I was wrongly charged for a membership so I wrote into support to ask for a refund. Their support won't even acknowledge that I was charged in the first place. They just keep saying "we're sorry to see you go" and that I won't be charged again.
Do not take them up on any "free+shipping" offers they have. They flat out billed me for a membership and would have processed another one had my card not expired. I'm a savvy online shopper and remember clearly not agreeing to their membership.
First they'll reply with a canned response, and then if you push it further a real person will respond, but just in a way that just ignores the refund request.
Then if you keep pushing they'll state "we don't process refunds from any membership that was charged six months ago."
This place is shady.
The site is easy to navigate. Items are clearly labeled and easier to compare than many sites to include Amazon.
The breakdown for pricing is more consistent... such as price per ounce, rather than per item or a variety of ways to compare pricing. There have been times when items are out of stock. That is frustrating, but understandable due to supply chain breakdown during pandemic. Shipping is generally free for a modest order. The seldom times when items arrived damaged, they always refund or replace.
I've been using Thrive Market for awhile. I have loved everything that I've purchased. I like that they have the "buy again" feature, that makes it easy to get the things that I use most. Their products are top of the line. Everything is always packaged well and always receive the order on time. Worth the annual membership. Also the fact that you can choose to help others when checking out is great, share the love.

Only had one thing I wanted. Searched for more to at least get to free shipping. Everything I wanted was out of stock. I understand that now things will be sold out. Let me see your site before I sign up. Now I'm going to go cancel because there is not enough on there that I use to make membership worth it.

If you buy something, they will keep your credit card and charge you $59.95 after 30 days - even if you don't authorize this. Thank goodness they sent me an email telling me that this was coming but wouldn't you know you can't actually cancel by logging in to the site. You can only cancel if you chat or call them. Omg. Really?

Food quality is spot on, the Thrive brand is just as tasty as the national brands, at a lesser cost. The shipping is fast and the order is always correct. The packaging is amazing, boxes are super strong and all products ( glass jars and cans) are wrapped to avoid breaking or denting. The free shipping, sales, and online easy allow me to get the healthy food I consume anytime I need it, delivered to my door quickly and I never have to deal with grocery store madness.

I thrive on my blend of herbal teas to protect, defend & repair my body while eliminating toxins. I have used it for some time due to damages from a 120 foot fall. As I live in a small rural town, the teas are often difficult to find. While I Hope Thrive will carry even more of an assortment in the future, I have been able to order sufficient teas for my needs. I like the organic products and brands. Prices do not seem much cheaper than my local grocer, but still want to try. I have a problem with buying that much meat at once. My freezer is tiny and the selection not great right now. I was hoping to see other products I enjoy or produce. Will update after I receive my package.

Wow, I am incredibly disappointed in Thrive Market. I only signed up for the free trial under the guise of $20 off my first three orders. Well, I placed my first order and although my total right before checkout displayed the $20 off, they charged me in full anyway! After a lot of back and forth, the order was finally cancelled and I got my refund weeks later. When I decided to try again I was told I am not able to use ANY coupons because I cancelled my first order that I was overcharged for. (What happened to the first three orders?) Now I am trying to cancel my free trial before they charge me and it is like pulling teeth. Don't waste your time with Thrive.

Thrive held onto my credit card info, and billed me for an annual membership which I never requested and never used. They made it difficult to cancel my membership, and very difficult to get them to remove my credit card information from their database. I cannot trust this organization, based on their deceptive marketing practices.

I love the concept and I am trying to move away from massive organizations like Amazon, but I was saddened to learn that I can't use this company much due to the lack of product options. Greatly appreciate the variety and price. If you are not familiar with organic foods may seem high the first time, but when you have taken in that the products are organic. I do also find them cheaper than my grocery store or local health food store which is a half-hour away. They are shipped directly to my door. Love the auto-ship feature and that I can determine when I get them between a 4,8, or 12-week ship schedule is wonderful. The spices being organic have a stronger aroma and taste quality. I do go to my local health food store for produce and perishable dairy, cheese, and meats, so I am still supporting a local company I just appreciate not having to lug in the cans and boxes I can buy at Thrive and the price. Love the variety that the local store is not able to always carry.

Thrive Market is an online "store" that carries lots of healthy, eco-conscious products. While you can now find many of the products in stores, the annual membership is worth it because of the discounted prices.
Customer service has always been great.
The only drawback,: I'd like to see less plastic in the shipping packaging. (It is mostly recycled/recyclable paper.)
