I have ordered from site a few times, a few small things here and there before placing a substantial order. Few mis haps with sizing, but expected with these sites.
My last two orders however never showed up, I ordered again in good faith, and although I have paid for goods, I have not received, despite advice from shein asking if my "neighbor" picked up the parcel. I have been let down yet again, do not rely on these guys!

This is actually the first time I am buying on Sheinside.com, I was looking for a nice dress for my wife as a gift for our wedding anniversary. The site has such a wide variety of items that I didn’t really know what to choose but I ended up buying her the Black Sleeveless Tribal Embroidery Maxi Dress and the Black Crocodile Chain Satchels Bag to accessorize with it. It was definitely the perfect gift to do and she was delighted! The details of the dress are beautiful and the quality of it is just amazing! The clutch was a great match with the dress. It is definitely a great value for a small price! On the top of it the delivery has been very fast which makes my experience even better. I am really impressed with Sheinside.com and will buy more items very soon!

My wife and daughter ordered swimsuits. The swimsuits arrived, but one of the tios has a defective clasp. Unfortunately going in the trash because it cannot be exchanged. We will never puchase form them again and advise others the same.

So I ordered a package it says delivered yet didn't recieve my package. Says signature but was signed by me.the delivery service they hired doesn't understand how to ask for ID before handing over someone merchandise they paid for. They care very little about their customers. They didn't even go to the right address yet my address is clearly written. This is the second time this incompetent company has lost my package because they have the worst delivery service ever

Fire you delivery services you hire second time lost a package

Sent an e-mail about my order ZYH554. Still no response. The money was taken out of my account but it has been over a week and it still says my items are pending. Horrible. Wish I could cancel my transaction.

I ordered a two piece red plus size swimsuit about a week ago. It arrived sooner than expected, and fit wonderfully. Stichting and fabric were good quality, comfortable fit and soft feel. Will definetly be looking good this summer! Thankyou

I ordered 2 bikini sets from the site and they arrived one month after the order was placed. Both were extremely poorly made, the stitches cracked as I was trying them on and one of them was sown backwards. I had read some reviews about how their sizing runs a little small so I orderd them one size up (I'm normally a small and orderd the in Medium) and the bottoms still didn't fit. Horrible experience please don't trust the good reviews.

First time i have ordered from SHEIN. It is the worst site. Poor service. They send poor quality products and not ready to exchange or return their products. They have made such a complicated method to return the products. Many times it showed that the customer care executive will get back to us in next 24hrs but no one contacted. Its a pathetic site. Worst experience ever.

I recently placed my first order with Shein, looking forward to my items. Problem is that my account was charged for the order, but no order received. I never even got a confirmation. I went on the site and my order doesn't even show up as if it never existed. Now I can't even get in touch with anyone at this company. I'm convinced I've been scammed.

None. They took my daughter’s money and deleted the order.

I was very hesitant to order from them after reading so many negative reviews. Thankfully, I gave it a try! I received my order in 8 days. The quality of items (2 swimsuits, 2 straw bags, and a dress) is pretty good! I didn't like how the dress fits me and Shien gave me a credit for it without me having to return it. Swimsuits are true to size. I will definitely be ordering more stuff from them. Also, you can't beat the price!

Shein is an absolute scam. I ordered as a first time customer and they didn't send me a return label that worked. It took WEEKS to reach someone and I had to Google "how to reach shein" because the online system doesn't connect you! They have no number, email, etc. It was THE WORST experience of my life. I do not complain or wrote reviews but I am appalled at how they scammed me out of hundreds of dollars. Do not buy from them!

I finally bit the bullet and did a sizable order from sheinside.com. I only ordered tops since I considered this a trial order.The design of the dress is really unparalleled & awesome. I will order again if I saw something that tickled my fancy. I am too much pleased with their service & the quality of the product with price. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

My friend actually recommended the site to me after she ordered numerous items and loved pretty much everything she ordered. I found all of their items to be really well priced and actually had to refrain from buying 80% of the stuff on the site ahah!
I ordered a few items but the piece that I literally can't take off is the 'green long sleeve faux fur lapel woollen coat'- it is seriously so comfy and definitely necessary in this dreary english weather. I'm shocked at how reasonable the prices are for the items and will definitely be shopping here again.
I'm a little surprised with the negative feedback on the site, obviously I can't speak for anyone else but me and my friend had no issues with the items that we purchased.

I purchased an item that turned out too big. Spoke with customer service. A smaller size was going to be sent. Over a month later no sign. I reached out to customer service again. They will not replace the item until they receive the wrong size back first. This was not mentioned with the first customer service rep.I was told I only had 7 days to return the item. That window has closed. Now I'm stuck with an oversized jumper because I waited to return the wrong size item until I received the smaller sized item. Figured if the second one didn't fit right either I could just return them both at the same time.

First, let me say that I haven't ordered anything from this site - I was brought to it from a link on Pinterest. Right away I noticed the website had improper English usage, misspelled words, etc. I have been scammed once from a "Cole Haan" website, never again. These people are located in Taiwan, China, etc and LOVE your money. And read the "positive" comments on here - all worded with incorrect English. Don't do it, no matter how cheap and cute you think the product is!

Its been almost a month since I made my order. Although I paid standard shipping so I can get my parcel faster it is the same as I would choose a normal shipping. I ordered at 5th July, and it made the round of the world, went into every country and now its been for 7 days in Germany while I live in Greece. Next time if I want to buy clothes for summer I will order them in winter.

I've used sheinside several times and have had no issues whatsoever. I bought three t-shirts and a top and the ordering process was easy and quick. Delivery was on time and the items were of good quality and very original designs. I would have no hesitation in shopping there again.

This is the WORST online retailer I have ever bought from. Order placed on 11/22/2014, it is 12/16/2014 and it still has not shipped; however, they took my money right away. There is no phone number for Customer Service, just some on line bot that is useless. I have contacted them on the on line bot multiple times and every time I am assured that my order will ship in 3-4 days…. Now they can't even assure me I will have it in time for Christmas. Now I have to explain to my daughter why she has no Christmas presents, oh and I can't go buy her something else because they TOOK my money! This company is a scam and needs to be shut down!

Yes, you must not expect your order in a week. However, if you purchase in advance you will be happy. I love the clothes I've ordered. I read the reviews to get an idea of the sizing, and the pictures of 'normal' people wearing the outfits is a huge plus!

First time ordering, I have ordered three of their swim suites, which I qualify for free shipping. While process my payment at the bottom state DHL clear duty fee ahead. What an idiot, I was, I had decided to go ahead paid that $26.00 to clear duty fee from DHL. Turn out the site scam you to pay express shipping for $26.00 claiming its to clear duty fee. The actual company DHL won't delivery your package until you pay the duty fee. So in other words I paid $50 on shipping and duty fee. I will never and won't recommend anyone purchasing from this site. Poorly manage.

Tip for consumers:
I wouldn't recommending buying anything again from this site.

I recently ordered a mothers day gift from this site and it was an incredible experience. It had fast shipping and even had something I had been looking for for quite a while and it got here just in time. I couldn't be happier with it. I have had the most excellent response from the customer support system that answered all of my questions and concerns willingly. This store has made me a customer for life and I can say with good faith I throughly enjoyed my experience there.

One of my cousins, who often buys clothes online, recommended me this website. I was not very sure about buying online but my experience with Sheinside was not disappointing at all. Sheinside is a very nice website. Since I am very fond of accessories and bags I ordered a few items because prices are very reasonable, the style is very trendy and the selection very wide. The shipping was good and items (which were shipped from China) arrived on time.The company use DHL to ship. I am planning to purchase other items from this website in the future and would recommend this website to anyone who wants to dress fashionably at a reasonable price.
