First I want to tell anyone who wants to buy SHEIN items to others, be careful, if you purchase their goods as gifts it will make you feel shame when your friends open your gifts. The qulity is amazingly aweful! Second, the company made you to open their products before you give it away to check if there's anything wrong because this company doesn't have inspection dept to make sure their products is good enough for their customer. And after your friends open the gifts from you, it is too late to return they won't apologize for their poor qulity they will turn you away. Third, the customer service for this company can't resolve the issues and they can only say the same things over and over again.

I ordered from SHEIN over two weeks ago. I made sure I put my correct address. LSO said my address was undeliverable. I have had many packages delivered to my address. SHEIN even delivers to my address with other carriers, no problem. Its been over two weeks and I still have not received my package. LSO wont even talk to me or give me a contact to speak to to see how I can get my package. I am so frustrated at this point. SHEIN doesn't have a customer service number now way to communicate with them through the app. They say, start a live chat. But the chat is with a robot. The robot repeats the same thing over and over. My package had over 100 dollars worth of items that I needed for my upcoming birthday. Take it from me, cut your looses and don't shop with SHEIN.

Customer service sucks. Changed the shipping address before my items shipped. This wasnt communicated with the carrier. Was lied to by a contact agent saying a request would be put in and intercept the order. Called the carrier they received no communications from SHIEN. Placed a ticket, got no valuable input or feedback. Email the dispute email and am awaiting a response. I tried rerouting it but was only allowed to holf it a facility so I likely wont get my package as the carrier wont release the order unless they are told to by SHEIN.

Tip for consumers:
I just wouldn't shop on SHEIN. Did further research the company is also just generally bad when it comes to labor and resources management outside of the already inconsistent customer experience.

I ordered a bunch of items off SHEIN! Literally one item showed up, what happened to the rest idk! I tried contacting customer service! There's only a ticketing system and you have to wait 24 hrs for then to tell you "oh have you checked your surroundings?" Another 24 for the to reply to you saying "oh have you double checked?" And then another 24 hrs for them to tell you "oh it shows this is where you package is at " my other items never showed up! Now I have to wait another 24 hr to see what they would say! This is the worst customer service experience I have ever seen period! They do not want to refund me or anything … this is sad

Tip for consumers:
Just a big scam ! Be careful with ordering here ! Package does not show up half of the time and they do not want to give a refund or little as a replacement they would bs you around for a week and tell you they will get in contact with you every 24 hr smh

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE Sheinside! This has been my third purchase, and each time I have been extremely pleased with the service and quality I have got! I just received my latest purchase which is the "Grey Lapel Long Sleeved Cardigan" and it's absolutely beautiful! Its the perfect size, and looks exactly like the picture on the website. The fabric is very soft and high quality. All Sheinside's clothes are fun and stylish though, and at a really affordable price!

Items have arrived in perfect condition each time, and in packages suitable for each item. It's always been speedy, and I LOVE the free shipping!

I can't recommend this site enough, don't delay, check out all the wonderful clothes they have on offer! There's something for everyone!

This is the third scarf of this type I have bought from this seller for myself, and I have been very pleased with all of them. It is nice and long, really soft and can be wrapped right round the neck, and the colors are really well chosen to go together. I have bought a couple for friends for presents, and they have also commented on how nice and soft the scarfs are and the lovely color combinations. If you are looking for a scarf as a gift, or as a thank you, then you could not do better than these scarfs. I would advise you to order the scarf(s) way early before you need them/it, as they do take a bit longer to get here, but all in all, they are great.

Can't get ahold of customer service. The number provided on internet does not work. The QR code I was sent does not load so I can't return my 2 items. No way of contacting to get another code sent. Will not buy anymore from shein.

A long time ago, what I bought in Shein and I have never had problems with your clothes and your shipments. I always choose the fast shipping! The garments are of very good material and always mark tendecias, also has cheap and trendy clothing that's why I like it!

They have very attractive pictures but deffinately a tale of you get what you pay for. Although the clothes that are delivered kind of look like the pictures, they are so cheaply made, using such poor quality materials that the items are not wearable. Save your money, buy elsewhere.

I ordered a good 2 and a half weeks ago and when I ordered it said 4-6 business days. They never sent me a confirmation email and I DIDNT get a tracking number.Im never ordering from here again and I guess it's 60.00 of my money to waste since I don't know where anything is.And it seems that my order isn't even showing up on the account yet the money was taken so I want a refund or someone to tell me where's my frisking package!

I returned a order to shein, they acknowledged receipt of order via email but only refunded partial of the amount. I reached out 2wks ago to find out why. It's impossible to get an reply or a call. I will never order from them again and. Horrible customer service

I am not sure the ticket tool is working well on the website.
On the check-out page, delivery time is 7-10days, but in reality it is much longer.

I am beyond disgusted with shein. I bought an over sized jumper and it was not at all oversized it also smelt like chemicals. I also bought heels and they were squished when i got them i cannot even walk in them, they also smelt disgusting, i don't recommend shein its a disgrace

This place has the WORST customer service. Someone named Jessica spent about an hour on chat with me, purposely disconnecting with me about 4 times before a "manager" Melissa popped on. I had placed two separate orders back to back in error and wanted to combine them into one. After realizing I had made an error I IMMEDIATELY used the "chat not" icon but no one was there. So then I emailed. No one ever got back to me and they processed them separately and changed two shipping charges. Jessica very rudely said in her own way that I was stupid and made two orders and next time contact us within 24 hrs. So they could have cancelled them and redone as one order. Umm I DID! No one ever got back to me. I plan on filing a complaint with the BBB! Worst customer service ever and over a $3.99 shipping charge?! Just playing hardball to a customer.

I have ordered 3 items a week ago, I have not got anything. The operator was not being helpful, and would not offer any help. They delivered my items to the wrong state and I am so dissapointed in this company. I want my money back ASAP. Never order from this website they wil keep your money and run with it.

I stumbled upon this website when searching for a dress and it has so many adorable clothes. I absolutely love the clothing options offered here and they arrive quickly and exactly as shown. I have bought numerous items from sheinside.com and keep coming back for more. It’s addicting because every thing I purchase gets so much attention and everyone wants to know where I got the dress, shirt, coat, etc. The options are so unique compared to the big box stores. My most recent purchase was of the Beige Batwing Shot Sleeve Birds Print Shift Dress. I purchased it to wear to a summer wedding. Everything went well from the moment I ordered the dress until I received it. Shipping was exactly as described, in fact I got it one day sooner than expected, so that was an added bonus. Someone who works for them is involved in credit card scamming. My card number was used to purchase over $3,500 clothing, shoes, and services over the weekend. I KNOW the breach came from Fly Jane because it's the only place I used it. It was a new card. My order from them was fine but not worth the hassle. Shop carefully.

I was told that my order was flagged for verification and asked if I would do all of the paperwork or cancel my order. Mind you I have spent over $1,000 in the last year with Shein and placed another order with the same debit card. Told my refund didn't process they want banking info, this was after they asked me to verify my email to send my refund via PayPal. So at this point they are keeping my money as they said the refund verification failed and if I want a refund try the process again, so they are trying to keep my money. I advise all costumers to beware and take your business elsewhere like Temu before the same happens to you. Do not say I didn't warn you.

You have to order up in size - in my case I went up 2 sizes and most of it just fit. The quality ranges from poor to average - some of it so poor that it's embarrassing.

If you're order from Canada you will have to pay customs.

I will NOT be order again.

I never had a problem with my delivery but now that she in has speedx delivering packages this company will leave your package in front of mailbox don't come up to the door and this is the second time my package I never saw it this is not the first time they leave package downstairs this is a pubic building people like to take packages my order was a lot of money I can't reach anyone to get a refund at least

Never received my order and the tracking number show its delivery, I try to call customer service but there is no number, only a live agent. And they told me to claim USPS but I didn't buy the product from USPS why should I clam them.? No good service, I am 100% sure that SHEIN Fraud. Stealing people's money. I request all my friends family and everyone don't buy anything from this website. 100% Fraud.

I just received my first purchase and the item looks much different than the actual purchase. The dress I purchased looks like a bath robe while the picture looks like a casual dress. I did not take out the insurance as I thought I would keep the dress. But now I have a product that looks different than what is posted on-line. I also read all of the reviews and looked at the pictures before I purchased. I am returning as I cannot think if a place to wear this 'bath robe' dress. I just wish I could get back my shipping due to the quality is different than what is posted.
