I have only ordered from sheinside twice. The first time, the package shipped in 24 hours and came within 4-5 days. I ordered more clothes over 2 weeks ago and I have yet to receive my purchases. I probably won't be ordering clothes from Sheinside again.

I completely forgot i ordered something from this place i went to check the status on it it's still being shipped out lmao this is like day 12 no lie you guys! I was abt to make a order until a saw that shein is trending on tiktok and not for a good reason. The packaging started having fleas and they've had fleas coming in packages since about the beginning of march. If you do buy from shein while this is happening please remember to sanitize and wash everything you purchase. There are many diseases you can get from these fleas so please be careful and spread this around! :)

I ordered 6 things from SheIn on July 7th. It's been a week so I decided to check if my package was coming. The website says that they have all been shipped but when I track my package on FedEx nothing is updated and it says that my label has been created and my shipment hasn't started traveling. I'm just confused as to where my package is and when it's going to get here.

I just got a notification saying my package was delivered but it was returned to to Memphis? And It was supposed to arrive to me in Dallas, Texas. I found loads cute items at unbeatable prices when I ordered from SheInside. It was hard to narrow down what I wanted to buy at first, but I ended up buying a cute white hollow lace top, a blue fitted blazer, and this cute yellow leopard print sweater… I must say it was a nice experience. SheIn can have EXCELLENT deals on different non-clothes items and I've gotten awesome stuff from here...Regarding clothes, a luxury lingerie item I got fits me great! But like 50% of the time I have to be careful buying clothes here. I am trying to teach myself what materials are see-thru because this website will NOT tell you that 50% (I swear it is 50% or more than that) of their clothes are see through. I think I've figured out that Polyester = see through...
So many clothes I've ordered just to be disappointed. Some are perfect! But so many are see through (usually that is the problem if there is a problem).
Shoes have arrived too small for what I have been the past several years.
I did like a pair of sneaker shoes I ordered from SheIn when I ordered up a size...they were stolen from me. I got cool glow-in-the-dark shoelaces from SheIn that I used on those shoes. It was awesome, but yeah they were stolen after a short amount of time.

Sometimes you get free shipping. Sometimes they let you return items.
Sometimes the shipping speed changes and sometimes that depends on how much you spend.
The quality is sometimes awesome -- definitely 5/5 stars. Then because of the problems I've encountered, I'd say the quality is sometimes 3/5.

Really can't fault the service, delivery time or product quality one bit. The clothes are ordered did not match the size guides. The larger items I ordered were in fact smaller than the medium sizes.
I asked for a refund, I was advised I would need to pay to return the item back to Belgium which would mean paying out extra to receive a refund so I declined.

I was very pleased with my purchase :) i made an order through sheinside for a really beautiful kimono, i made the order on september 29th, and got my order on october 21st. Coming all the way from china and i received my package within less than a month. My kimono smelled fine, and looked just as it was pictured. I read some seriously horrible reviews for this company, but my experience with them was just fine. I will most likely make other orders through them in the future :)
