I actually enjoyed shopping at shein because their app was so fun to use. I spent over 3 hours deciding what I wanted. I decided to spend over $100 because I wanted free express shipping. I got my email and my tracking number but I did not get my link? It just says "no query result" what do I do now? I can never get in contact with their customer service, so I hope to get answered here. Order ID: AKX6692

I absolutely LOVE shein.com. I have ordered a couple dresses and swimsuits. Their sizing to me is very consistent and I love the quality I'm getting for the price. I'm exceptionally pleased with the swimsuits I have been ordering. I use the 2 day shipping because they are in CA and I'm all the way in NY and I receive my order in exactly 3 business days. Excellent, fast service, highly recommended.

I ordered a dress on 9/18 that I planned on wearing for my birthday next week. A few days after I placed my order, it said it had been shipped yet both the tracking on their site and USPS said the number could not be found. There has still yet to be an update on the tracking for this order. I also called USPS and the number SheInside provided me is not even in their system and therefore can't confirm my package is in transit.

After several frustrating emails, SheInside finally gave me a different tracking site for my order called "EC-First Class" where I found out that the package shipped from China, not from California where they say they're located. It's been "in transit" now for more than two weeks. Starting to feel like I'll never get my order. I will not be ordering from them again.

Have recently ordered a dress from Shein and received it on Monday Sept 25. Was really disappointed to see the material and its stitch. Its way below ordinary. Have ordered for the first time and will never recommend Shein to anyone. Overpriced item...

I heard so many good things about this website so I thought I would try it out. Can't say that I was impressed. I received my order within a week which was good but I wasn't really satisfied with the order. The material feels cheap and the sizing chart is pretty off. I purchased several items in mediums that were extremely tight around the chest area but according to the sizing chart, I also purchased some smalls and those fit better than the mediums. The sizing chart was not consistent. I could have used larges in most things but I never wear a large in other clothing sites. It was honestly a hit or miss. Some things turned out ok but I can't say for sure that I'll order from this site again.

Since winter is right around the corner, I decided I needed to get a comfy/good looking sweater. I found the perfect cardigan on this site and ordered it. It was delivered quickly and once I received it I tried it on. It actually fit me very well. Usually I'm hesitant on buying clothes online, but I'm happy I decided to give it a try.

The cardigan is quality made, it's thick and super warm. This has been a great purchase and I look forward to coming to the site for clothes in the future.

We have a problem with one order and after I made a complaint on this site they immediately contacted me and tried to solve the issue. They gave me a fast refund and some additional points. It was a fair experience after all.

I've been placing orders on Shein.com since 2014 and I'm very happy with them. My sister and my sister in law also order regularly from them and they are always satisfied too.The items are cute and trendy and the shipping times are reasonable. The customer service is great.

Sheinside has some of the most unique outfits I have ever found online. I had a bachelorette party in Vegas and really wanted to stand out. At Sheinside they have all these really hot jumpsuits, but this white one I saw was super sexy and elegant with lace sleeves and a low cut bust. The exact look I was going for. The price was a lot less than the jumpsuit looks, plus I get a SVP discount so I got to pay even less. With tight stuff like this you have to be careful buying online, but Sheinside doesn’t just give you the sizes, it gives the measurements for each size so when I got the jumpsuit it was a perfect fit. Even in the bust and hips where I usually have trouble with sexy stuff. The jumpsuit was a big hit in Vegas with my friends, and the guys at the club.

I ordered 4 pieces of tops and so impressed with it. Got it so nicely packed and not crumpled up and the quality was nice too. I have some more coming my way and I hope I will be also satisfied. I will give them a 5 star.

I have bought some dresses ans tops as well. I have liked most of them. Few tops I really wanted to return because material was very bad. I could not even pass them to someone. Return policy such as return shipping should be free for the customers satisfaction.

I want to surprise my wife with a Valentine's day gift. She needs a cardigan that is nice to wear for work and when meeting up friends. I am amazed at the variety of cardigans I can find at www.sheinside.com, I had a hard time choosing as all of them are just as beautiful. I appreciate the product details at the site. It helped me to ensure that the cardigan I bought is just nice for her. In the end, I bought Grey Batwing Long Sleeve Contrast Fur Knit Cardigan. The ordering process has been smooth and easy. The product arrived on time. My wife loves it! She likes the warmth and cozy feeling when wearing it, and she is wearing it almost all the time to work and meeting with friends. I will be coming back to purchase from this site.

I ordered 22 items! The items were delivered very late! All dresses were completely see through and unwearable! Items came not as advertised! Just completely awful! I used my card to pay and they over charged me (twice for 2 items) and then told me they will reflect back the amount in my wallet, they did that but reflected it incorrectly! It is a horrible experience, I will never ever use them again! All sizes were wrong! The clothes are VERY cheap and see through (not as advertised to the customer!) looking to that point they are embarrassing to wear! Only their shoes is of good quality. I have asked for the items to be returned but VERY bad investment! AWFUL!

I bought the multicolor bead mesh earrings for my sweetheart. She loves the way they jingle. She learned to wear her hair up when wearing this earrings. I have had good service from this site. I guess clothing sizes cause some people trouble. That is why I stick to jewelry for gifts. That way I never get the wrong size and upset my lady.

Tip for consumers:
I could not make heads or tails of the sizing chart. I bought jewelry so I could not hurt my lady's feelings if I got the wrong size.

They wont refund your money.
Products are of cheap quality its all polyster.
Not worth even a second of yours...
Never fall trap to such cheap and fraud websites.
They charge you to send their cheap products and if you want to return then also you have to pay... such a bull$#*!. I have ordered twice and returned them... last time when i ordered as i had to use my wallet balance they asked my credit card front and back page pic which i dod not give...

"GREAT" Sheinside is an amazing Company. It is a one stop shop for all of your clothing and accessories. I ordred for the dress and when the dress comes up, it's just the same as the display on the site with the best quality stuff. The cloth was softer than I expected and the print was even more adorable in person. Everything was packaged nicely and got to us a day ahead of schedule. To top it all, of the ordering process is pretty easy, and everything always gets to me on time and in fabulous condition.

If I could give this company a 0, I would. First, I go through so much trouble to actually receive my clothes, even though my money was taken out immediately after I placed the order. It took over 2 months for my clothes to arrive. After they finally did, I returned almost the entire order. This was over 3 weeks ago and I have yet to get my money back. After talking to online service and the *******@sheinside.com, they continue to tell me that they have not received my order, but I looked up my tracking number and it was delivered on the 1st of December. It is now the 18th... Joke of a company.

I love the clothes. The quality is a little lacking, but what do you expect when you don't pay much. The dress I ordered came just in time for our rehearsal dinner. However it was a little long, and I tripped on it. But I didn't find anything in a store. So I ordered this one. I love the dress, just have to figure out how to hem it for future occasions.

There is this blouse: https://www.shein.com/White-V-Neck-With-Pocket-Chiffon-Blouse-p-*******-cat-1733.html that costs $15 (which is expensive in this site. After getting it I wrote an honest review and they DIDN'T approved it, maybe they dont want future buyers to see the real truth of the product instead of fixing it.
This is what I wrote:"Looks cheap. It is see throught, has no shape and has threads out. A Waste. I havent even worn it"

DON'T BUY that blouse, has no shape, looks cheap and it's too big.

-She in, you thought the world was't gonna see it. Huh?

The first order I made on Shein arrived without problems. The second order went over a certain amount, so they offered express delivery through DHL! DHL was a nightmare to deal with and incompetent and resulted in sending my package back to Shein without even my knowledge. I messaged the online system on Shein and did not hear back. It has been a month and I have still not received a package. What a nightmare!

Recently I completed my second purchase from sheinside.com. I have been amazed at the quality of the items that I have ordered. I was originally told about sheinside.com from a friend who buys a good portion of her clothing from here as well. I found it very easy to place my order online through the website. I like that I can buy my clothing and accessories all at one time on the sheinside.com website.
My favorite purchase so far has been the Peach V-neck Spaghetti Straps Backless Maxi Dress. I love the softness of the fabric and the summer peach color.
Both of my orders have arrived on time and they really take care to package the items carefully. I will be recommending the sheinside.com website to all of my family and friends for their quality and reliability.

I read SiteJabber with the full disclosure that the slow shipping might happen but was acquiesced to know that there is a Customer Service Rep that looks out for these. Now the same situation happened to me (surprise) where I placed my order 2 weeks ago and have yet to receive confirmation or a shipping notice. If you want to order, I wouldn't get anything that is time-sensitive -- I'll update if I never actually receive the order in the first place. Sheinside came to me as a recommendation from a reputable blogger site, I'm severely disappointed.

Edit 3/23 - After writing my initial review on SiteJabber, the team at Sheinside finally responded to my inquiries (actually 3 different people did) and the product finally had a tracking number. I've updated my review to reflect their communication - so I guess your best bet is to post here and they'll get back to faster than their website.

Do NOT order from this company. I ordered a dress and tee and both the things are totally different than the picture on their website. The fabric was really bad and the stitches are coming out. Totally waste of money
