Thrive Market is an online "store" that carries lots of healthy, eco-conscious products. While you can now find many of the products in stores, the annual membership is worth it because of the discounted prices.
Customer service has always been great.
The only drawback,: I'd like to see less plastic in the shipping packaging. (It is mostly recycled/recyclable paper.)

Spaghetti sauce jar was broken into pieces and sauce got all over everything. Big mess got a credit for 4.+ dollars because of the discount never mind all the cleaning i had to do of the other products. Not sure i will order anything break able again.

I love the idea of Thrive but they are not living up to they promises. I and my husband have ordered often and have been satisfied but today something I cannot tolerate happened. I received an email about a special offer for a free bag of raw cashews if one buys a bag of almonds this morning. By the time I got around to ordering it was 9 pm - a mere 13 hours after the email arrived to my inbox. But as often as I clicked on the offer nothing was registered in my cart. I learned from the online chat that the stock had run out. But when I went to the two items both were available for purchase. How is this ethical? Very disappointed and not sure I want to have anything to do with a company that behaves like that. (If the offer is limited, they should say so. Like "Offer available only for the first 50 buyers" or at least honor the offer for 24 hours if they have the items in stock.)

A lot of out of stock items and shipping time is very slow. Also, packages are left out in the rain and snow instead of on my covered porch (although this is a delivery service issue.) Prices are ok, but it just seems easier to shop local.

Thrive market is there for me! As the markets change and develop I find (and kind of expect) that Thrive is ahead of many diet curves, and provides timely answers to today's ecologically challenging source questions. I like that I can choose the many categories to quicken my searches. Also, if the Thrive cupboard is empty they will send you an email letting you know that your products have arrived. Thanks!

Everything I was looking for, and a few additional items, were located in one visit to Thrive Market. I am pleased with the affordable prices and speedy delivery (including wonderful packaging to ensure no damage is done to the products inside, and all recyclable materials used is amazing). Additionally, the donations to help those in need is a fantastic business approach. Overall very pleased.

It is my experience that Thrive Market has come down in service. Yes there are good products and they are really trying to keep the prices low, although not quite low. However products are still good quality and affordable and they have the honest approach to help people in need so this is commendable. My only critic is the packaging still uses plastics, they have changed their deliveries so I have problems at times keeping track of my package and also I had a couple of spill out products inside the boxes and when I protested they simply shrugged and gave me the replaced spilled item which is still good but not good enough. Overall I give them 3 stars because at first they were much better, so their room for improvement has increased and I wish them to revise their packaging and delivery policies.

I am always impressed with what seems to be a personal touch and care when it comes to my shipments. I often order items in glass packaging and the staff takes the time to wrap each to ensure safe delivery.

Their products are unique and I love the filtering to search by lifestyle or diet restrictions.

Just joined Thrive community. Two items were damaged and the rep was very friendly and helpful and immediately offered to replace them - my only criticism is that she got one of them wrong there was another similar item). But the second rep rectified the mistake so I'm very satisfied and will probably order from Thrive again.

I don't use Thrive a lot because I'm single and don't need a ton of food- But everything I have purchased is just delicious and great quality! I love the organic spices especially! Gave a gift to my son for Valentine's so he could have what he needs to make his cooking joyous! He's a great cook! The spices give him a few more options!
And he's who told me about Thrive to begin with!

Sent an email that opened a ticket to cancel trial membership. After several back and forth emails I was told it would be cancelled. Charged anyway. Very poor customer service. Yes, I will contest the charge and get it back, thank you Chase, but this is very poor customer service.

I joined Thrive Market in order to build a bundle/basket for my young(er) sister (and family) who just had a heart ablation procedure. It was an excellent experience in that I was able to select from so many healthy foods, and prepared meals, so that she can focus on recovery in multiple ways.

I joined Thrive Market when Whole Foods was bought by Amazon. I can buy many of the same brands there, at a lower price, and I feel like the corporate values are more in line with mine. I like being able to contribute 10% towards feeding families in need. The selection isn't quite as large as I would like, and they've been overwhelmed right now, but I still feel good about shopping at Thrive.

With great prices, wonderful choice of items, how can anyone not buy continuously like me for good health. I'm 70 years old and have had 1 common cold in 30 years due to quality eating and that's why I buy through thrive Market and will forever and the way I'm going, forever suits me fine. Thrive Market has been such a blessing. My kids have food allergies and I am able to sort by their allergens and easily find safe foods and read labels online. These foods are so much more expensive in stores. So I save money and have safe healthy foods shipped straight to our door. That's a food allergy family win for sure!

I have been a client for years. Thrive Market worked hard despite the challenges (shortages and delays) during this Pandemic. I respect them and am so glad they made it through the difficult volume and seem to have caught up and learned from the process! I just placed my third order with Thrive since joining only a month ago and so far I've been happy with the prices and the products. My nearest Trader Joe's and Whole Foods is more than 2 hours away, and when I traveled more and was in that part of the state, I used to stock up on items that I can't get in stores closer to me. In the past several months, I haven't gone far from home and I've missed having some products, or I have to pay a lot more for them if they are available locally. Thrive has made quarantine times a little easier and has added back some normalcy to my diet choices without destroying my budget. I'll have to be careful though, about the tempting sales and free gift offers that are sent often.

I went through a long process of setting up account 3 separate times. I went through ordering process. Website is wonky or maybe not set up as well for mobile orders. Not sure why, not as user friendly as Amazon or Costco where I do most online shopping. Finally Completed order only to have message orders are backed up 2 weeks behind. Should have mentioned that up front.

I love all of the gluten free options and how user friendly the site is! We've ordered our old favorites and new products and brands we haven't seen anywhere else. I saved more in the first month than the year's membership! Great value!

I signed up for Thrive to order products for an anti-inflammatory diet because I didn't want to go to multiple stores searching. It was difficult to search the site and many searches result in unrelated products or a poor variety. I sent an inquiry to the company to cancel my membership before the 30 day trial was up. The response was a whole explanation of their policy and how I would get an email to cancel before the trial was up. I never received the follow-up email and just wanted to cancel. Now I'm stuck for a year and need to order so I'm not wasting more money as that membership fee isn't small. Not only is there a $70 membership fee but your order has to be over $49 or you have to pay for shipping. After placing an order, I was able to find everything I ordered on other sites for less money and free shipping. There is no savings involved in this site.

I have like all the products I have received so far. The freebies are also a plus. However, the "free" shipping is extremely slow. I got a notice that my package had shipped, and 3 days later it was still at the same place! I usually try to order what I will not need to use right away to allow for the slow shipping. That said, I am not sure it is worth continuing with. The discounts so far have barely added up to the membership fee.

I did not find the prices to be lower than I can get on Amazon. They keep your credit card information and it can't be deleted in their site. Their chat function sends you in circles without ever getting you to a customer service representative. It is impossible to cancel the membership or speak with a person. I had to cancel my credit card and dispute the charges with my bank for $59.95. Total rip-off and pain in the rear. I ordered with them one time.

I live in a rural coastal community and I have reduced my grocery trips to town.
The prices compare and or beat all local stores. The product reviews and format have been very helpful.
The membership cost is offset every month by savings and the delivery trucks are already in the neighborhood. Yeah!
I placed three orders my first month and the boxes were packed thoughtfully and arrived on time.

Your prices are excellent and straight across the board much better than Amazon and your products arrive almost as fast! There are a few things I wish you had. More products from Chosen Foods and Choc Zero. Can't always find everything that I am looking for but for the most part, most of what I want is here. I am a fan! Ordering is very simple and checkout a breeze!
