I ordered for quite a huge amount and the customer service asked for verification of my payment details which is fine as the bank account and the delivery adress is on a different name. After verification they deducted the amount again! Since than (almost a week) I am trying to get the money back, but have to deal with a representative of the customer service who constantly replies in German even if I raised my ticket in English (with such a German as if she was using Google Translate) and simply replies unrelevant details like I should wait for delivery for the money to be transferred back instead of taking care of the payment.
Honestly, this is quite simple: payment deducted twice, transfer back the second one!

The quality is cheap. Some of the clothing is beautiful but it's not going to last. It's not true your order arrives within two to four days when you order 99.00 and above. If you notice they dont sell cotton and the material they use for the majority of their clothing is CHEAP...

go to Target, Walmart if you want un-expensive. Go to mall if you want quality

The customer was contacted and the issue was fully resolved to the customers satisfaction.
The whole shopping experience was really really good. The seller is helpful and nice anything you dont understand, they will help you to figure it out. Very patient as well they dont force you into buying anything with upsell techniques. The website is easy to understand which makes for an easier and better experience and the shipping was great. I would definitely recommend them to anybody!

I bought 14 items more that two week a ago with Express delivery and I only received 3 of them! I checked the tracking and they said that they shipped the order but once I contacted UPS they said that they never received it!
Then, I tried to submit a lot of tickets but they never answered. I want the refund!
I want them to solve this problem. I loved the 3 items that I received but I won't buy ever again if my order is lost or they won't refund me.
I mean, where is it if nor SheInside nor UPS have it?!

Amazing, amazing service and in time delivery i wanted it to surprise my darling by wearing it on Valentine 's Day. This Foundation is pretty, looks pretty natural and the touch is like a professional one, is a little like cream (I mean is not to liquidate)
It is perfect, I don't need to put more product in afternoon, I just retouch a little but I didn't need to put more product, just use the brush to tap a little.
And it lasted all day, even after the exercise and the water

I just got these in the mail about an hour ago. I ordered on the 8th. Its the 19th. It was suppose to be express shipping. It got delayed by three or more days because something I ordered was out of stock. They finally said they shipped it but on the tracking it said they were waiting on my response. So I sent another email asking if it shipped and the rude customer service said to "be patient". It finally came, and EVERYTHING smelled like moth balls. So disgusting. The backpack that was suppose to be "medium size"? Couldnt even fit my notebooks. Everything is see through, A few things had holes in them already! I spent $100+ dollars and Im probably going to have to throw it all away. I had high hopes. I better be able to get a refund for this.

I order a dress and it did not fit well so I returned it using the Shein label. Returned it using UPS. I requested a credit to the account its been over a month and no refund and now the dress does not show in my orders history. Unbelievable! Shein actually still have the dress available and no other company had it. The UPS tracking number shows it was delivered. This was kind of slick Shein.

So far I have shopped in this site for about three times and I have noticed that i would order more than 60$ worth of clothing and accessories. The clothing material varies with each clothing they offer, but so far I am very pleased with what I have purchased and will definitely continue to shop at this site. Although I love what this site has to offer, I would say that their customer service is just average, they dont recognize my concern and I have to repeat myself over and over again. I was just hoping they could do better in offering a frustrated customer something more. But other than that I love the plus size clothing that they offer and will continue to shop as long as new styles come in. This site is definitely addicting!

They asked for my shipping address. I gave it to them. Then, they sent my package by mail. My mailing address isn't the same as my shipping ( home) address. The package came back to them. I gave them my mailing address. They sent me an email to confirm. I confirmed it as correct. They then changed my
address to a conglomeration of my mailing address and shipping address and shipped it again. They then sent an email that it had been delivered. They didn't deliver it to me. The only customer service response so far told me to " check with neighbors, maybe they have it"
Dont walk away, run. You will lose your money!

I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the product. Neither the picture nor the description of the product gave any indication that it was distressed to give it a vintage look. Besides not looking like the picture it is described as being a Super Plush Throw. The material is so thin it certainly does not qualify as a throw at all. It is so thin and flimsy I can't imagine what you would use it for. The return policy certainly doesn't give a customer a break from their misleading descriptions. They were going to deduct from the refund about twice what it would cost to ship it back. I told them I'd ship it back and they could issue a full credit

Just did my first two orders with them.
The first dress was too small so I exchanged it--I saw a lot of people complain about the cost of using the return sticker so I just filled out the exchange slip and sent it myself. It was not very expensive to do and they completed my exchange, from the day I sent it to the day I received my new item, in a little over a week. I'm very impressed with that, especially considering I'm located in California so my items had a bit of distance to travel.
The two dresses I ordered are really cute, and I love the way they fit. I ordered the One Shoulder Dress and the Open Back Maxi Dress. They are both really sexy but still very comfortable :) I can't wait to wear them.
Overall my entire experience with Sheinside has been very pleasant. My exchange went very smoothly and I'm really happy with both of my orders:)

I bought a dress from SHEIN dec 2020, and when the dress came, the sizing was way off as well as the fabric. What's worse, I printed out a return label from SHEIN and it turned out to be fake. The postal service could not verify the label. I have searched their site, and just realized they have no number or email with which to reach them. I had to cough out an extra $17 to pay for returns for an awful dress I purchased for my wedding anniversary for $90.
I am putting this review out here so I can be contacted by Shein canada. I WANT MY $90 back plus the $17 I used for shipping.
I would also like to say everyone should desist from buying from SHEIN. I mean how trustworthy can a company be when it has no customer care and no way for you to reach them for complaints, queries and refunds?

The tops such as blouses sweaters and tshirts are to short on the waist. I prefer my tops to hide my zipper and come mid way my back pocket. Most if not all shein women tops sit at the top of the waist.

This is my first order from Shein and I should have read their reviews before placing the order! I learned my expensive lesson and I think Shein is a spam company. Beware!
