The quality of the products are very poor. I ordered a bag and several dresses and they are all with very poor quality. The material of the clothes are so thin that it can see through. I tried to review the items on TBdress site and it won't show my review. I think they purposely block the bad reviews, so only the good ones are showing. To me this is not an honest practice. I will never order from TBdress again.
TBdress has scarred my international shipping experience for life. I think I am the one to be blamed here. I read mixed reviews about TBdress on site jabber. But I went ahead anyway thinking about the good reviews. I wish I had not. I wish I had taken a lesson for the bad(and real) reviews.
I paid extra 35 dollars for faster shipping. Haven't received my order yet and it is close to a month since I ordered. TBdress should realize the value of their customer's time and money.

Right now I am giving them a 3 because I do not have the item yet. I contacted customer service because we ordered on 6/22 and it is now 7/7. I was told that it was shipped from China and would tak 7-15 days. After checking that tracking I have traced the package to NY. After reading all of the reviews I was going to cancel my order but my daugher really wants the swimsuit. I should have checked the return policy and the reviews before I ordered. I have a bad feeling she just wasted her money and this will be a life lesson. They do not take swimwear returns. I will update when and if we receive the package.

Ever since I came to know about TB Dress I haven't had to go shopping the old-school way! I wish the website offered a better line of clothing for men as well so that the whole family could say the same!
I bought this dress for my prom and really it is amazing, the model of the dress was just like the picture ( I choosed the colour Dark Navy). I very like this dress, now it's my favourite dress.:)
First i was really scared to order online because it went bad before a couple times for me on other online shopping sites but here they helped me a lot. I ordered my prom dress a little too late. So i was scared that i won't get him on time but everything went very well.
I ordered and paid for 5 dresses for my daughter please extra for expedited shipping.
Imagine my surprise a week later when I check my order to find one of the dresses was suddenly out of stock, then 3 days later, another one of the dresses is also out of stock. I went on the chat line and when i questioned them suddenly they are "on the busy" line, then another person comes on and tells me that they have a national holiday and to be patient, national holiday will end in 5 days.
I guess we should have looked for reviews before we placed the order, and to date no mention of when the remaining 3 dresses will be shipped.
I should have read the negative reviews more carefully! I purchased 2 dresses for a holiday party. I didn't like the style and I didn't have time for altering since it took so long to receive them. When I contacted them to return they said they only return for quality issues and not because I didn't like the style. I copied their website policy that states that returns and exchanges are accepted if you aren't 100% satisfied. They still said they only return for quality issues. First they offered me $15 to keep the dress. A dress I do not want and cannot wear that I paid $119.99 for! Then they offered me $41 for the return and I would have to pay return shipping reducing the amount I would actually get back to around $20. This is a complete scam. Their last offer was for $31 to keep the dress. Amazon offers free shipping and returns with no questions asked. Do not buy from this vendor!
It was am amazing experience to shop with Tb dress, their technical staff was quick in responding my queries through chat. Am very happy with the customer care given to me by TB dress shopping online team.
Can't wait to get the dresses and try on. Hard to find long dresses in local area because I am short or the price is to high. Looking forward to seeing in person. Will give review once I receive them.
