I have always been skeptical of ordering offline from smaller websites... but SheIn, I have been ordering from them for almost a year now and have had no issues and everything always is delivered super fast and everything is super affordable and amazing quality!

I didn't receive a refund for an item that I purchased a month ago. I have tried so many times to contact customer service and all I get is a virtual agent that can't help me. It asks me if the info was useful and I say no and it says I'll try harder next time. But I need a live chat to solve my issue. The company credited a Paypal a/c. I don't have a paypall a/c. I saw in one of the review an email address, tried it, but its bogus. It got kicked back. So fustrated that I cannot contact the Company. HELP! I want my refund.!

I ordered from them about 3 weeks or longer and I have yet to get anything! And they sent and e-mail that stated I could track my order that is a lie the email didn't give me anything! I know they are based out of china so my card that I used to order was used in China about 2 weeks after i ordered from their website! They took out $2,000 out of my account! I wouldn't even waste your time at this point unless you have all the time in the world i would just like my order

When I tried to return my clothes because a lot of them didn't fit (the sizes are misleading) it wouldn't allow me to send them back and even sent me the wrong pants. The fabric of a lot of the clothing was very cheap too. And now Im stuck with nearly 200$ of clothes that don't fit.

I had placed an Order and paid for the express shipping because i needed the item in 3-7 days before leaving town. I then got an email stating the processing will take 5-7 days?!? So i immediately got on chat to cancel BEFORE any funds were taken from my account. The person i chatted with assured me it was canceled and no money would be taken since it takes 5-7 days to process anyways right? WRONG because the very next day they took the money from my account. So i got back on chat only to be told: "You know this is a online store there are so many issue to arrange a refund." and that i have to wait 20days! This is completely unacceptable and on top of this I'm told i cannot speak to an actual human being about my money being taken?!?! I am starting to think this we site is a SCAM and this site should be reported and taken down.

This company has cost me a client. I purchased some items for a client, and it was supposed to be delivered since the 29TH of November and it arrived until the 8TH of December when my client no longer needed it. This is highly unacceptable because now I am stuck with the items and no longer have any use for them. This was by far the worst experience I had while shopping online. I will no longer be doing business with your company cause you guys $#*!ing suck.

What a great experience for shopping to the Shelnside. I ordered a gray dress, and it arrived even faster than anticipated. It was easy to place an order and the dress was exactly what the pictures looked like. The product packaging was nicely done and there was no damage to the product when I received it. Ordered dress June 16, today is the 26 still have NOT received! Ordered on July 26,2023 said it was delivered Aug 24,2023. It was never delivered to my house. Contacted them four times. Told me to wait a few days and check with my neighbors to see if they got it. Finally asked for refund since I got no merchandise, was told the would send half my mone. Thats cause it said it was delivered. Some one lied about delivery. Note on morning it said delivery it was posted in the morning that it was delivered at 15:00. Thats afternoon! This was my first order with company. Never again and I keep telling them that is unacceptable. I never received anything. The send same email over and over. Really tired of the lies and they do not care. They got money, thats all they want! Beware do not order from them! One is too much of a rating. How are you suppose to prove it wasn't delivered.

I was introduced to the site by a friend, when she saw that I struggled finding cute, modern but shabby-chic outfits. When I saw they had vintage skirts, i fell in love. LOVE. I ordered 3 things from Shein on May 2nd. They say it was shipped on May 17th. After 3 weeks I asked where it was and told to wait. They told me my shipment was lost and offered me a refund. I cancelled my order on 6/14 and have not received any refund. All they have is automated responses when you try to contact them. Guess I go thru my credit card company. Never again will I order from them.

It was really a great shopping experience for me. I bought a dress from here. The design of the dress is really unparallelled & awesome. I order from here way too often. I have ordered a couple dresses. Their sizing to me is very consistent. They deliver it to me with in 3 days. I am too much pleased with their service & the quality of the product with price. I ordered two dresses from Sheinside. Both were tiny in size, very poor quality and had a horrible odor to them! I immediately returned the items (at my expense) for a refund. That was MONTHS ago. I have yet to receive a refund. There is no way to contact customer service on the website. There are links for how to contact them that go no where. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Total sham! Guess I paid for this lesson.
Update: After I posted this review, the company followed through with my return and refunded my money. I appreciate the help SiteJabber.

I bought over $300 in stuff from shein out of it I got 3 cute shirts I tried to return the site wants pictures of everything after 5 times of submitting all photos I could not return. I am highly disappointed with the courier services that SHEIN works with.I have been skeptical when to comes to doing orders online however a friend advised me to try SHEIN she has ordered a few times never had an issues.I placed my very first order n I received an email from them stating that the courier company has issues delivering my order.
I called the courier company only to find that I won't be getting my order Cs the guy who came to deliver was hijacked.How convince that a guy get hijacked doesn't the company have tracker, the Lady said I shouldn't ask her nay questions I needed to claim from Baffalo who didn't inform me that what transpired. I am still in the dark and I doubt I will ever get my money.
My gut feeling tells me that these courier drivers open our parcels to see whether they can deliver or take those things home.
I am highly disappointed I even had a lot of items I was to order for Black Friend and I do see myself buying from them again
