They scammed me. They sent me an e-mail confirmation that my package had been dispatched, delivered and signed for at 9:07 PM on a Sunday night. 1. Delivery companies don't deliver on Sundays and 2. They most certainly don't deliver at night.
I tried to contact their customer service but it was an AI (artificial intelligence response) and I was unable to have any correspondence with anyone tangible / real.
DO NOT RISK SHOPPING HERE.
I'm out a good chunk of money because they are running a shady business.

SHEIN represents their prices CHEEP. The quality of every thing I've purchased was bad. Some things on their website shows that it looks all good, but when you get them the colors are a little off or the the type of materials used on it doesn't look right then what is shown on the website. SHEIN is not a trustworthy company to shop from!

I love everything i have ordered (and I have ordered a lot!). A few times the delivery was postponed but shein gave me bonus points for the delay! I always have items on my waitlist, so it works out great! The quality of the clothes I've received have been very nice. Two things I ordered were a bit too small for me but were well received as gifts to a friend and my daughter. I just reordered the item in the next size up. My favorite way to find outfits is to explore on the style gallery. You can really get a clear idea of how items will look from people who have previously purchased, as well as, different ways the same item can be styled!

I thought flamingo was bad now I get a top from shine. Thought I would send it back until I saw the hardship and stress it would take to do that so I took the scissors and chopped it to pieces and called it a day. Never again flamingo or shine. Both are scams. You think your product would look like the picture. Hahah guess again. I reported flaming to the better business bureau and am doing the same for shine.

I bought a pajama set for Valentine's Day back on January 27th. It is now the day before Valentine's Day (double the shipping expectation). I never get updates it hasn't had a delivery scan done in ages and this is so frustrating for a 9$ set of pajamas. Not worth it.

I still don't think it is really worth it to shop here given the issues I've had as well as other similar issues others have had. The only redeeming quality was that the US customer service responded to my review and contacted me very quickly. They refunded my purchase that never showed up and gave me some shein points valuing roughly 10$. I still would not shop here unless you're willing to have the possibility of waiting nearly a month for your purchase to never show up.

I thought I was buying a winter coat I got the parcel open it couldn't believe it had no lining. I was black shiny look like vinyl and the trim was like sheep lining so when do I wear it not in the Spring with the fur. I spend $45 and a waste. To return it if you don't have there label you have to buy one. I have try to report this I got no response even through customer service. I read the reviews people were satisfied I guess I got someone new on the job forgot what they were doing.

I just wanted to gift something to my GF on some occasion. Came by this website www.sheinside.com.The website is great and I ordered Blue Gemstone Gold Geometric Necklace. The discount on the product was unbelievable. I got the product just after 5 days as promised. The necklace was loved by my GF and she looked totally gorgeous. The blue gemstone with geometric shape looks great on her.

This site has a lot of great clothes at a really good price. Their selection is huge and they carry a lot of sizes. Nothing I wanted was out of stock. I submitted an order and received it on time. The clothes are good quality and definitely worth the money. Their website provides very accurate descriptions of the clothing, sizes are perfect, and the pictures are too and accurate. Ordering was easy and fast. Package was packed well and neatly. You should definitely check them out. I couldn't be happier

Last November I made an order from this place, because I saw beautiful dresses in their Instagram, however, in January I received my order just to realize what a fraud this was. I had ordered 10 dresses, an I received 5 pieces of clothes, none of which I had ordered, and they looked terrible. When I contacted them to present my complaint, they just told me they were sorry, but that I could keep that hideous merchandise as a "compensation", and when I complained again, they asked to send their clothes back at my cost and then, after receiving their merchandise, they would refund my money. So, one way or another, I lose here.

So i don't have the right to have a tracking number? Just HCX3933? Why didn't you want to give me one? And now postal service in Belgium requires that tracking number you didn't and still don't want to give. My order is in Brussels, in delivery since... two days. So what? I ordered a few items and when checking out, I was unable to update my billing address. The chat rep who then told me to choose paypal, even though I don't have a paypal account, the rep told me to choose paypal as a guest. They charged my credit card for the purchases, but refunds my money into a non existing paypal account. If you try to get your money back from paypal as a guest, it asks you to log in. I refuse to establish a paypal account due to some fraudulent activites in the past, and now I CAN'T get my refund. These people don't speak English very well, nor the head office. Terrible service!

I'm just a little scared when I read some bad reviews of them but there are some good reviews so I think I never know until I try it because there are some good reviews too. I spended 100 $ for my order and I am more than happy with it. The size is perfect for me( it's asian size so it is maybe running little small). The color just like the picture. I love it.

I had a large order form Shein site. This was my first order from the site and I was little bit nervous after reading the reviews (time period for delivery was a bit longer). But I have received my order and everything was ok. The clothes and the jewelry is very nice, and I can't wait to wear them :) I had only one problem, the dutty was really high so I was contacting the customer service for support. On Oct 10,2017, I placed an order of 3 items at total cost of $63.00 to see how the quality of the product and service as I have read various comments. I then received an email on Oct 11 asking me to send photo of my credit card and photo of official identification for them to 'release' the items from warehouse as SHEIN was suspecting fraud. I have never experienced that before so I asked SHEIN to cancel the order and refund the money to my credit card. I called my credit card company and told them about SHEIN's request. They said they have never heard anything like that. They further said that seller can always call the credit card company to verify. They also told me that SHEIN had charged twice of $63.00 to my credit card on Oct 10,2017. I do not understand all of these. I can only conclude that SHEIN is not a trustworthy company.

Do not throw your money away this company have no customer service telephone number. 1st buy they will deliver it, after that forget about it they will not take responsability when your items are lost. On Trac the delivery company tracking does not match with their Chinese tracking number, Remember its located in China, this is happening in Amazon, make sure that the item is located in the United States if you purchase thru Amazon.

You can't really trust the reviews because they are giving them upon arrival of item. A lot of the pictures of the item being reviewed are of it still in the package. Plus once you leave a review Shein won't let you go back and update it. I left a great review on a necklace. I wore it one time in the shower and the gold color was ruined. It tarnished so bad after just one time in the shower that I had to throw it away. That's when I learned that the reviews aren't trustworthy. They are left just to earn points to go toward purchases. I have since left a bad review on a pair of shoes that I actually wore before reviewing. I'm still waiting to see if that one gets shown.
Tip for consumers:
Make sure you look at the pictures of the people actually wearing the clothes. Don't trust a review with a picture of the item still in the bag. Don't ever get the jewelry wet.
