Over a year later just noticed a $59.95 charge on my credit, they saved the card number and charged it despite of my account cancellation from a year ago! The business is so shady I ended up not using their service, cancelling the order AND the account. So if you do not OPT OUT specifically you will be charged continuously for the $59.95
I have been purchasing products from Thrive Market for a few months now. I have had no problems at all and love the products. The customer service as well has been top notch. My products come in a very timely manner packed in a very sturdy box. I intend to continue doing business them.
I shop with Thrive often. I love the Thrive brand products and buy them whenever I can. The prices on the name brands are less expensive than at a store. I enjoy the variety of products offered and have never had a problem with anything. Having food allergies Thrive Market is essential for me to get what I need at a good price.

I was looking for Oats that were organic and gluten free and I came across this website, I decided to check it out and I am surprised, I have the store receipt right here and the things I was able to compare are really cheaper, This is amazing, so exciting. I looked for organic vegan products and I was able to find so many of the items I usually purchase. I wish they had fresh produce but I guess that is too much to ask, this will be my first time trying and if everything works as expected, this will be a very good investment. I'll keep you posted.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with Thrive since the beginning of my membership. I have used many of their products and fallen especially in love with their kalamata olives, olive oil, and mushroom sauce. Like many grocery sites during COVID19, they have struggled to keep their stock consistent, but they can't always do so. I have found their customer service responsive and willing to please. Dr. Bronner's peppermint soap is my go-to for cleaning in my house and, so far, Thrive has it at the best price. Definitely worth the membership.

They promise a free membership and then inundate you with so many emails you miss the renewal one- and they have no conscience about taking your money when clearly you spent less on the products than the membership. Terrible way to buy a gift for someone, terrible customer service when you explain your predicament, robotic responses from staff, and no recourse. Awful people who know they are ripping you off and shave no conscience. I would rather eat gluten! Take your money and run, because that is what they are going to do!

I would like to know how to return items that were not requested.In general, I like the service and prices. I was sent graham crackers that were not organic but gluten free. They did not agree with my stomach. Lately the orders are slower due to the recent virus and people ordering online, which is understandable. I look forward to the quicker service that was at the beginning. Also would like more organic items.

This company has the best mission! They want to bring healthy, organic, earth conscious products to as many people's homes as possible! You can sort easily by what type of eating you prefer. As someone who's gluten free I appreciate this! I'm also Keto and can search this way. I love knowing that I can get products that I feel good about buying for my family and I at a discounted price!

Thrive has been a very reliable online grocery market for me since I broke my leg two years ago and wanted the good organic products I was used to buying for myself, but couldn't go to the grocery store on my own anymore. Thrive delivers my groceries in expertly packaged boxes, never have had any problems. The packaging is recyclable and I reuse the plastic bags used to package some items. Now I use the market for all my essentials. Very happy customer!

Ok. So I've been seeing a lot of you have had similar problems and have been getting charged a renewal fee for a membership. I had the same problem.
I got the email notifying me at 1am in the morning, which was strange enough.
I emailed the company to request a cancellation on my account. No reply. I went onto their site and a chat bubble came up so I began talking with customer service. They were surprisingly fast with responding and after them trying to persuade me to keep my membership, i finally got them to cancel it.
Try doing the online chat. I've heard calling them is a pain in the butt.

We have been members of Thrive for two years and couldn't be more pleased with their offerings and their responsive customer service. It's a delight dealing with them. The website is very informative and user friendly. We highly recommend them. Oh yes, and they always place liquid items in zip lock bags to protect the dry goods in transport and the shipping is speedy!

I started using Thrive Market right when the pandemic started, and I have to say, that, although it took longer than usual to receive my order, their team was there for me all the way.
