If I could leave a zero rating I would. Ordered an item several months ago. They said I received it approximately eight weeks later. There was no parcel delivered. Was given the option to get my money back or have them resend. Asked them to resend. Waited eight more weeks before inquiring. They sent me an email saying it was received four days prior. I have not received the article. I never received a tracking number or report of delivery. Now I want a full refund and they are only offering 60%. Totally unacceptable!
When I stated both times that I hadn't received the article they told me to check with my neighbours. I live in the country and do not have close neighbours. There is no way the shipping company would send to an incorrect address

I'm really impress how helpful SheIn.com is on Instagram. It's the social media I use the most and they always have helped me in any purchase trouble I get and with any giveaway they have made. The only problem is that answers come late because, I guess we are in different UTC.

I'm not 100% sure if this was taken off for shipping purchases, but earlier I checked my credit card and it said 1,20$ was taken off my card... When I ordered off the website it said the final total would be $39.89, with no warning it would be drawing out 1.20, I know it's just $1.20 but I had no warnings that would be drawn out when I placed my order... I'm irritated by this because what if I had 1$ left on my card, and they just drew that out, 20 cents would overdraft my credit card! I'd like to know if extra money will be drawn out?!?!

I only ordered a bikini from this site but they sent me a confirmation and a working tracking link. The strings on the top were really short and look cheap. Plus, my bottoms didnt fit but i realized they wouldnt after checking the sizing guide. Its really too bad they dont allow any exchanges or returns, id really like that option available. Also my order got delayed which the site didnt warn me about until after id received it. I didnt appreciate that. I hope they get it together as a business but i probably wont buy from them again either.

My account in SHEIN was hacked and someone change the address for delivery. SHEIN delivered and accept signed from someone wasn't me. I contacted them and they said cannot do nothing for me, no refund and no another product. Unbelievable. I don't recommend.

Very cute top, good quality materials and sewing. The only thing I did not like is that the neckline is much higher than it looks in the picture. I wish it'd been a "scoop" neckline like it looks, but I'm keeping it anyway.

I ordered on August 21st. When i try to check on my order my account doesn't even show i ordered anything, but my bank sure says i spent $88. I feel completely ripped off. I was told to check my account for updates, but still no order shows up on my account. Im about to call my bank and report fraud. I knew, when the site kept wiping out my cart five different attempts at checkout, i shouldn't be ordering from here. I had to re-shop 5 different times. This has all around been a horrible experience. I just wrote to them again and have gotten no answer. I know i will never order from here again even if these clothes are outstanding, which now im afraid the quality is going to be about as good as the service. I'm so mad right now I almost just want to call my bank now and get my money back so i can get some clothes for my kid from somewhere that will really give me what I paid for instead of lame excuses.

They charged twice for my one order. The customer service is so hard to get ahold of, and they don't follow up, which was so annoying. Plus, I've come across another review which described the same charging issue, so it seems that they do this frequently and the c. S people don't do their job. I'm gonna have to resolve this through my credit card company, and I will not use this scam website again.

Spending an hour with Shein customer service didn't get me anywhere, whereas I got proper responses and got the problem resolved by writing this review. Very interesting. Anyway, somehow they had an idea that it was me trying to pay twice and they had canceled one of the two charges for me. But I had not tried to pay twice, which doesn't make sense and is impossible, so I corrected them that it was them charging me with different domain or business, and they finally said sorry for all the troubles. Writing this review helped me with the issue so thanks Sitejabber.

I ordered couple dresses from shein.com. The web site was pretty simple to use and navigate through, I simply found what i used to be yearning for. There have been variety of various payment choices, no fusses there. I used customary shipping and still got my order Timely. My stuff packed nicely and there was no harm to the garments. I even have to mention, the standard was terribly good! The planning was even as delineated on the web site and that i merely love it!

It's been more than 24 hours and haven't got anything back. Not a trust worthy website. Disgusting and please never order from here.

I received my clothes in the timeframe as promised. I had read the reviews after my purchase so immediately contact them and changed my mediums to large. They made the switch immediately upon my notification, prior to shipment. I wear a US 10 but I needed a large in their clothing. My only major complaint is the large bra looked like the size a little larger than a training bra. I would not suggest purchasing a bra the picture was very misleading. Overall I had a pleasant experience. Oops just realized I am missing a bra.

I have shopped Shein for years and placed a recent order. I returned a few items and requested store credit so that I can get the correct size in the items. There was a balance of $12.47 that a paid through PayPal. I later received an e-mail from shein requesting that I send them copies of my banking payment information. I sent it, and they didn't accept. I canceled the transaction and they only refunded my $12.47 but kept the $68 credit I had. They DID NOT refund it. AND you can't reach them! Well I am done shopping with them. BE CAREFUL

The clothes are usually good for the low price; however, I received a top with a defect in addition to overall awful fabric and cut. Tried to make customer service aware that I shouldn't be subjected to having to return this item, never asked for a refund before. Their site is so disfuncional or perhaps on purpose, after many attempts I couldn't get this through to them. Had an issue with an item from a similar business. They issued a refund without return within minutes. If SHEIN had customer service I would continue to order from them. Not after this experience. I won't spend my money with a company who won't even let me communicate with them.

There is a reason why the clothes are cheap as hell. If I am being honest, the clothes are cute, but have horrible quality and texture. You can literally look at the prices on their websites, they are very cheap.
It is also a bit "weird" how the feminine children clothes are designed. They female clothing sizes for ages 9+ are... inappropriate. Half, or almost all female clothing sizes show some amount of skin and have tops and bottoms that are very tight and reveal parts that should not be visible on a young girls body. The feminine children swimsuits speak for themselves. They are wildly inappropriate for ones age, especially for a girl that is under 14. It is as if they are "sexualizing" feminine clothing which is not something that should be done. But the swimsuits are mostly the problem.

I purchased around 500$ with of clothing from SHEIN and for two out of three of my orders, they did not include my proper address so my packages were automatically returned. There is no helpline because the numbers online always lead to a voicemail service that is not registered or falsely dialed. They have no email, and on the website you can't actually ask a question of your choice they already have automated ones provided. I have not been refunded, and my items have been sent back.

I placed my order and was granted the express delivery. I didn't anticipate the 35 customs fee on delivery.One of the items i purchased was an invisible bra. It was HARD PLASTIC. When I say hard plastic I mean like coke bottle hard. It was dented and unable to reshape. I submitted a ticket and have yet to hear back. It has been 3 business days.
All of the clothing items I ordered were various sizes despite all being labeled XL. My 3 bathing suits which I purchased for an upcoming vacation varied in size so much despite all being labelled XL. One fit my size 7 little sister, one fit my size 18 mother and one actually fit my size 13. Never, ever again, EVER!

Two outright lies:
1. Though the website clearly states 10% off, they do not apply this discount to the order. When I questioned them and asked for me 10% off my first order, they said I would get a code and could apply it to my next order. Then they should say 10% off the second order. I asked for $3.60 refund (my 10%) and they said sorry, can't do. Shame on them.
2. The dress I bought says it is 95% rayon, 5% cotton. I know how rayon feels, my dress is polyester, not rayon. I took it to a friend who is in the garment business to check, and he confirmed that it is not rayon.

2 weeks after receiving the email saying that my order shipped my package was still not here and after tracking it, it said it was being returned to sender. This has happened with other users as well and I suspect they never had my package at all. The customer service reps kept saying different things, that they would refund me, that my package was still being delivered. My address was correct on my order and I said I still wanted my package but they would not send it. Do not order from this site!

This has got to be the biggest joke. I ordered my products on the 5th and got in contact with the company immediately to figure out when I would receive the items because they were a gift I was planning to take out of the country with me. Mind you I was getting "EXPRESS" shipping. They kept delaying due to them not having an item "ready" and even cancelled the item and gave me a partial refund for it. After 3 weeks of back and forth, different information from different reps - I finally get a notification from DHL that my package will be delivered on the 20th. Here we are on the 21th, I have no package and yet my delivery status is "delivered" - I contacted my bank and filed a claim. I should've known better because the first time I ordered with them, same thing! I'll never order with this site again, they're a scam and give everyone the same responses when you ask questions. Horrible company, horrible customer service!
