Do not order from this company! I placed an order October 20 and as of October 29, the website still shows my order as processing. I contacted the company via chat and was told " It is the best seller in our website, so it needs a longer time to prepare the goods.
And we will send it out asap for you. :)" I responded that I would expect to receive the item within a week (7 more days). The person responded "We can not promise it will reach you in time. Would you like to wait for it?" Are you kidding me? How long does it take to get one item from the warehouse and ship it? Not to mention I was told it was not on backorder.
Suffice to say, I will never place an order with them again!

First of all each time when i start my user session in SheInside my heart start to run fast and fast... i just love all that they sell!
In this ocassion, i was strongest that in my last buys, with a clear objective: find the perfect coat for looks cool and fashion this winter. I live in the mountains so, something super fashion not is the best option for me but, i love look good wearing comfortable clothes. So, later of a lot of research, i found it!, the perfect red Military Coat!
I just received this week and its awesome! I am totally in love with it! It fits perfectly and just looks great with Jeans, even with Shorts or a skirt. The material is very soft and the most important for my weather, is very warm. A really great piece everyone should have :).

My sister recommended them and i was kinda worried about some bad comments but i believed in my sister and gave them a try but they are good with there work and didn't found any bad issues with the dress quality as they are selling quality-full dresses. Highly recommend them to use.

Ordered A swimsuit which didn't fit and didn't notice that there was a no return and swimwear policy. However that kindly refunded me anyway and followed up for a positive resolution. I would definitely re order and try a different type of clothing order. Sue

No returns on swimwear. Never would have ordered had I known. The suit was of inferior fabric, and the fit was horrible. Now I'm stuck with it even tho all tags are there, as well the the protective adhesive.

Honestly, the dresses I got in the mail were absolutely nothing like the pictures online. I was expecting lower quality products, since the prices are so reduced, but they were the quality of a Halloween costume. I got them in the mail and just threw them right in the trash. The hems were all unfinished, one dress had a hole in it and the other was entirely transparent. Never ever will order from She In again.

It's not fair to be super fast with taking customers money, but so slow to respond with the tracking number and shipping the items out. If you are slow, be slow with taking our money also! The Real talk show did you a huge favor with exposure and I'm quite sure you received a lot of customers from fans of The Real (I'm one of them). Don't make The Real look bad! I love the show; however, your service has to be expedited if you want to keep the numerous customers that you have already.

I ordered 4 items of clothing from the site and chose express shipping because I needed it really soon. All the items I chose were supposed to shipped out within 24 hours as the site stated. When I tracked my order, I noticed my order was split into 2 and I received my first 2 clothing items within 3 days which was super fast and not expected which I'm happy about. My second 2 items came about a week and a half later due to those being popular items. Overall I'm satisfied with my order and the items were as shown on the website. Will be ordering again soon.

The worst customer service….
I did not received my order and there is no phone number to contact. I wrote 3 emails but no response. When I am tracking my order it says in transit but has been 3 months since I've placed the order.

I received the order with two packages. I could only generate one return shipping label because it was a large order and they didn't fit in one bag. I reached out to the customer service and it's been 3 days. It's loop. I still haven't received another return shipping label. I will dispute items that I have with me. FThe qualities of customer service and clothes went down a lot compared to last year. I will not buy with them anymore.

Hello, I ordered 14 Items worth of $100 from this website Shein.com for my baby and only received 2 items($10). The tracking info that they sent me for 2 packages it says that its been delivered for both packages, but I didn't received it, I only got 1st package, but Not the second and I tried to connect with there customer service and chat online it is worthless, but no one reached out back to me. They do not have phone number and try to find them they like a ghost. I reached out to my credit company to dispute the charges, Unfortunatly I will NOT shop here anymore. It is a scam.

I personally have not found a store as good as this shop. I believe that they provide a variety of clothing and accessories for all of us that have different tastes in clothing. I love their customer service, always on time and make it their priority to help out as much as they can.

I bought a White Striped Flounce T-Shirt. I was cheated by another company with their product very expensive. I regretted ever visiting that site to buy a T shirt but the one I bought from sheinside.com work so much better on my body than the other brand! Well fitted and very easy to wear. I visited the sheinside.com and just click on the order page, very easy to order and before I knew it, it was delivered in a good condition with the date stated on the site. I purchased a few outfits from this site and totally loved them. The dresses I brought fit my body, and helped me hide my trouble areas. I purchased seven shirts, two pants, and five dresses. I haven't found anything to complain about. I wish I would have purchased more pants as they fit amazing!

I ordered an item that was a blazer with shorts. I got the blazer, it I missing the shorts. I had sent so many emails and I get no response from anybody. They are just avoiding me and I need what I paid for. Never buying from them again and I really like their clothes but I don't wan to go thru this again. Worst app ever!

I ordered 5 items - only one dress (the only good thing that happened!) had a brand tag on it. Rest never had a tag! Material for the rest items I bought were seemingly cheap type and not worth the price! Negative reviews are not published on this website only good ones seem to be published! They have a glossy website but unfortunately the clothes seem to be simply inferior so everyone don't be fooled!

I ordered a tribal print dress from sheinside.com. The dress took about 3 weeks to arrive, which isn't a problem. The dress was delivered without a packing slip so there really isn't a way to easily return it. The material of the dress is similar to the material a Halloween costume is made of. Cheap, cheap, cheap!
I won't buy anything else from this site. The prices may seem like a great deal but for the quality of the product, it's not worth it.
You are forewarned about these products by this review and others. I should have listened to the reviews that I read. It's really not worth the money.
