I ordered a couple of shirts and upon receiving them the sizing is off so I want to return a couple. When I went back to login to issue a return notice, it kept saying login failed so I tried to reset my password and it did not let me and kept saying please try again later so I am literally locked out of my account and am stuck with shirts that i don't even want! There isn't even contact information to email them because you must be logged into your account which i am locked out of!?

SHEIN is a great place to shop if you're looking for affordable fast fashion but. If the item doesn't have any reviews then you're definitely taking a gamble.
SHIPPING: about 3 weeks arrive
QUALITY: 3/5. All the items were a bit thin, which is fine for late Spring and Summer. However, the shirts I purchased came out so thin, you could easily see my bra underneath. I would advise staying away from anything white on SheIn honestly.
OVERALL: You get what you pay for.
I think SHEIN is perfect for those who want to stay in trend for the season on a budget. I wouldn't expect the items to last very long tho.

If u buy from these heads ur asking to be scammed. I regret everything that led up to me ordering anything from them. Do yourselves a favour and go to a different site to get better child laboured products. If i could give these idiots less than 1 star i would. These $#*!s need to stop and get help. When i see the ceo of shein i will give him/her/them a knuckle sandwich(i am a firm believer in equal rights equal fights). I will then proceed to contact their nan and tell them their grandchild is a dissapointment and a $#*!ing disgrace.

I just visited this site looking for a dress. I found so beautiful dress for half the price when preordering. So i ordered two. No much hassle when ordering. Easy payment method. I really like shopping at Sheinside.com for my girlfriend. They have quality products but my girlfriend really loves their dresses. Their shipping rates are really good and I am never disappointed with the delivery times. All their products have great pricing and are not to expensive. My girlfriend loves the leaves print dress that I bought her for her birthday. The quality of the dress was awesome and it fits her great. I saw an ad online one day in November for sheinside.com. I decided to check it out. What sold me on these clothes was the price. My sister and I love french bulldogs, and I saw the sweaters with navy and white stripes with a lace bottom, and it had a french bulldog on the front, and I knew I had to get one for me and for my sister! I ordered a few high neck sweaters, too. I really love my sweaters, and my sister loved her french bulldog sweater when I gave it to her for Christmas. It's the same quality of something you would get in Forever 21. I should tell you though, be patient with the shipping, it took one month to get to my house. Lucky for me, I do my Christmas shopping SUPER early!

I am very disappointed from Shein. I placed my order and couldn't track it for some reason (it said your bag is empty) despite the fact that I have been charged for it and that I received emails saying it has been shipped.

I would steer clear from purchasing anything from this Shein, I purchased and returned a product for $40 and was refunded $1.23. With no explanation as to why I wasn't provided a full refund. The product was in the original packaging, as the product did not match their details...I would never purchase from this site in the future.

This site tries to bribe you with discounts to have you remove bad reviews if that isn't shady business practices then I wouldn't know any better. Mind you, I have written a review a few months ago and they continue to send emails bothering you about the review. I'm not going to change my review if my problem wasn't solved and I didn't get what I wanted (as rude as that sounds). Just a warning, they will continue to email you with their broken English asking you to change your review in exchange for a coupon code (if you're wondering, its 25% off).

You will never get lower price then them. And product quality is standard. If you are looking for a place where you can buy many products on low price this is the best place for you. And the shipping time is also pretty good i found my dress on time.

I will never order from anyone again as long as the ship through DHL. Lived at my address for 10+ years never had a prob with Fed ex, UPS or the postal service however DHL "delivers" a package that i never recieved. Customer service dont investigate. They told me the driver said he delivered it to the right address like im supposed take his word. He either delivered it to the wrong address or was too incompatant to leave it somewhere discretely! And now im out of $100!

My problem with them is that they do not know how to fulfill their promise to customers, otherwise in estimating the time of the customer, I reached before making the order that I am traveling and I must receive the order before departure. Shipping: Took well over a month to arrive, tracking never worked as advertised, "processing" was several weeks when it was advertised as "fast shipping".
Quality: Non-existent. I bought a faux-leather jacket, I had to saw holes that formed on the lining the first week I wore it, but the fabric was so cheap, it keep ripping. I had to saw in a whole new lining. And no, this wasn't A $4 thing, I paid almost $40 for that piece of $#*!. I also bought a couple of shirts and the seams came apart (had to throw away), a couple of earrings that look sooo cheaply made, and one came broken. Bought a rose ring and it broke as soon as I touched it.
Customer service: lots of excuses, broken English emails, fake apologies of the type "we are so sorry, but we won't do anything to help you, be patient" and the worst part?
They still e-mail me, insisting so shamelessly that I change my negative reviews in resellerratings. I hope they don't do that here too. I'm beyond annoyed by these scammers..

Sheinside had everything I needed and their summer dresses are to die for! I splurged and bought three chiffon dresses and two lace dresses. I also bought three pairs of shoes! My lack of control was a win-win because I was able to take advantage of the free shipping, while my friend received her referral discount.

Every time I contact customer service via chat they send me to this answer technician. I can't seem to chat with anybody else in the company. I received my first order and will never order from them again. They weren't able to do anything for me so I'm really disgusted. Don't you dare give them a dollar from your credit card because I was charged $55 on my credit card for membership fees which I never even agreed to. Do not use this company it's a joke! Never again! They don't even deserve one star. The kitchen mat they sent me was like a piece of crap it was like newspaper the thinness of it. I am done!

I have ordered and it's been MORE THAN A MONTH and I still haven't received my order! They keep saying it's in transit for more than 2 weeks every time I ask! I bought 4 items, When I received my email confirmation, unlike every other online store, they did not confirm the items bought - just the fact that I paid.
I went into chat to ask for confirmation of the items bought. I was told that everything was alright - but not given confirmation. Instead I was told to go into my account and the items would all show.
When I did, only one item was on the list (but the charge was still for all four). I went back to chat to explain what happened. I was told not to worry, everything was alright. I double checked, and still, only one item showed. All the customer service agent could do was tell me not to worry.
Every other online store sends confirmations that include the items being bought - why wont they.

So I have a confession to make, my sister-in-laws birthday came around and I forget about it. So in trying to make it up to her I told her I would buy something for her. So I had her look on the internet for some dresses. She came across this site, Sheinside and liked how the pink and yellow sleeveless dress looked. So I hopped on and starting looking for the dress. I had no problem in finding it on the website, their layout is easy to move around in. I also find the ordering process very start forward, very similar to other big name sites. However what i liked the most was the care they took in packaging the dress up. When I received the dress it was nicely wrapped and looked well protected.
