My order was awful it wasn't what I ordered and it looked awful, it was cut bad it was a cowboy hat that was supposed to be flat, but it was curved and it wasn't even rounded in the back, it had a big cut.

I placed an order on May 3 and on May 7 it says in United states facility... No more updates after that. I had birthday gifts in this order and i spent over $360 on one order. When i try and track my package or reach out to customer service i get no help. Im very disappointed. Order # GSHMXV00B0004RJ and there is NO update!

Never went to this site, but my card was hacked while using Amazon on Prime Day & when I went to close tabs, the pop-up box that I NEVER clicked on must have grabbed the card #. All purchases made on Shein. (I'd never even heard of it b4). I realize this isn't proof, but my bank's fraud department was inferring that there was some connection & based on timing (when I purchased vs when I closed pop-up vs when purchases were made, right after closing it) it seems likely someone connected to them were involved.

First off, this is my first time ever writing a negative review b/c I am just so ticked off. Using poor judgement I decided to do most of my Xmas shopping through their site. I ordered my purchase 2 sundays before before Xmas (11 days) with an offer that advertised 24hr shipment and 2-5 days delivery. I had not received my order in time for Christmas and when I contacted customer support about the issue they were very short, rude and unaccommodating. They said "the quick shipment didn't apply to me b/c I chose popular items" I was understanding even after they refused to compensate me in any way. I wanted to wait until I received the items before I wrote a review and I'm glad I did. I am returning EVERY SINGLE ITEM! They're cheap and almost unrecognizable to the pictures advertised. I am embarrassed to give these items as gifts and they should be embarrassed to accept money for this garbage.

So I am normally never one to review websites, but this is so terrible I had to. My package from this site arrived with some strange orange liquid coming out of it, I had to remove the bag from my house because of the smell and discard in an outdoor trash bin. Before doing this I checked to see if maybe this could have happened during shipping but the liquid was coming from inside the garment bags. I have never experience this ordering clothing and I will NEVER order from this site again.

I ordered a big amount of clothing on the SheIn website around a week ago now, and when I go into my order to track it, it says processing. Its been processing for a week now and I really need these clothes for upcoming events in a weeks time! I put in a ticket asking this exact question, with the reply saying as I spent a certain amount of money I need to send photos of my personal ID in order for my clothing to be shipped? Ive never had this happen to me and don't want to cancel my order as the clothes are really cute! When will my order be shipped?
Ontop of this I never received a tracking number in my conformation email? I have no idea where my order is! I have also paid for express shipping...

I placed an order earlier this month with the promise that it would be delivered within 5-7 business days. I got part of the order a couple of weeks ago and the reminder today (15 days after the initial order was placed). I ordered two of the same dress (one for me and one for a friend) in orange. I was sent two dresses in RED. I looked at the package to see if they just sent the wrong item but no. They put the orange dress label on the red dress and sent it. Did they think I wouldn't notice? Then I went onto the website to check the item number and saw that it was sold out.
Awhile ago I inquired about another dress that I wanted but was sold out I was told by customer service that they do not restock when things are no longer available. So now I am stuck with two dresses I did not order. I would try to send them back but based on the reviews I have been reading. Keeping it may just be easier. I am BEYOND LIVID about this and will not be ordering from them again.

I am highly disappointed about my experience with Shein & their gaming department. SHEIN Rigged the games to collect people's information, to make money off of, and not grant the award. I have been trying to get the contact to the head of department and the reps ignore my request
It has been 30+ days, and SHEIN customer "service rep" Donna, Hero, Gazila, and others ended the chat without properly assisting with the problem. Instead, they Repeat the same response as if they are bots and do not provide an adequate solution to rectify the situation ‼ the reps even advise to play the game repeatedly so they can make more money off of it. It's a SHAME & Justice must be served

I love Shein for its quality / price and its originality, there are always more original clothes than in the physical stores and I love that! If you want advice from a regular buyer, you have to look at the opinions of all the garments and the images uploaded by the buyers, because usually they are as they are shown, but there are times that they vary a bit from the sample image and you are not interested anymore... so look at the opinions and always think!

These guys haven't refunded my money for a shirt after I returned the item. When I asked them why I didn't get my refund, they said the item didn't pass a quality control. I asked them to clarify what is wrong with its quality, they couldn't clarify and promised to clarify later...(?). Meanwhile, my item is shown on their site like refunded and at the same time not delivered. It looks like their lie is mixed up turning into a full absurd. Never buy anything from this site, never trust them, they are liers and sell a low quality items, and never refund your money back unless you use a PayPal service. The worst merchant I have ever met

I have ordered some cone loader grinders my first 2 orders were fine. My next 2 orders which I did within a couple of days of each other were not there was only half of the grinders to oversee the order pick I did not know that there are 2 per order. They gave me a refund for the first order and tell me the keep the grinders. They told me they'd merged my 2 tickets together but they obviously hadn't because when I saw the refund I realized what has happened they really done it for the first order. I have never sent so many emails back and forth they got me send in the SKU number to them so so so many times it seems like the customer service is totally useless. He then put me on to a supervisor or I thought might be able to help me but after 6 weeks she'd asked me to send them back that she did not think that I might have sold them avoid like the plague

Buyer beware. Use to love shein. Been a customer since 2018. However, they use speedx now and if ur pkg is lost, ur out of luck bc shein will not refund u. (already tried contacting shein and speedx customer service).

maybe if shein loses enough loyal/potential customers, they will realize that it's not worth saving a few bucks by using speedx.

I have purchased from Shein and got the deliver in Hungary, in Europe. I want to return one item and try to follow their "return policy", but it's not possible to do what I am requested: to contact costumer service to indicate the items to be returned and get from them the details how to send back the item (e.g. Address).
There is no way to contact costumer service, only a machine with questions which always send me back to read their "policy return".
Terrible costumer service, no transparency, I feel scammed. If Shein cannot provide the same quality of service as it is for US and some countries in Europe, then do not expand your business. I have an item at home which does not fit me and I have no possibility to send it back.

I ordered over $100 worth of clothes from shein.com thinking I would be receiving free express shipping because that is what I was told upon checkout. I was happy I was about to get so many sweaters so quickly (3-5 days is what the website said). Two weeks later and I have an email saying my order has JUST shipped out. And only half of my clothes had been sent. I still have not received the other items I ordered and it has been about a month. When I got the first package of clothes I found that the materials were cheap and none of my items look as they did online. I have expressed my disappointment with them through "tickets" on their website and practically get the same unhelpful response every time. Along with no refunds on the products I STILL have not received. DO NOT ORDER FROM SHEIN.

It took weeks to get my order, which was really disappointing since I wanted the tribal cardigan I ordered for a tripI was taking. But my main issue is that I got the wrong color of the cardigan I ordered. I wanted black, but got blue. It isn't worth my time or effort to try & exchange, but I'll never order from them again.

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced, and this is after working in customer service. 7 of the 8 items in my package never arrived and I was scammed out of my money as I was told by a customer service agent that it was against their company policy to give me my money back. Do not trust their site just because they have cute clothes and a good marketing team.

I ordered the White Sleeveless Floral Split Bodycon Dress to wear to a friend’s dinner. The checkout was quick and simple to complete. Usually I’m scared of ordering items offline that I need by a certain date but I gave it a shot and I’m so happy I did! A tried to return a dress that was MUCH smaller than expected. I went to return it but they don't give you a receipt with a return label. So, I went online to see their policy and they make you upload pictures of the item to get permission to return it. I am very busy right now and I put it off because it was kind of a hassle. I finally remembered and they said it was more than 90 days. I asked if they would at least give me store credit and they refused. I have NEVER written a bad site review, but this one deserves it. I would not suggest using this site.

Nearly, I bought a sweater from here, absolutely love this sweater. It basically defines tumblr with the kawaii stuff, illuminati, rainbows and adventures, and pessimistic-ness. It took them 2 weeks to notify me that 1 item of my order "needs to custom-made by their factory" because it was their "best-seller" and the shipping wouldn't be for another month. Told them to cancel the entire order, then they pulled the stall tactic for another week (whether I meant the entire order or just that item). Then finally said it would take another 5 days until the refund. Seriously? 1? They weren't this slow taking the money.
