I ordered a water-resistant digital watch from Shein. It looked very good and sturdy in the picture. However, when the order arrived, I realized that the watch is very weak. Additionally, I bought a skirt that appeared strong in the picture, but upon receiving it, I discovered that the fabric is very weak. It became discolored after washing, and it fell apart, rendering it unsuitable to wear after only the third time. I will never buy from them again and will no longer trust their photos.

Tip for consumers:
Their photos looks good and their products are very weark and very fake in a way that you can't use it for longer , it don't last longer

I had two dresses that were originally in the final cart for my daughter. When they sent me the shipping information, the two dresses were no longer there. I paid for those dresses. Their customer service is awful.

I loved the clothes on this website and I ordered a really cool dress but after 9 days it still hadn't even shipped. When I contacted the online help chat window, the woman just told me to be patient and that she could not give me a day or time when I would get my dress. So, I just canceled the order. It was a lot of unnecessary aggravation in my opinion.

I ordered one item over 4 weeks ago now and my item had been pending shipping for the past 25 days. I have called fedex and they have not received the package from SHEIN and the customer service will not answer my tickets asking where my package is. I have ordered from this site in the past and never had an issue... extremely disappointed and will never be ordering from this website again.

I had a shopping list of 66 items and they sent all but 8 items back to the sender. This was days before it was actually suppose to arrive to my house. The package that they actually sent through to the US has taken the scenic route to my house. I order this stuff in November and it is still not here. It should have arrived on the 6-9, it is now 14th and it is in transit SOMEWHERE! I am seriously disappointed with the whole damn thing...lf you need something do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else!

Tip for consumers:
Not worth the hassle or frustration!!!

I had fraudulent charges on my account that I used to purchase items from SHEIN. I was charged $436 on items I never purchased from SHEIN and I never received. My bank said they contacted SHEIN and was told the charges were me and the items were shipped to me. I looked at my SHEIN app and the items were shipped somewhere in Florida (I live in Tulsa, OK). I tried to contact SHEIN and I can't contact them. I have heard of so many other people being frauded by SHEIN also. Now I am so afraid to use them and order stuff, I will not use them ever again for fear of fraudulent charges and they do nothing to help their client.

Be aware!!!! There have been A LOT of scams with this company!!!

I love shopping in Shein. So many different things I can afford especially when they have afterpay b klarna to help with payments. Ordered a lot from Shein and never disappointed until they sent me the wrong shoes I kept emailing them they sent the wrong shoes no replied and when I went back to shein customer service, it didn't work. How? The black ones are the shoes I ordered, the heels were the ones I got. I needed to switch not refund. I'm so mad at Shein now.

This is my first time ordering from this site and it was horrible. I ordered this item in October and it is January and I still have not received it. It was supposedly delivered in November, but my package never arrived. I have been playing a run around with customer service and they continue to tell me to wait a few more days or they have blatantly ignored my emails. The customer service is horrible, the delivery speed is abysmal and the product quality is non-existent (since I have no product). They seem to be refusing to rectify the problem.

Tip for consumers:
Do not order from here, unless you are ok with throwing away your money and getting no value for your purchase.

I bought the long sleeve backless bodycon dress in black for New Year's Eve. I LOVE it! So sexy. It fits really well and the long sleeves balance out the short length of the dress. The sparkly black material is perfect for a party or celebration. I got compliments on it all night. 5 stars!

My brother ordered a gift card from Shein's website as a Christmas present for me on December 16th and had it sent to my house, it's now January 13 and guess what... still no gift card. They don't care who they scam as long as they get your money, thanks for ruining my Christmas Shein.

Recently I purchased $200 of clothes from this site and it took over for weeks to receive. I was incredibly disappointed with the quality of clothes (they don't even look like the photos on the site and they reek of gasoline or chemicals). I have since requested an address i can return the clothes too as well as a refund (via papal). Both requests have been declined what a surprise since reading some of the reviews on this site. I wish I had found this site prior to wasting my money. If any sheinside employees read this site I want a refund and a return address i have already escalated my dispute with PayPal so you better refund my money. My order number is Hbc3191.

I do not like this website, I bought 45 items at the same time, including Clothes, bagpaks, underwear shoes, earrings and necklaces, It was generally the worst purchase I have ever made. All clothes and even shoes were made of plastic. The materials were very cheap quality and very different with the photos. I wasted both my time and my money. And now, I returned the items back 10 days ago, but no money has been returned to my account yet and I can't find customer service number to call!

One of my most favorite Purchase on the SheIn is a yellow vest. First of all, I liked the quality. A bright yellow color, which after the first wash was as bright and saturated. Good price for money and quality!

It is ridiculous that when I tried to fill out the return label that is when I found out that bathing suits are not returnable. Shame on you to post free returns on you website but not being transparent regarding your policy. It should say that when ordering. I used your size guide and even went up one size! Shame on you!,,

I am here to say I agree with everyone else on this site! The clothes look cute on the website but I have yet to see what they look like in person. I placed my order over a week ago and they told be they would send me an email update within 7 days. It has been 9 and still not email so I emailed them and they said they would respond withing 24 hours it has been 24 hours still no response! I am beyond on angry and it should not take this long to ship and order.

If you order something off this site give yourself at least a year waiting time to receive the order!!!

I placed an order from she inside April 20th. The tracking stopped working on April 24th. I have sent a message and they have assured me that I will receive my package but I would like to know WHEN!?! As it is almost reaching a month and I bought it to wear this coming weekend. I am extremely disappointed with their customer service and shipping! It is doubtful that I will ever buy from them again.

I tried to speak to customer service since items was missing in my package when it arrived. Package was full of holes so items was disappearing under transportation. Customer service only said they had send everything so I didn't get a refund. I sent them pictures of the package I received and they said I needed to check the package if I had taken out all items….seriously it was 5 items missing and customer service didn't even want to discuss it. My advice is to not buy anything from SHEIN and if you HAVE to…do payment true PayPal so you can get help because SHEIN doesn't want to help you even when it's their own fault. I will never buy anything from them again, eBay is 100% better to buy from and items are better.

I had never had an issue with SHEIN until today! Everything I order is always shipped fast and fits perfectly. However after winning the giveaway and given an old code that didn't even work! I wouldn't be as mad if I hadn't won but I did and I feel like I had gotten my hopes up for nothing.

My wife's birthday was just on July 23rd (mine on the 24th), and she had a bunch of items on her list from SheInside.com. She's big into blogging and all that fashion stuff, and gave me a detailed list of the things she wanted, along with the color and sizes lol. Of course, being the husband I am, I got everything for her. She loved everything she received... er... picked out for herself. We have a vacation and planned and I actually picked out one thing for her (White Halter Backless Floral Print Maxi Dress) which she loved. I thought it would be great for dinner on the beach. Overall I am thrilled with the purchase. The ordering was easy, shipping was quick, and the quality was good... plus she just looked great in every outfit. I will be back... most likely for our anniversary next month... lol. Thank you for your great service. Highly recommended.

For husbands...if you wife his into clothes and fashion (who isn't), get her a few outfits here.

Hi Everyone,

Just wanted to give everyone an update that I did receive my package but it was too late for the event I was going wear it to. Customer support contacted me daily to ensure me that it will be delivered but it was too. I returned the items and customer support was helpful in sending me a return slip. I will just say if you order from shein.com add an additional 3-4 days on top of the delivery date and then add an additional 3 days to the delivery date. The time of the delivery was not accurate and the days of processing the order is not disclosed. Other than that I am grateful that they gave me a refund.

I recently deleted the app to make more room on my phone, data wise, and then quickly re-downloaded it but I went to enter my email & I forgot my password so I tried to reset my password but it said my email was wrong. Entered in a couple more times and it said the same thing. I contacted customer service a few days ago and also sent a ticket with my new account. But nothing yet. And, I bought a few things for over 100$, got a processing email on Tuesday but I haven't got a shipped email.

I ordered a package that was never shipped. They falsified tracking numbers to charge my card. I was told in order to receive a refund I would need to refuse the package upon delivery. Anyone know how to refuse an invisible package?
