Today June 28,2020 I became a member of the Thrive Market and unfortunately, all the things I needed to buy were out stock. Not happy about it.
I would not recommend Thrive Market.
They have quality packaging and they always seem to have what I need. They're organic chicken breast is amazing tasting!

I like to order about once per month. I mostly get essential pantry items. The prices are good, as is the quality. It's an easy way to learn about food things I haven't eaten. Chat support is great too!

This site is difficult to work with and takes it takes a long time to locate what you are looking for in regard to product. I did not want to look through everything to find the products I was looking for. I spent over an hour trying to find some things. When I found one product I had to buy 3 or 6 so I could place an order when I just wanted to try one. Also I thought I only had to have an order for $41 for free shipping. Then it turned out to be over $53. It turned out to be very confusing, I can only hope I get my free gift as it was never mentioned on the final order. I have a membership; but will be rethinking this in the future. Mkg 6/28/20
We apologize for any confusion Mary! Shipping will always be free on orders over $49. You can use our search bar if you are looking for any specific items. During summer months, heat-sensitive items like chocolate do have to ship with a cold pack to avoid damage. Brands introduce minimum order requirements in order to sponsor the cold packs. This is only my second order with Thrive, however I love that I can find hard to locate GF items. (But don't expect to find everything.
My one major issue is with their website's algorithm. I am highly allergic to nuts, which I put in my preferences, yet their recommended items keep suggesting 2 nut items for me. I have notified their customer service unit, who has argued that this is not their doing. I have notified them again. Also, each time you search for an item you need to put in the information again (ie. No nuts), which should be automatic if you requested any limitations in your preferences.
My advice, is know before you shop, or you'll spend a lot of time modifying the searches and reading the labels.

You can combine this with any other filters you're interested in, and use the in-value search bar to search within the filter, without having to reset your preferences each time, hope this helps!
I love going to one spot to order gluten free plant based foods. Thrive has the best pastas and sauces.

Thrive has several organic options and for certain items, including, in particular, supplements, thrive's pricing is significantly lower than my local grocer's pricing. Shipments are prompt and everything is always packed well.

I've been continually impressed with the product availability and pricing at Thrive. I initially tried their free trial membership and was impressed enough to keep it, and I've kept my membership now for about 5 years. The pricing is very competitive and I do end up saving money on my grocery bill with them. I've also had very good experiences on the few occasions when I've contacted them. In each instance their representative was friendly and helpful.

I love that I can find delicious healthy foods, snacks and other non food items and its delivered to my door. I spend WAY less on those items. I do wish however that refill sizes were available on items such as liquid hand soap to have less waste. Thanks

I always find the products I need at Thrive- they provide the specialty items without my having to travel from store to store. Everything is right at my fingertips and they have lower prices than what I have found in my local whole foods store. I receive my package in one week, which I consider fast! I am completely satisfied with Thrive Market!

I have enjoying high quality products, ease of ordering, speed of delivery and impressive packing for 5 years.
The last 3 orders, (I order approx. Once a month), the packing has been inadequate and sloppy.
Hard objects crushed soft objects. Sometimes there were leaking soups. A lot less wrapping and cushioning was being used. I reported the 1st time I received damaged items and was issued a reimbursement coupon. The next two times I received damaged packages I didn't bother notifying Thrive. They have gone from amazing packing to messy, thoughtless packing.

A lot of the products I originally wanted in the beginning of my membership were not available so I almost canceled my membership. However most of the items I received have been good although there are still a lot of items I had been looking for out of stock. I had been looking for vegan cheese and was disappointed they didn't carry it since most of the specialty items I would like are a bit of a drive for me to purchase. Not sure if I will stay with my membership when I can get most everything from Amazon.

Their prices are better than many online stores but to me, the most important factor is that they package their shipments better than any other online grocer. The items all arrive undamaged. The order is 100% complete, nothing has ever been missing in the 3 plus years I have purchased from them. The reviews are accurate = I have not bought one item that disappointed. I will continue to buy for my family from them!
