I have purchased from this site twice and have never had any issues. The shipping is fast and arrives on the estimated arrival date. I love all the goodies I have ordered. I find the quality to be great and I love that they actually carry what's in style right now. The site is easy to shop on and loads for items to search through.

I recently ordered a Black V Neck dress and I love it! The price was affordable and I also love the buy one get one free option they provided. I would highly recommend the clothing on their site because it is stylish and just a great bargain I am completely satisfied!

They had a variety of women clothing and accessories to choose from. I decided to go with jewelry, since I have pretty good taste in that area. They had some really nice stuff and it was hard to choose from. Eventually I selected what I wanted and the price was affordable

I love the quality and fit of the shirts. I got a chiffon like blouse in pink and an olive t shirt! I really love them. The customer service was good as well and I received a reply asap. I don't know about the negative reviews but with the fast shipping items I have a good review.

In the beginning, I was a little worried as I was ordering first time from this website but it was really beyond my expectation. Their services and delivery is really smooth and fast.
Although their normal shipping time is 30 days but I did not had to wait too long. I am really satisfied with the simple ordering procedure, their quick shipping and with the product I have received. In short, I am fully satisfied with this whole website. I would also recommend others to use the same.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. My friend said that they really loved the store. I was very excited to give them a shot. Unfortunately the large order that I ordered was missing five items. I reported this through customer service. No one responded for over 24 hours. I had to check back in with them after a three day investigation. They proactively never reached out to me. They responded with my package was the right size and if I do reach out again my credit score would be effected. So now I am out of money my missing items and a threat on my credit score. I am so angry I am never shopping here again.

Just as the name say, color of a wine for the nice looking dress of the product I recent purchased for my sweet heart. Wine Red Long Sleeve Casual Dress. She love it and I feel good going out with her when she wears it.

Hugging her when she is on this dress, just feel better than her previous dress.

Shipping was fast and well packed upon receive it. I will understand sometime if there is shipping delay. But this order is ok.

Overall, I will say is good. Will come back for more purchases.

With the clothes I changed the way I see my body, I am a curvy girl and in my country there are very few clothes for people like me. And I am really grateful that Shein takes us into account in that regard, that helps in our self-esteem and I feel fabulous. Sincerely thank you very much.

If you click on their email link to track your shipment, you will find that you have to have an account and log in. There's no reason why this should be a requirement. Then after you type in your name and password (or create an account if you don't have one) it asks you for a verification code. The only way to get the code is to check your email. You have to leave the site, go back to your inbox, get the code, find the email with the tracking link, and click on the link again. Then it will tell you the code is invalid. If you go through this entire process again, it will lock you out and say try again later. Very frustrating! You have to really dig through the website to find any kind of a help section. The only contact info I found is live chat, which is only available for 6 hours of the day. This is ridiculous. All I wanted to do was track my shipment!

Firstly, I have to say that I looove shopping online. When I found sheinside.com I was happy because they have wide varieties of clothing, and a lot to choose from. I have so far, ordered 3 dresses (love their dresses) and 2 shirts. I love that some of their stuffs look very unique and I love the quality of the dresses I received. My order always comes on the time that I expect it to come which they specify, and I'm very happy with that. So far, I have no problem with sheinside, and no complaints. I give them props for being an international online store that is doing a great job; I usually hear a lot of complaints about stores from china etc. My experience has been good so far and they also have a really professional and helpful customer service team, which I appreciate. This is one of my favorite places online to shop..

Great website to find cheap and well made clothes. I ordered two sweaters from Sheinside and they came in great condition and looked exactly as advertised. The shipping was a bit slow and the sizing was a bit off (hence the four stars), but other than that shopping with Sheinside was a great experience! The costumer service was great and you can track your items as they ship (great plus)! I definitely recommend giving this website a try.

I order 14 times spent $153 on shein and out of all the stuff I ordered I'm only getting 3 things back and they only gave me 51 points. Nah someone better refund me my money how the hell are they gonna give me 3 items out of the 14 things i purchased truly unprofessional.

I ordered on Shein last year November, my parcel got lost, and this was after I paid Buffalo courier service the import tax. Shein was very professional in the matter and they immediately refunded me, without any trouble. Buffalo courier services is refusing to refund me after I have spend hours on the phone escalating the matter. I have send through various proof of payment and still they are refusing to pay back (about R600).

Please Shein, this company is stealing from your clients. Please use a professional company that is competent.

I am afraid to say that after this horrible ongoing experience I won't be ordering from Shein again, unless they use a trustworthy courier service.

As i'm reading these reviews i'm praying that I don't have the same problem. I placed an order for for my daughter on 7/29/16. I'm giving this company the benefit of the doubt, still praying that she gets them before she starts school. :/

I had placed an order just at 1 month ago, 6 more days makes a month. And have yet to see any information on the item. I have emailed them twice and are telling me it is shipped and gives me a tracking number. The tracking number only tells me it is waiting to be shipped. Now when I go to try and long into my account they are telling me they have no record of me. Take your money else wear.

My experience was great! I read a lot of negative reviews about this site and how long it took for people to get their products, but I got my sweater and headband in 3 weeks and they are exactly what was pictured. People need to understand the stuff is made in China, so it may take awhile to recieve. I will definetly buy from them again!

I placed my order two weeks ago (April 17,2017). All of the items are still being "processed", according to my account. The website is VERY misleading regarding the amount of time it takes to receive the product -- growing concern the website is not legitimate.

I got the perfect birthday present for my sister on Sheinside. She is a colossal Disney fan so I got her a pair of denim pants with characters printed on it to go with a shirt she has with even more characters on it and she absolutely loves them! She's so happy her set is complete. It wasn't expensive and they were shipped out and delivered in only a few days, left me with plenty of time to wrap it up as a present. Very happy with my order.

It is greatly easy process to buy dress from the Shelnside and last night i bought a dress from here. The shipping takes longer than expected, but well worth it. If you are concerned about fit and how it will actually look, read the review and see the pictures of that item. That is how I normally order. If it doesn't have a review, or even pictures of real people wearing it, I do not buy. Highly recommended!

I ordered 3 bikinis and a blouse from shein on March 27. After waiting very patiently and eagerly for my package to arrive, I was not notified about it until two days later when my package had "arrived". I searched everywhere outside of my house and there was no package to be found. I just want my clothes that I paid for and if I can't get that then I want a refund. And every time I try to contact customer service I am sent to a robot that never has the answer to my question.
