

I ordered a sweater that I have been looking for for quite some time and I loved it. I had no problem ordering it, because I haven't had problems with them before. My package had issues which wasn't totally in their control but when I contacted them, they didn't fix the problem. They didn't seem to want to help me. I've had multiple issues with delivery. Whether it's returning items or obtaining them. Never trust their delivery date and always, ALWAYS track your returns. Sometimes your items are still in a warehouse and never get sent out or returned. If they would become more reliable in delivery, I would order more from them than Amazon.

I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly my package (all 5 items I ordered) was delivered - 10 days before I was told to expect it. The clothing was fine. It mostly matched what I expected, though the quality was in some cases slightly lower than I'd hoped. Nothing amazing but overall about what I expected.

This is my second purchase with Sheinside, and all has gone well. My first purchase was for my girlfriend's birthday. This time I decided to step it up a bit and get a few nice things for my sister's birthday. Normally I just give her a gift card or something like that. This year I didn't break my bank, and I was able to get her a lot of really nice clothing. Everything feels great quality with no picks or rips, and it all fit her well. She said this year's gift was the best so far. It was perfect!

This will be my first time having an issue with shein but today i purchased some boots they charged my card and a few hours later cancelled my order but never refunded the money. This is a big no no for me because i never cancelled the order and i never received a refund. I have submitted my order before 12 days. And the status of my order is also unknown. I am not getting any exact information even after submitting request several times for status update. I think i already paid the money for my order while putting an order and i am getting all this delay. I wonder if I will ever receive my order. This is the worst online shopping experience for me ever. I will not recommend this website for shopping at least for india. I receive response that my package is lost somewhere that too after asking several times. There is not mail initiated from their side as they mention in their policy that if order will not be delivered in 5-8 days they will send us an email.
All replies from their side are just to keep patience, how can one have it when the payment is already done and not received anything.
I strongly suggest not to order from this site.

Clothes are cheap price BECAUSE they ARE cheap quality. Also, too much controversy around Shein and its unethical policies. I do not support child/forced labor and to be quite frank, it's not hard to believe when you see the dynamics of the company. Will not buy again.

They send spam almost every day, even though I "unsubscribe" and confirm it, with every message. I can't go to my account settings and unsubscribe that way, or else it is a maze that is impossible to find. When I placed my order I chose the option for extended shipping so I wouldn't have to pay duty and still had to pay an extra $51. Moreover, I ordered 15 items and only two out of the 15 fit… I follow this size guideline that they have to the tea after fully measuring all of my various parts LOL and they are completely wrong. Of course, I cannot return anything so I'm out $250 for nothing. Super huge waste of time and money.
