I recently signed up for the emails and text messages for sales and discounts... shortly after almost every account i have got hacked or detected some type of suspicious log in. 99% of the accounts i have got hacked including my instagram, amazon, ps4 account etc... multiple people have had this issue. I had to change all of my passwords to every account that is linked to my email and phone number. Be careful

I placed my order on July 10th and thought it will get here on time since I am going on vacation on August 2nd, and needed what I ordered but I haven't received anything. They sent me a tracking number just yesterday, 2 weeks since I placed the order, which is FALSE, because there's no possible way in which you can track your items with the weird numbers they give you. The information they tell you does not align with the information they provide in their website. Do not trust this website, they have cute stuff at a affordable price. However, it is a spam to get your money. They are quick in getting your money from your credit card right away but never send you what you paid for.

I purchased 2 dresses in March, but requested return March 27th due to sizing. Bodice too small in both.The quality was okay but not great, even at the reasonable prices. When I was unable to print their return label, I paid cash at the UPS store for $21.00 postage, and included all of my information plus original paperwork.
I do still receive multiple daily advertising texts, but no refund or contact by customer service. Basically, I feel scammed. I would NOT recommend any company that solicits but does not serve the customer.
My overall rating is "0" STARS.

I'd only ever ordered cheap rave outfits from here previously and they were all fine for being minimalist products.
I finally tried ordering some regular clothes after everyone got hyped about the quality/prices but wtf are they thinking?!
Spent $100 and am returning everything. The snap popped off one shirt, another shirt was wrong altogether, and not to mention the quality of each item was absolute garbage. I wouldn't even wear this crap around my house, the materials were scratchy, thin, transparent. No way to wear any of the Sweaters or hoodies outside without MULTIPLE LAYERS so essentially pointless clothing.
Also found out that they only cover shipping costs for the first return then after that you have to pay $7.99 per return package. What bullsh*t. I'll never be a customer again.

I wanted to test the quality of this website's products so I just ordered a single dress. It arrived a week after ordering because the stock was in the US but upon arrival I was horrified to find that the straps of the dress was sown all wrong, so I couldn't even hook my back part. I thought it was a small mistake so I had to fix the straps and when I tried it on, the entire back part was completely crooked. Upon further inspection when I wore the dress, it was completely CROOKED. The top part didn't even fit properly. I wrote to the website but all i was given was a ticket and I haven't received any response yet. Poor poor quality and handiwork, don't trust this site, it's just poorly made chinese clothing at throwaway prices. It's better to invest in a dress that actually looks like the website picture.

I ordered three items and they said they were shipped on April 13th. I never received them, even though the tracking said they were delivered to me on April 21st. I've contacted the post office per Shein.com's instructions, to no avail. Since they didn't mail it insured mail, I can't file a claim with the post office to get my money back. I've asked them to re-ship my items or refund my money to no avail. I just get the same email back, your package shows delivered. GRRR

Clothing aren't even close to what they show on website, material quality is lowest, and style is completely different from pictures. Sizes are not matching- two same size labeled items have different measurements lol.
Customer service is automated voice machine telling you that agent will get back to you and hangs up- but no one calls back. Chat platform is also fixed to ask same questions over and over and circle you around until you give up. Shein website reviews are fake.
I had two orders with same name and address, received one that was sent with usps. For the second order which was rerouted back to warehouse, shein used their own postal services which I couldn't find any information about online.
Tip for consumers:
If they use their own postal services instead of authorized postal services, more likely the order will get lost or shipped back. With their own postal services shein uses fake tracking to make you believe the item was on the way and due to whatever reason it's being shipped back or got lost, I believe they do this when they don't have an items or behind on shipment. I haven't received my refund yet, so I don't really know how's refund/ return system works.

So to start, I want to note that I am new to this site, so I wasn't too sure what to expect. After 20 minutes of browsing I came across this dress that I just HAD to have! It was one of those long sleeve t-shirt ones, in burgundy. Anyways I went to order one and they didn't have my size. So i was thinking, great now I have to wait six weeks or whatever until they restock. I went ahead and sent an email, because this dress would be awesome to wear to a party I was going to soon. Anyways they got back to me right away (like two or three hours) and told me they would order a few more and have one express shipped to me! The shipping was super fast and the people were so nice to work with! I got the dress and I absolutely loved it! Looked great on me too, just like the description said! I am quite sure the same crummy factory because they have the same clothes although the 2 blouses I ordered seem to be missing from the blouse department. This was my first (and last!) time ordering from this company! I ordered 18 items, 5 of which were bathing suits. I ordered between an xl and 2xl, but they sent 3xl for a majority of the items. The bathing suit bottoms look absolutely ridiculously huge, as I am NOT a 3xl. I don't even need to try them on to see that they are way too big. They refuse to give me a refund or exchange for them when THEY are the ones that sent the incorrect sizes! They also took FOREVER to ship the items. I will add photos once I get home.

I am constantly looking around for sites that aren't super complicated and also have actual sales and variety. Thankfully I found it here. Shopping has just become a bit easier for me (especially since it's not exactly my favorite thing to do).
Since I hadn't heard of the website before, I was a bit skeptical at first and wasn't sure if I should buy from here but now I'm glad I did.
If you need a location that has tons of stuff... look no further. You definitely won't regret your decision and shopping will be quick and maybe even even a bit fun.

I've now made two orders with Sheinside. I have had some frustrations and I'd like to share a bit of info about the company. They are (from my understanding) based in China. The items pictured on their site are typically images taken from other clothing sites (i. E. Nastygal) that Sheinside has repurposed. I would assume that based on low prices and lack of tags in the clothing that I have received, they work to make copies of similar items from other clothing sites. Their customer service is friendly, however broken English is common and makes communication harder. I have had trouble with tracking numbers being valid, but have found that they commonly use DHL to ship. Also, shipping from China takes a considerable amount of time! My first order took 2 weeks to arrive, as my second took about 2 and 1/2 weeks. Just be patient with this company! Also, beware of sizing, they run small, double check and measure in centimeters ladies!

They entice you with a 40% off first order, so you assume it's applied to the WHOLE order, only to find out it's applied to an item's original price. If some of the items are already on sale for more than 40% off, you DO NOT get an additional 40% off.

Placed an order once and after waiting about 1 month for my order, found out it hadnt been shipped due to inventory. I cancelled and requested my money back, so they gave me "500 Shein points" to make up for it. I tried giving it a shot again and turns out the points weren't able to be redeemed because I had to "confirm my order".....the one that was cancelled! Good luck trying to get anything. If you do, plan to get it in a year....don't depend on a short term delivery. It's worh paying more and ordering from a site like Lulus.....they definitely give a better experience.

Ordered a few bikinis and all arrived within a week - good! But disaster with sizing! Im a size S/M (small/medium) and ordered all size L (large) just in case - yet all the bikinis that arrived were child sized! Tiny bikini bottoms and even tinier cups! Not for regular sized women at all - these bikinis are all for super skinny girls with eithet fake boobs or small boobs. Real boobs cannot fit into these cups! Size Large only means huge around the back and body, but the cup size remains tiny. And reviews are all fake! Each product has all 5* reviews which cannot be accurate... Clearly they only publish 5* reviews.

Purchase only if you have a slim body and no curves (maximum B cups)!

I ordered $170 worth of items on April 11, and I have not received anything. The tracking information they provide is not the same information coming from USPS. I tried to contact them live chat, and the answers are all preprogrammed, it is not live at all. I was told it would take 21 to 33 days extra because of COVID, however it is past that time as well. If I do not receive my items this week, I will be contacting my bank for a fraudulent payment from them. I will NEVER order from them again, and do not advise anyone else to.

I was excited to find a large variety of skirt shorts on the site, and am very happy with the sizing and quality of the skorts. These can be so hard to find in stores! I did not have any problems with ordering or shipping, and my shipping was free because I live in the U.S. I am baffled by some of the reviews here and would guess that maybe the site is fine-tuning its shipping, but geez, it is international and you do have the advantage of finding products that you can't find anywhere else. People should expect some shipping time when ordering from an international seller. I had no problems with shipping and am happy overall with my whole experience. I will shop at sheinside again.

Firstly no courtesy of sending an order confirmation email. Everyone just remained in their shell and for the 1st 7 days i was still wondering whether the order was placed even though the money had been deducted
Secondly they promised 3-5 days delivery and the items came years after.
And lastly, my order was shipped from GUANGZHOU CHINA (boldly tagged) and they claim to be in USA and Australia. I was still trying to convince myself until i opened the package and saw that i wouldn't buy those shoes for $5.00 talk less of the price i bought them on their site
