I ordered last Friday & I havent had one update on any processing or shipping for my ONE ITEM I ordered. I cant even find my order on the website as if it doesnt exist! I contacted customer service and they have failed to help me find my order! My money was taken and thats the only email Ive received. Im very nervous & I just want to know where the hell my stuff is & when it will get to me. Worst online experience ever!

We placed orders on a few items. One package arrived while the other said it was delivered but we never received it. We contacted customer service and they told us to wait a few days or go check with the neighbors. We waited a few days but it never showed. Check back on the site and it said the case was closed because they told us to check with the neighbors.
We contacted customer service again and the prepared message said to go check with the neighbors. Are they really expecting people to go knock on each neighbor's house and ask if they receive a package by mistake? What a joke.
I would never order from this company again even if it's more expensive at a more reputable company. I understand that it may not be their fault that the items didn't get here but they should at least take the responsibility to refund the customers when that happens.

I ordered a package from Shein. I never received it. They sent a picture of a package addressed to the wrong person and wrong address and they told me it was mine. Customer service was a real pain. Lost my money. Never again

If you order from these people it probably is related to Dresslily, where the quality is poor & the sizes too small. I followed the size chart & had to give 2 kimono to my neighbor, who is petite, & they barely fit her. 2 of the kimono I kept because they open at the front so I can wear them. But its a good thing I sew, ' cuz one of them actually had the sleeve sewn to the border- so I fixed it. I'll never order from them again. In tbe pictures everything looks so cut. It's a shame.

Upon receiving my items in the mail, every single item I want to return. Every piece of clothing was of the poorest quality including holes, loose string, the seems were falling apart, the sizes were off, and some pieces were extremely dirty. I couldn't even try on one of the shirts I bought because it was covered in dirt and there was a huge hole. I am very unhappy with my entire order!

I ordered 5 things from Shein on May 27th and it's been more than a month and I haven't received a thing yet. I've tried to contact them through email and haven't heard back. I'm honestly tired of waiting and want my packages. I will not shop here again and I do not recommend this website.

I put my order into Shein 3 weeks before Thanksgiving last year. I thought that since it was a busy time for most places to ship and with the shipping fiasco happening that I should give it some time. So when it didn't arrive by Christmas I was still trying to be gracious and gave them the excuse for massive amounts of people needing to ship products and not to be angry about the delay. Well Valentine's day came and went and when I went to check on my order they said they had already shipped it to my house. They did not. I called the lady who lives at a similar address because our mail gets mixed up sometimes. She did not receive my order either. When I filed a dispute with my bank they said Shein provided proof that my order was signed for. THIS DID NOT HAPPEN. Please be aware of this scam. I paid for a product I did not receive. No one signed for or received ANYTHING from them. They kept my money though

I ordered 3 items from this site 2 weeks ago. My order shows paid on the site but all of my items are STILL processing.
I don't understand that they ask for a week to process your order, but here it is going on week 3 still not processed!
I planned on taking my order on vacation with me next week but I don't see this happening.
Lets see how long they will take to respond to my email.
I will not order from this site again, I guess that's what I get for trying to catch a deal. I pray that if and when I do get my order its worth the wait!

This dress that i bought is very good. It comes with tiny panties, which I didn't expect. :) However, the bottom of the dress is quite transparent, so I had to put stockings underneath so I would look decent. It fit me really well, and for its price this a very good deal!

Do NOT buy anything from them. I have been waiting almost a month for my order. When you contact them, they give you the run around. "It will ship soon. It has shipped. You ordered a best seller. It's a holiday season. It will ship soon. " they actually told me in one email that it shipped and in the next that it would ship soon. And if you get a tracking number that says a printing label has been prepared, that means nothing. It still hasn't shipped.

I placed five orders, many for whom I had to wait OVER A MONTH to receive. When it came down to it, the orders were returned saying "Address incomplete". How can they make the same mistake FIVE times.
I had to follow up myself and find out why it was returned, and how I could get my package back. Shein didn't have the decency to do that for me.
What's more, although their babies clothes & shoes soft material and cute, the adult clothes are often transparent and material is cheap.

It is always a good idea to buy a new sweater when the weather becomes a bit chilly. I ordered this sweater from Shein several weeks ago and can't stop getting compliments about it. Everyone is in love with it. The size is exactly what I expected. The coloures match the ones on the picture - typical autumn colours. The ornaments make it even more interesting. The item was delivered on time. It is really worth the money.

Look I was not expecting much but I placed an order over a year ago and was pleasantly surprised! I was spending a fortune on designer clothes and mid grade clothing and I am quite often in the public eye and am expected to dress well and not wear the same thing more than twice. I will buy nothing but the most expensive designer shoes but for clothing especially dresses I have found Shein to be great in styling and durability. I have spent hundreds of dollars on dresses and hats and bathing suits through Shein and the sizes fit me perfectly and I have only RARELY even been mildly disappointed. I love their clothes.
