I'm not sure where they get their positive reviews from on their website as i definitely feel scammed. I wish i would have read these reviews instead of the fake ones on their website!

I placed an order April 14th, 2020. It claims to have shipped April 30th, but has not changed status since. To this day, it still says "pre-shipment". It is June 17th, 2020. Not only would they not give me a refund, they had the audacity to email me, "would you please give us a little time?" How long is a little time? 6 months? Yeah no. So I opened a case with my bank and they disputed it right away. If they would have handled the situation better I would not be writing this.

Sorry but I wouldn't recommend. I purchased a coat via She Inside and after carefully studying the customer photos i decided it looked pretty decent.
It took a very long time to arrive (I live in Australia so this may be why) The coat was poorly made and unwearable- it didn't fit well at all.

This company is terrible! Their product and the process to return is terrible they couldn't make it more difficult to return then they have it set up -very frustrating -
what a terrible way to treat paying customers - everyone needs to stop ordering from them they just scam people with their cheap products and terrible customer service for returning!

I ordered a dress for a wedding that I am attending labor day weekend. This dress was ordered the first week of August and was "processing" until August 21st. I have had a terrible time trying to contact someone from customer service. My order now says that is has been shipped and the fedex site has said that the label is being created. This has been the status since Friday the 22nd. After contacting fedex today they said that they have not even physically received my package yet. I will be very disappointed if my order does not come in time for my event. Worst experience I have ever had. DO not order from this company.

I must say that I was very happy buying at Shein, until I placed a large order to try on several dresses. I kept a dress that costed around £25 and I had to pay more than £40 for handling fees on my return. I wasn't aware of that as they advertise free returns. I feel scammed and very disappointed as they did hide these fees trough the purchase and return process.
I tried to communicate this with the customer support several times, but they are not offering any solution, just to bare with it. They are saying that these fees are from transportation, labor wage and other costs in specific markets. What!?
Totally disappointing and not even worth it.

This was my first time ordering from them and I ordered a dress for my fiance. She really loved it! It was a yellow sundress. We ordered and got the dress a few days later. The dress fit great and has held up. All in all, we had a pretty good experience!

Just received my order of three flannel hoodies and this is the worst sizing ever. Ordered 2xl in size and shirts came in waaaaayyyyy to small. I use 2xl in the states but come on China can't be that dumb to now know that this isn't a 2xl size they're making. Not even going to bother returning the dumb shirts. Cost more to send back. Had to give them to my dad so they didn't go to waste. I was warned by a friend about this site and i gave them the benefit of the doubt. But like all always I was wrong and my friend was right. NEVER AGAIN!

I was so excited when I found a blanket scarf for buy one get one free. Upon checking out there was nothing confirming the BOGO sale, but I proceeded with the order. I never received a confirmation e-mail so I wasn't sure if my order had even been received. Only a few days later I did receive an e-mail with the tracking number however both scarves were not included in the package. I spent a long time talking to customer service on-line and they told me it was buy one scarf get a piece of jewelry for free, this was never even mentioned when I ordered. So now I was not only screwed out of my free scarf but the so called free jewelry too. I'm waiting on my shipment still but am so frustrated with how horrible this customer service is and their unwillingness to help out

There is a very good collection of stylish products of variety. There are fashionable dresses, leather shoes, bags and cute collection of magnificent jewellery. I bought a winter jacket, a pair of pump shoes and a nice looking bracelet. All the products were really superfine. The bracelet was magnificent in style and design.

I love love love this place! They have everything you need for any occasion. From dressy to casual, you need it they have it (and at amazing prices.) I was worried that to find something in my price range would either be impossible or nothing I liked would be there. Thankfully that was not the case! I got the most amazing shoes... for less than $50! (I added a picture so you can see the awesomeness!)

I get a call that shein is outside it an order that I had to wait for more then 14 days and my mom who had the money wasn't home she was at work and she would come back at 4 but it was 3 and he said they can't wait and they just left and now I can't get my order! I knew my girlfriend liked scarves, so I went to the accessory section, and chose the New Fashion Black Gold Thread Soild Color Long Tassel Scarf and was 31% off. On October 15th I ordered $133 of items. Two of those items are received quickly, while now it is November 2nd and I still haven't received my other items. I've read other reviews with SheIn responding, "it takes 3 to 7 days to process an order." But now that I am able to track my order it says it will arrive on Friday. That is 22 days to wait for one clothing order. I will never order from this site again. I'd much rather pay more for good service.

I have bought a beautiful dress off of she inside and I am so glad that I bought it. I was looking for a dress to go for a party and I think i found the perfect dress. This dress is called "White Long Sleeve Hollow Lace Dress". I bought this in a size small and it hugs all my curves perfectly. The best thing about this dress is that it is very versatile also. I can wear this during the day or the night, just change my shoes and I am good to go. I highly recommend you check this out!

I love to shop and get so many different products from Shein. Shein can be very addicting and make you want to buy so many things. They have so much to choose from, customer reviews on the website)which is awesome), and amazing prices.
A few things I do not like about Shein.com is that the sizing can be off and also the quality. Some items I've purchased looked thick and great on the website, but end up being thin and not form fitting like it looks on the model. Another thing I dislike is the shipping time, but that's expected with coming from China to USA. I do love a lot of products I have gotten like the clothing and shoes, but the jewelry and the press on nails that were more of a gamble. Great products for the price tho for sure!
