This was the message I shared with customer service:
No one answers my messages. Yesterday during a live chat I was told a supervisor will get back with me, no one has. My order from December 3,2019 still hasn't shipped and that is now going on 9 days. FedEx shows label created, that's it. I did a live chat yesterday and was told it was shipped. That isn't true. Thrive Market is breaking consumer laws because a business is supposed to notify customers of delays so that customers can choose to cancel. If this order ever does ship, I will refuse delivery. Please cancel this order and refund my money. I don't believe it when I keep being told that it's been shipped and can't be cancelled. It hasn't been shipped because your warehouse or whatever is having issues. This is my second bad experience with Thrive Market and I will never order from here again. Please cancel and refund my money. I'm thinking of filing a complaint with the BBB and my credit card company.

While our response times have been longer than normal you should still be able to get in contact with a representative to resolve the issue. Supervisor requests can take between 24-48, though sometimes longer depending on the situation however if at the time of this response you have still not received a response from a supervisor please email help@thrivemarket.com requesting the supervisor again for resolution.
I absolutely LOVE Thrive Market! The choose your own "meat bundles" are the best! I'm able to provide my family with good quality food. I roasted my very first whole chicken! It was beautiful, flavorful and tender! Same with the New York strip steaks, juicy and tender. Thank you Thrive Market!

I signed up and within the time allowed and using the email address provided specifically to cancel, I sent multiple messages to cancel. They never responded and charged me. Had to go through Better Business Bureau to get reimbursed. Company's responses via BBB were obnoxious. Definitely think twice before signing up.

I get excited every time I order! They have everything that I need in one place. Beauty, food, and Heath products. And they always have some kind of savings or free gift with my order. I love Thrive market and refer them to my friends and family all the time!

I was excited to get started, even though I couldn't view any products to make sure they sell what I buy. But after started my free month membership, which I still had to pay the year upfront, I am very disappointed. They don't carry some of the main staples for my household, they were out of many, many items and I couldn't even buy meats that I want without certain ridge specifications.

I like their products, and if I do have a problem, they respond quickly. Although, I do agree that they do package to an excess with too much plastic and paper. I'm sure it's their way of assuring that the products arrive in one piece.

I love the idea of free shipping (over a minimum cart amount) and clean ingredients/products. However, I run into issues constantly when shopping on Thrive or when trying to check out.
1. Item says in stock until I click add to cart
2. Item will be in my cart until I go to check out and put my address in, and only then will it tell me I need to remove said item because it doesn't ship to my address. This will happen one item at a time which makes it worse
3. I will start typing a item in the search bar (e.g. Eggs) and it will auto-populate "eggs" as a recommended search. I then search to see "no results found"
Just overall a pretty frustrating shopping experience.

I love this online coop. When I moved away from my big local coop I thought I had no options and then I discovered Thrive market. They offer everything my old coop offers including sustainable meat and seafood. The orders are carefully and sustainably packed and shipped quickly. The prices are fantastic!

Thrive has given me a lot more options since developing nut and soy allergies as an adult. Customer service has been excellent! Website is very user-friendly, though if you could load up your shopping cart during "off" hours when you can't make purchases, it would simpler than creating a "list" and transferring it (I can imagine these extra steps being cumbersome for the less computer-savy). Wish they carried Amrita bars and offered meat in smaller quantities though. Thanks to the Thrive staff for working during this time, stay safe friends!

They carry good brands and products, unfortunately, most of what I needed was out of stock. They insist that my review be longer. This is my first time using this service and I'm not impressed. What good is it if the items are out of stock with no hint of the date estimate of being available.

I've been a member of Thrive Market for over a year and have loved the online option to order organic non-perishables at a discount. Ordering was easy, shipments received typically in a timely manner. I'm disappointed that they overestimated their ability to serve the extended community during this time. Extended shipping due to higher orders is understandable, but better communication about shipping times would have been helpful. I also feel that they took on to many new members and weren't able to sufficiently serve those who had been with them prior to COVID19. Rather than closing the store altogether it would have made sense to limit or stop new memberships.

I have been shopping at Thrive Market for at least 5 years and am never disappointed. They have everything you need for anyway you eat whether it be Organic, GF, Keto, Dairy-free, etc. Now they have meat, seafood, chicken packages which I have not ordered as yet.
Plus free shipping when you order 49.00 and who doesn't like free shipping. I have had only problem and spoke to the online person and was immediately given a refund
I also want to complement them on their packaging, it's excellent and no worries that anything gets broken or squished. Try them and I believe you will agree with me

On my third order with Thrive, I ordered a large bottle of Avocado Oil. The box was delivered and was oozing and dripping oil. My husband thought it was water at first so he moved the box a long distance (covid fears) so we could let it sit before opening. Horrible problem as the oil spilled all over a huge area of flagstone. We are trying every product we can find to try and clean off the oil but we fear it is ruined. I really cannot express how much oil is everywhere. The packing was very sloppy with no care to ensuring the bottle would not break. It is a heartbreaking mess. Customer care offered to resend the products or credit me the small amount of money for the order. That hardly helps my ruined stonework. Words cannot describe how sick we are over this. Absolutely, positively, avoid this company at all costs.

I ordered a box from this company, and then the next day woke up to $60 being taken out of my account for a membership fee. I have no interest in being a member of this company, so I messaged their customer service to find out about this. I was told that a "personalized message about a membership" popped up when I checked out. I have no memory of ever seeing this message. It's possible I just missed it, but a fee of $60 should be something that is more apparent and not easily missed. I do like their products, but very unhappy with this fee and their lack of help with it.

They don't sell fruits or vegetables, other than that they have almost anything you need handy to cook food. It's a subscription but, per their website, if you don't save more than the money you spent on the subscription, then you get the difference refunded to your account. Their site allows me to save a bit of money compared to the local "healthy food" stores near me, which I appreciate. They do have a LOT of "alternative" foods for vegetarians, vegans, keto, paleo, etc so if you normally shop at Walmart/Fred Meyer and avoid the organic/alternative sections then I'm not sure if you will find something you'd want (unless you're feeling adventurous). It also seems like their site has a lot of reputable brands that you can feel good for supporting.
I have Thrive Gives due to being a college student, but when my membership expires I will buy one because I now place orders every 1.5-2 weeks or so to stock up.

I have been using Thrive market on and off for a couple of years. Now with the pandemic I have relied on them more. I love that they have some of my staple items that I would normally buy from whole foods at a discounted price. I haven't had any issues with shipping because they always communicate any delays and pack my materials well. I also like how they share the person who packed your box. They have had quite a few things out of stock during the pandemic however I wonder how much of that is at the fault of Thrive as oppose to the actual company. I am patient with them because I believe in their mission and the service they provide to the underpriveledged. I will continue to support.
