I bought a floral kimono from she inside and I'm very happy with my purchase. It was incredibly cheap, so I was a bit skeptical at first, but at the same time I figured I wasn't losing much if things didn't turn out well. However after two months it has shown no signs of wear and tear and I have worn it A LOT. Perhaps a little too much... It's soft, and the design is exactly like the picture.

It shipped on time as well, which was surprising to me. Even legitimate discount places usually take FOREVER to ship to you, which is understandable, but still a pain.

Couldn't be happier with this place, and I'll definitely be ordering from them again. I have my eye on a couple skirts.

Placed two orders Before Lockdown. Both prepaid. One of 5027, other of 937. Delivery, as understood is delayed. Cancelled both. Got a Refund of the 937 right away. All the drama is going on with the bigger amount of 5027. First they text me refund can't be processed back to the source, which is Gpay! How did they refund the lesser amount! Provided account details as they demanded. No progress yet, now I receive a message mentioning If everything goes well I'll receive the refund. 7 bloody hells! What is this so lottery going on? My money is literally being stolen. Ridiculous Support/ Service. Dishonesty at it's peak. These sites should never be prepaid.

Don't spend time and money here.
1 in 5 gets cheated. My order number GSUN4K56X0000AL never get delivered.

Look for customer care contact and issue resolution steps on a website first. If things are not transparent and deceiving then don't make any purchases.

This is not a place to gamble your money.

Twice now I've had issues with their delivery. The first package I ordered was lost and I did not get a refund for it because they were adamant that I got the package. I did not get that package. The second package I did receive. But the third package was returned to sender because I did not provide proper delivery information. How is that possible? My second package was delivered without issue. What more do you want? Do you need a google map picture?

If you are considering to buy from Shein go for it. Go ahead and order those sling back kitty heels and wait those two weeks. If you don't receive that item go ahead and wait another two weeks to see your money back. Something has to change in Shein.

Be prepare to imagine, plan, fantasize, dream and then watch it all crash down.

After seeing so many horrendous reviews, especially in this year, I'm disgusted but not surprised. Shein was always a crapshoot site but I did order from them before and didn't have the complications I'm having now. Things are beyond late, refunds aren't coming in on time on my card, their customer service is nonexistent and they are just all out fraudulent now. Once they switched to having different seller companies sell on their site, things are WAY more complicating and nothing is getting delivered, no service is being guided and I've decided to file a lawsuit against the company, while checking their entire background. Do NOT order from here.

A friend of mine told me about her shopping experience with sheinside
And I thought I'd try it out and buy me a new shoe. Looking through
Their shoe collection was a breeze. I set out to buy just one shoe but
Their shoe collection was so enticing I got two shoes instead – the
Black with Bow Rivet High Heeled Pumps and the Red with Bow Back
Zipper High Heeled Sandals.
I placed my order immediately and it was shipped to me. I received my
Shoes at my address wrapped neatly and in perfect condition. I simply
Love the shoes. They fit me perfectly and they are just what I wanted.

My overall experience was okay i got the products in a good time frame but the one thing i absolutely can't get over is the fabric of the dresses. Its heavy, really see through, and its hot. One of the dresses I bought the fabric said cotton but that thing feels like extra stretchy spandex. Good thing I only sent $25, I want dot get some shirts but I don't think I'm gonna like th fabric it comes in, so this is my first and last time buying from here. I think you guys should stop using that heavy fabric. Peace out shein!

We purchased two swimsuits and nowhere did the website say they couldn't be returned. I wasn't able to log into my account and sent two emails with no response. I then participated in the live chat and finally got a rep who said my items were not returnable. I am very disappointed in this company and will never order from them again! Warning... don't buy any swim suits from them... they are very poor quality, won't fit and you can't return them!

Since winter is coming I decided to shop for some sweaters. Sweater weather is my favorite! I like to shop online because there's much more variety and I don't always have hours and hours to spend at the mall looking for things. I came across sheinside.com and I was instantly intrigued by a variety of stuff they had and their prices. I'm a student so I live on a tight budget and getting inexpensive clothes is my ultimate goal. Sheinside.com allowed me to get stylish sweaters for very little! I was very happy about that.

The ordering process was very easy and fast. I got my package very fast which is another great plus because I couldn't wait to wear the cute stuff I found! I recommend sheinside.com to anyone looking for fashionable clothing on a budget.

Make sure you check the reviews before buying it. 99/100 their clothes are too small, too big or just awful quality. My order was supposed to come 3 days afterwards, now its been a week so, yeahhhh. Be warned Shein takes a very long time but if you see clothes that have good reviews then its like a gamble, you either get something meh or you get something trash.

Also it costs too much to send it back so your forced to keep it or trash it really.

I put in an order today(kinda) It told me it wouldn't accept my debit card which had a balance that far exceeded my purchase price. So I tried again 2 more times an the same thing happened. A few moments later I received a phone call from my bank saying I had been charged three times by the website and the website was still requesting money for my order. Oh and no one is in the office for me to contact until February 25th! Its a shame I wont ever receive the cute clothes I ordered but id rather be safe then sorry! Be careful and check what your being charged!

I ordered 2 shirts over a week ago and paid for expedited shipping. To date, I have no tracking method and no recourse for finding out what happened to my order. My card was charged. I will never order from here again.

Most of their things are slutty and very ill fitting and cheaply produced. If you look hard enough you might find something you can wear to a nightclub rather than a strip club or orgie with a bunch of disgusting perverted weirdos hanging out there, but few and far between. Most won't make it through two or three washes. I was so disgusted and repulsed by the brand I destroyed or gave it all away

I made a couple of purchase from Sheinside recently including jacket, blouse and dresses. Overall the quality of their clothes is good and the price is very reasonable. I contacted the customer service twice and they solved my problem quickly and professionally.

I love shopping at Sheinside.com. They have quality products and great shipping rates. I am always skeptical to order clothing online and this company has never disappointing. I recently bought a maxi dress and it fit and felt great. The quality of the dress was amazing and I constantly get compliments about my dress. Many of my friends actually thought it was an expensive designer dress! Great buy!

This website is a complete and utter SCAM! I put in my order on December 5th, 2014, it is now January 5,2015 and have yet to receive anything! I contacted what they call Customer Service, and I got a operator named "Kevin" who told me I should be getting my order in 5 days. When I ask "this person" for a contact # I get no response and they keep giving me the same message. Please be patient, we have recently had an influx of orders, we have no control of your package once its ships. That is not an EXCUSE! You are NOT talking to a real person, its a scam. When I check my tracking information it just says it left Canton. I don't even know where this is! I am beyond done with this order. I don't even want the jacket anymore, just want my money back, and a FULL REFUND! Including the item and shipping. Please listen to the other reviews! DON'T SHOP HERE! There are must better other discount places to shop!

I purchase items worth over $80.00 and receive 2 items since September. It's 10/24 and I have never receive anything. I receive 1 email that they were sorry for the lateness and they would give me extra points. I don't care about extra points I care that you have my money and no items. To get to someone its a loss cause.I need to know if this will be delivered or refund my money.

Absolutely terrible. Been waiting for my items to arrive they are nearly a week late now and i keep getting told to wait. Never get a straight answer from customer services. Pretty P****d off to be honest. Dont bother using this site.

UPDATE! My order finally arrived and the sized are much smaller that said on the webiste. I have since got an email from Shein saying 'now that your order has been delivered can you edit the rating and review on site jabber"
Ermm no because the order was still very late and your customer service is appalling and the items were not satisfactory! The cheek of it!

I placed an order of 2 items. One was a dress that I wanted for a Havana Nights themed party. They emailed saying the items shipped and there is absolutely NO WAY to track your order. The first package took 10 days to get to me and the second package hasn't arrived yet. I was excited to receive the dress, so I took it upstairs to open the package. I pull it out and there is a HUGE HOLE where the edge of the zipper is. I didnt even fully pull it out of the bag before I noticed it. It was about 6 inches long and you can tell the item just wasnt sewn properly. I did the live chat and had to wait about 20 minutes for someone to respond and even after chatting with the rep, it took about 5 minutes after each response for the rep to respond. I told the rep I needed it in a week and her only response was "sorry but we cant process the return until the item is shipped back." online it says the return can take 12-24 days to receive the refund. I will never shop with shein again.

I placed my order for a dress I was going to wear for my cousins grad party. I ordered on May 29 I believe. I read that it takes 5-7 days for processing it tools about 5 which I thought was alright cool it's going to be here. I keep checking to see if there is movement but my item still says "shipping information" was sent to NJ. It's been 5-6 more days and it still says that! I'm trying to give this site a chance because of all the cute clothes that are my style and ( I didn't want to be one of the negative reviews) so I was taking my chances. I want my package to move from Jersey already. Hopefully I can wear by next week or two for my other cousins grad dance.

What can I say... Great experience! First of all, I always look for sites with afforfable or free shipping, it makes no sense to order a "bargain" and wind up paying more for shipping costs! SheInside offers free shipping so that's a good start.
The site is easy to navigate, solid categories for both styles and budget choices and of course pretty pictures. Thanks to the clear information I could pick the correct size, always a gamble with online shopping for me at least... After ordering I couldn't wait to try my blue, long dress, fortunately I was not disappointed. A perfect fit, the fabric was a bit "stretchy" which is a good thing with my hips. I was surprised how well-made it was considering the price. Well, anyway, thanks SheInside, I'll be ordering again soon!

There's a great Style Gallery where people upload their clothes so you can see the items on a "real" person with actual lighting. I wish I weren't so shy but thanks to all the ladies for their inspiration!
