I am a bit surprised by the negative reviews laid out here, but I had a decent experience with them. I love to order from here as they have an array of clothing, in different colours and with the latest trends. What more the price is reasonable. Recently I ordered a apricot sleeveless round neck floral print dress and the product was delivered on time and looked the same as the one I placed the order for. The material was great in quality and it looked very trendy. The fit was fine and I was happy with the feel of the product. The product came home in good packing and without any defects. I was glad I got it at a discounted price. My sister had ordered a couple of accessories prior as we and she was a happy customer.
The customer care seemed decent and I did not face any untoward event. Considering the high quality and reasonable pricing, its a great place to do your online shopping. It makes your life easy as walking into stores, takes so much of your time away.

The clothes are hit or miss, sometimes they look good and sometimes they suck. Especially the material, I would say a waste of time. God forbid you order alot of clothes. One time I spent $135.00 on clothes. They said it was delivered but only one shirt showed up in a separate package? That's suspicious... on top of all of that, nothing ever got resolved. I didn't get a refund or the clothes. So they took all of my money and gave me one shirt... CROOKS. Just be careful

After reading some reviews of the site and browsing the clothes, I decided to give it a shot. I saw an adorable shirt for only $10 and figured it was worth the risk. I was absolutely right! I used the same card (Debit) I always use to order online and had no issues with payment not going through. My item shipped and got to me within a week, which I am perfectly happy with. Although I didn't need to contact customer service for anything, it was nice that I received an email thanking me for my order. Personally, I had no issues. I checked over my new harry potter shirt and didnt see any stains, tears, or defects and it fit me like I expected it to and went through the wash just fine. I would order from this site again, possibly do my christmas shopping here.

This is one of the stores where I buy most of my clothes from. Because I find them to be good quality and the cheapest price.

They've got such a wide selection I find myself going through the whole site when I really get into it and it's time to do clothes shopping.

They're always trendier than most websites, and up to date.

There was a time when I picked a size of a shirt, and it did not fit me, but they have a quick and easy to follow return policy and I got a full refund at the end of it. I ended up buying another shirt to make up for the other one, and it was perfect.

This is a pretty legit website I have to say, they have the cutest clothing.

My order was way late. I tried to contact them and no response. Finally got a hold of live chat. They had no idea where my order was and said two items I ordered were out of stock. At that point I was done. Never again! I have no proof of purchase because I deleted their app and email.

I have never been through such a mess with trying to do a simple return. Which is suppose to be easy with free return shipping. I will never again order anything from this company again. I will not recommend this site to anyone. They are not clear on the sizing unless you are a 0 or 2. Returning or exchanging is out of the question. The quality of the merchandise is good, but that doesn't mean anything if it is too small. With all the negative reports I have found on the internet about this company I don't understand why they have not try to improve, word of mouth is one of the best way to advertise. Unless stealing is the basic principle behind this company.

Don't shop here there are other sites that offer the same merchandise with good policies and service.

I ordered a lot of clothes from them. The strapless bra came missing a part of it, but I couldn't make a return since it's personal item. Tried contacting the customer service and there was no real human replying at all. I also want to return several other tops due to their poor quality, but there is literally NO WAY I could get a return label. This is a total scam. Do Not buy anything from SHEIN!

I have ordered from SheIN about 6 times now. Although I have heard in the past that courier services are slow or that quality is not good, I personally have not had any issues. You just have to be smart about what you order in terms of fabric. I also usually order a large quantity (around $200 worth) so I always qualify for free express shipping. My order gets to me within a week or so.

The only problem I had a couple of times was that the sizing was a little bit off, but I was able to return with no issues and receive a refund. They are really accommodating with returns and will either refund you the money or you can use it for your next order.

Pricing of the items is really cheap, but the quality is actually really good considering what you pay, which is surprising. I definitely recommend ordering from this site.

I did my first purchase from Shein, and will not be shopping again. The quality is awful. The returns policy is the biggest nightmare ever, which I still havent figured out yet, AND they won't even allow you to return a bikini. The bikini was so tiny I couldn't even get it over my head, yet I still cant return it - ridiculous. All other online shops let you return bikinis. Its been a bad experience, I wont be coming back and would advise anyone from shopping here.

I just order something from shein and they said it will take 24 hours for processing but i looking at all these reviews and i hope i dont need a refund cause i will be pissed. And when you guys say 40% off first order, please say it correctly because i just wanted to try this out and then you guys said i couldnt be able to get that coupon, you have to understand that many of your stuff are sale items. Plus i think to help your site a bit, i think everytime you guys fail at something, you should give the customer a free gift. It shouldnt take more than 3 days if you say 24 hours.

This company is a reliable company so far. It's not a scam which is what I was thinking at first. But their clothes are actually what you see, just be careful to read which items are returnable and which aren't. If you don't then it's kind of your fault for buying something and not being able to return it. Their dresses and shirts are cute but be careful and actually measure yourself with the measurements they provide. It's easy to contact customer service by submitting a ticket with your issue, they typically will resolve the issue within a day. I would definitely order from them again.

They are very helpful when it comes to solving confusion but I wish i was told a crucial fact before i used my coupon that i learned wasn't usable after it didn't work. Other than that, their shipping is fast and their clothing items are neatly packed

I placed my order and my items arrived in a timely fashion. However, none of the clothes I had ordered were suitable; the sizing was way off - either too small or too big. No matter, I'll just return them all. To return items you allegedly have to 'submit a ticket' on their website. On logging in I discovered that there was no record under 'my orders' and I assume for this reason I was unable to 'submit a ticket'. Several times I attempted to request assistance via the online 'help' tool. Not one response. There is no phone number or address or any other way of contacting this company, so I have no way of returning my items and getting a refund. I have since found out that a friend of mine had the exact same problem, couldn't speak to a human; eventually she gave her items to a friend. Disgraceful company. I want my money back.

I just ordered for the first time and I am disappointed. On the website the clothes look like they are good quality items like actual cotton. But when I received my items they are not. They are the cheap thin material. I ordered from them because it says free returns which it is not. The shipping fee comes out of your return money. I wouldn't recommend. In the picture I took you can clearly see right through them.

I got a 40% off discount code for signing up, but when I tried the code during check-out, it only took off like $1. Most of the items are already 35% off or "on sale" which they ALWAYS are. What it does is bring the prices back to their retail price then take off the 40% off from those prices so in the end, you only get about a 3-5% discount. Items which are again "on sale" for more than 40% are not included in the discount. What a ripoff! I ordered an item yesterday just to see if their product can make up for this scam, and have yet to receive an email regarding shipping. Will be adding a separate review for that, but with regards to their so-called discount, I'm warning you to NOT believe in it.

They are now asking to see my bank account to verify my purchase - then they just cancel my order if i don't provide them - one time i did and I blocked out my account numbers and they denied it. They are trying to get into your bank accounts

Tip for consumers:
they are scammers and childish - who runs their business asking for pictures for a return - then asking for proof from your bank account that you placed the order then cancelling orders for this reason. This is crazy - or they found my reviews and got mad. either way childish behavior is big red flag.

I see they found my review and are retaliating with cancelling my orders. And they want to see my acccount information - no thanks scammers

I buy quite often from shein I am a speaker and trainer so I need new outfits often. Now they implemented this new requirement of providing 3 pictures for every item being returned. I order lots and return what doesn't fit sometimes it's none sometimes its a number of them but overall im keeping a lot of items. I found this out after my items came. After all this work on this order, I will never order from shein again. So you win shein - i'm done with you.

Tip for consumers:
Will no longer be a customer. I have placed at least 6 orders in the past year but no more. requiring 3 photos to return your ill fitting clothes is beyond ridiculous.

Placed an order and never got an email confirmation for the purchase. When trying to log in it says i have no account with them. Emailed them asking if my order is processed, never got a reply. Thankfully my order arrived. But now it is a pain on a neck to return 2 items, since my order does not exist in their system. Again noone replied to my email, chat is useless. As per return policy they provide return label for first return. But how to print label for non existing order? Is there anybody there to actually provide a customer service?

The dress looks gorgeous which I have seen the shein.com site. I have chosen a long maxi for my sister's 19th Birthday. It is black round neck long sleeve embroidered maxi. It has different size which you need. It's background color is black & in front of many flower of roses. I have shown it my sister & she also liked it. I also told her about this website where anyone can choose easily beautiful women dress and order a little expensive.

I ordered my package 2 weeks ago and tracked it. When my package was finally in route I was waiting and it was never delivered. I went back to the tracking number and and it says shipped and received and signed. But I can't contact anyone about my package. Horrible customer service support with no phone number

After submitting a ticket to cancel my order and get a full refund, Shein took about a week to take care of things. It will take about 10-20 working days to get a refund if you paid by credit card, but about 3-5 if you paid by paypal. Although I wish it would have been faster, better than nothing though. Thanks Sheinside for offering satisfactory customer service.

UPDATED:
I just wanted to add a few words of advice. If you do decide to buy their clothing, make sure to look at the reviews for the product to really see the quality of it, how it fits if only comes in one size, etc. When I did buy my items, I made sure that each article of clothing had several reviews to make sure that this wasn't just some sketchy asian site and that it was really legit.

Also, here's another tip. Sheinside will respond to customer service reports faster if you post a review about them. Good luck!

If I can save one person time and money, that would be great. This company is the worst. I believe they are total scammers. I placed a large order over a month ago and I never received it. Of course the tracking said the package was delivered to my mailbox. It would have never fit in my mailbox, so I know it was never delivered. I live in a very small town. If it was delivered to someone else, they would have returned it to me.
I checked with my very small post office and they were not able to locate the package either. So, no package, no items and no refund. Never again will I order from this terrible company.
