I purchased the Navy Sleeveless Pockets Flare Dress on sheinside.com. I bought the dress on sale for $14.99. The dress fit me perfectly when it arrived. The color was nice and vibrant. I loved that the dress had pockets, so few dresses have pockets, and a purse is not always convenient. I especially liked the way the dress was styled so that the pockets we not obvious when nothing is inside of them. I would definitely buy from sheinside.com again.

Their vintage dresses are amazing. I bought five of them and they fit surprisingly well, considering the fact that my breast size is fairly large, and cheap clothes usually don't fit me very well. They also had a sale on a lot of the dresses, which made my purchase even more fantastic! SheInside was overall pretty great to buy from, and I would definitely buy from them again. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that I couldn't buy more, and that the shipping seemed to take a bit. But it was well worth the wait. I can't wait to buy from SheInside again.

I started return process for 5 items out of 7 items I ordered. They provided a USPS return label and the package I sent out for return with the label they provided is missing now. $100 just gone like that.

The designs are trendy, unique, and great for going out but the material is SUPER thin. It's almost see through, you can see anything you're wearing underneath unless the color of the item you got is black.

I posted a review out of anger yesterday. I would like to change it since my card was hacked. This was not the company. We were both scammed.
I followed the information on the statement, and sent them an email begging them to stop the shipment on that order because it was fraudulent. If it mails out, were both going to be scammed. I'll eventually get my money back but they wont get payment or product back. Fast Foward to today.
The money was back in my account. The email worked. I provided them with everything I could to help them find the order to stop it.

Seriously first 2 orders i enjoyed the shopping later the way they respond to the issues its irritating.
I raised a ticket and with out resolving the issue they close it. I tried using partial amount for the Order NO.: BAH5351 but then status says expired and completed. No idea how they work? Neither i received any products nor they reverted in the wallet.

The problem you ran into was a little bit complicated, but i have checked with our Customer Service Team carefully and sorted everything out.
Your order #KBA4557 was placed in last August, and then $16.66 was refunded to your SheIn Wallet for the sold-out product. Last December, you withdrew $10.59 from your SheIn Wallet to your card, so there was a total of $5.07 left in the Wallet, which you tried to apply while placing the order #BAH5351, and it worked. The problem is, the order #BAH5351 is still left unpaid, so there occurred the situation where you found the amount in your SheIn Waller was zero, but you had no idea where the $5.07 went.
Here’s how the problem can be solved. You can either continue to finish the payment for the order #BAH5351 so the $5.07 could be successfully applied, or, you can cancel this order so the $5.07 could be refunded to your SheIn Wallet.

I really have had no problems with them and when i did they immediately corrected it. The three star rating is because customer service is not the best, very difficult to maneuver, hard to reach a person and when you do, days almost weeks to resolve. I think by design. Some things like earrings you can't return. I purchase baby clothing and some household things, I appreciate them having that policy! You have to know what to get and what not to get -IT's CHINA! But lately they have gotten sloppy with their shipping. I have always gotten what i paid for, but i think now they are getting so much business they have gotten sloppy with their shipping. Your packages come here and there and it can be a headache when trying to track your order, SO for that reason I try not to order to much anymore.

I have never used Shein. One time a friend told me about and suggested to shop from it. I ordered from it first time and they delivered the package 4 days after the expected delivery date. I called them and they said an address issue. After that I received my package and I forgot about the delay that happened.
I ordered for the second time from shein 2 weeks ago. The delivery guy called to confirm the address and where to drop it of. I confirmed the address twice and I told him to drop it of the in front of my house's door he said okay. He dropped it of in the lobby of the building and someone took my package!

I've waiting for my package because it's a gift for someone no the due date from the gift is gone and the package is gone as well!

As of late I finished my second buy from sheinside.com. I have been stunned at the nature of the things that I have ordered. I was initially told about sheinside.com from a companion who purchases a decent parcel of her apparel from here too. I thought that it was anything but difficult to submit my order online through the site. I like that I can purchase my dress and accessories all at one time on the sheinside.com site.
My most loved buy so far has been the Vertical Stripe Bow Blouse. I cherish the delicateness of the fabric and unique design.
Both of my orders have been delivered on time and they were pretty well package insuring quality and good handling. I will be prescribing the sheinside.com site to the greater part of my family and companions for their quality and dependability.

I tried to buy a gift card online. It was impossible to enter a shipping address and a billing address. It doesn't make sense that both address are the same for a gift card. I changed everything to my address (billing) so I could use a credit card. After several tries 2 credit cards were rejected. Very bad app when trying to use a credit card when shipping address is not the billing address.

My stuff was never delivered to my address. I Checked the Tracking, that didn't even help because all it said was "Has been signed for" which I never received. Plus who signed it? So i contacted them and they got back at me 48 hrs later, they didn't even give me a refund, credit or resend me the same items I purchased. They basically said we ain't helping you, Go figure it out on your own. I couldn't even set up text messaging alerts so I would know at what time and day they were delivering it. I even contacted the delivery handler and supposedly he didn't know anything either. So upsetting and such a waste.

If I could give no stars I would. First off, I ordered two dresses, both in stock, both advertised as being able to ship in 24 hours. I place my order on September 18th and my order STILL hasn't been shipped. I've contacted their service department at LEAST 6 times and each time they say it will be shipped in 3 to 5 days. I've finally reached my limit and am looking into canceling my order. This service was awful and the false advertising made me even angrier. I will definitely advise my friend NOT to order from this website...

Shein does not deserve one star but I had to give a star for the review. I purchased two dresses from that dump Shein. Both dresses were a 0XL (12) both items looked too big especially one of the dresses. One of the dresses looked like a 5XL. I looked up customer service number of course there is not one. I had to message on Facebook which did not help they took forever to answer. When someone chat with me he said he was going to send me a text for my PayPal account so I can give him the code so I refused. He told me my issue had to be transferred to someone but that never happened. Beware of this company they don't have any way to include customer service into their business. Some of the clothes look so cheap and made with cheap materials. You're better off going into a store or order from a legit company that can provide some type of customer service.

I ordered a swimsuit and a swimsuit cover. The cover fit perfectly. The swimsuit on the other hand was not to my satisfaction. I got on to return it and they don't allow you to return practically anything that goes on your body. I find that ridiculous considering they sell mostly swimsuits and you don't always know if it's going to fit. If you can't return it then your just stuck with a suit that doesn't fit and you don't want. I will not be buying from them again.

SHEIN attempted to resolve this issue but did not receive a response from the reviewer.
I placed an order of 4 items. 6 days later they send me an email saying ALL of my items were "sold out" and didnt know when they would have more of my items. Really? A week later all 4 items are sold out? Why even have them on the site?
On top of that I have to wait 48 hours for the money to go to my "wallet" which is pretty much credit towards your next purchase (which I wont be doing). Once its in my wallet I can withdraw to have it go to my account and that takes another 5 days... argh!
