I just placed my order on the 12th and while I'm not worried about when my items arrive, I am worried about the fact that it was deferred. Does this mean there is no way for my items to get to me or will it just take much longer than originally scheduled. When customer service emailed me, they said there was a short supply but on the website all of my items I ordered are still in stock. NEVER AGAIN. Items are cute but are way too short and sizing is not reliable. Some small some large. Order took 22 days to arrive. But 1 item was shipped separately. Still have not received last item 30 days after placing order. No response from online service. No email response from online service. Trying to return items that are too short. No response from service for return label.

Hi, I had ordered several pieces of clothing on August 12th and I still have not received my clothes. I chose expedited shipping and I understand that that is 4-7 business days. I also believe that customers are to get an email about tracking information. I just received mine today and none of the links worked to get my tracking number or more delivery information. You have amazing clothes and I would really like to order more but I will no longer do that if shipping will take this long. I also really need my clothes before school starts. Thanks.

My ordered was delivered to the wrong address. Honestly I forgot I ordered until I check my email. I emailed SHEIN asking for a refund but preferably the warm up I ordered. I received an email stating it's been 45 days we can't do anything.

I ordered this dress for my girlfriend and she is really happy with it! She assumed it was expensive (which it wasn't), but she doesn't need to know that. Not able to speak with anyone and reps do not know how to work system. Drove 40 miles for a package that was destroyed on June 16th. Chatted with Shein and talked to FedEx twice. Nobody could tell me package was destroyed until I made it to FedEx location. I will never order again.

The thing that I don't like about Shein is that it takes forever to get your package and it becomes delayed they don't have an actual contact number to talk to customer service with a order issue, you have to chat with them online they're always busy so you can't contact them at all and the other shipping company that they're partner with has a busy line all the time so you're not able to contact no one about where your package Shein was good until now

I was so excited to see that this website had such gorgeous items for cheap. SO i ordered some items for my vacation. After ordering and reading reviews on how thier shipping is so slow, i imediatley sent an email and did the live chat to request to have my order cancelled and i am still waiting. I need my order refunded immediately.

I recently made an order from SheInside and I couldn't be happier with the services provided.
My order came in very quick time, it had everything that I ordered inside and the packaging was careful and neat. I would recommend that you use them if you are thinking about it because not only do they have a good service but they do not attempt to over-charge or rip you off.
Another occurrence that is definitely worth mentioning is that when I emailed them to query my order, they replied within a few hours, which is customer service that you do not often come across; even in the bigger companies.
Overall, outstanding experience with SheInside and I WILL definitely return to use them again in the future!

With the mixed reviews on this site, I thought that I would give SheIn a chance. Honestly I barely liked 3 things out of the 6 that I ordered. Most of their clothing items are made with polyester - ugh! One of the sweaters that I purchased didn't even have a hem on it with the bottom edge fraying! Does China not use cover-stitches? I don't know. Point is I wasn't satisfied and when I calculated the manufacturer cost, it totally wasn't worth the buck. Oh well, moving on to another clothing site, xoxo.

I ordered a coat from them and it looks nothing like the pictures and looks so tacky! I want to take this back but when I try to log in it says my password is not correct, so I go to forgot password and enter my email and I never receive an email. So I cannot return the coat because I cant get onto my account to submit a ticket! I am on their online chat and no one is replying to me! So I feel like I am stuck with this tacky coat and money down in my account!

Always have loved Shein until now. Literally called myself ordering y kids a few items for Christmas and placed my order on November 23rd. They quickly sent out part of the order which was weird considering this never happened before. Then I begin to get notifications the other part delayed well it is now December 14 and I'm sure they won't make it here by Christmas considering it says it's delayed still sitting in HONG KONG? Then when I notify them for assistance they can only tell me it delayed like I don't know that already. Money wasted time wasted and never shopping with them ever again.

Do not waste your time or money ordering from this company. I had to return three out of the four tops I had purchased due to them all being too short. Not only are they not refunding me for the three tops I returned; they are only refunding me for one, which happens to be the one I kept. I have been told by customer service that they haven't received the other tops, which is odd, as they were all returned in the same package.
