I had originally given this company a very poor review. The tracking number provided for my package was not valid, and the package was missing for weeks. They may have given me the incorrect FedEx or tracking number, however the fault was with my local UPS office. The package was delivered to the wrong address.

I have been ordering from shein for awhile now and have never had any issues until my most recent order. Since shein partnered with speedx, there has been a decrease in reliable delivery. My package is missing in transit and I am currently in contact with shein to get a full refund. I no longer feel safe spending my money on shein in fear i'll have to deal with speedx handling my package. Smh

This was the first time I was using shein.com, and I have to say I was extremely pleased. I used it to order the a red backless dress, which was well worth the money. The entire process from ordering to getting the item was effortless. The product was actually as described in the specification and pictures, and excellent in quality in terms of fabric. The delivery was surprisingly fast, which is always a bonus. Being budget conscious, Shein was perfect for me as their prices are extremely economical for the kind of product they offer. Don't order from shein. If their a problem with anything you can't talk it's all via auto text response. I ordered sundresses and swimsuit two separate orders June 6th ship the 8th. Got the swimsuit never received sundresses ship the same. Can't get refund but they got my money.

I found this site by accident last October 2015 while in search for the perfect pastel dress to be worn in a wedding. The delivery to the Philippines took a while but once I had the dress on hand I forgot all of that. Good quality and the customer service is superb. I recently bought $200 worth of clothing and accessories to try and put together an outfit for a wedding. I figured that some of the stuff wouldn't work out which is why I bought multiple things and wanted to return what didn't work. Well, not a single thing was good enough quality or fit to work. Very disappointing. By the way if you're used to US sizing you have to go up at least 2 sizes for anything to fit (I'm normally a L-XL and for SHEIN nothing less than 2XL will fit at all.)

The us site said free return, when I received my first order, I didn't like the quality and wanted to return it, however when I login to my account, there is no order history, it just disappeared. I can not start the return process and can not receive any response from Shein regarding return.

I was trying to place an order on their website and it wouldn't accept a credit card which I have since used several times with other vendors and wouldn't specify the problem. The problem was with their website, as VISA told me they couldn't even see that a transaction had been attempted. I tried to submit a customer service ticket about it and got a bogus alert "cannot send ticket, poor connection." Tried to tweet/DM them. They just said "we'll get to you as soon as possible" and never heard from them again. This was TWO WEEKS ago. And this is how bad their service is when all I'm trying to do *is give them my money and business!* Can you imagine having an actual customer service challenge and needing answers?!

I returned an article of clothing over a year ago, all according to their specific instructions for returning an item, and never received a refund. Despite proof they received the item and many, many emails, they did not refund the cost of the item. I have been a good customer and this is the first, and only item, I have ever returned. So, know that if you return an item, you may not receive a refund. Buyers beware!

I like to shop online. For the first time I've purchased a dress from Sheinside and i am totally satisfied with their service. My product was delivered in time. As usual they put a reasonable price for the product and the product quality was very good. I ordered my item and it was shipped in time. The entire process is so much impressive. Ordered Women's Medium size, on receipt it shows US size 6.6 is NOT Medium but small. The merchandise looked like baby wear. Quality is very poor as well. Learned my lesson NEVER will use SHEIN agiain

Shipment was faster than i was expecting since the things that i got are from Singapore. I was disappointed about the shoes that i got size 40, even if i usually wear euro size 39, i couldnt fit my feet to the shoes. They are way smaller than how it supposed to be. Do not ever purchase anything from this website! There is no customer service number you can call. The only thing you can do is online chat. I purchased two dresses and on THREE different occasions they promised over online chat they would send a mailing label to my email address so I could return them. NEVER HAPPENED. If you want poor quality dresses that you can never return, then definitely shop at SheIn.
