This was my first time using Tradesy's services and Ican say that they exceeded my expectations. Buying and selling clothes has become more convenient thanks to this platform. Not only did I find quality items at affordable prices here, but I also received excellent service. The site is easy to use, the buying and selling process is smooth, and he support team is always ready to help with any questions.
I purchased a $720 item from Chic Finds and they cancelled the order, raised the price by $100 and refused to honor original featured price. Tradesy let them get away with "correcting their listing" and has done nothing - including dropping the vendor - despite many emails requesting that they do so.
I was looking for extremely rare shoes. After trying to order them from Poshmark twice with no success, this seller was straightforward, quick, and professional. Superior product in new condition, as well.

It was easy to find what I wanted. My booties arrived quickly and in perfect condition. The fit is true to size and they are as pictured. I absolutely love them. I've had a great experience with this seller.

Only received 1/2 of my order. Contacted the seller who let me know she shipped but nothing was updated nor did I receive the package. I emailed Tradesy 3 times and waiting 48 hours (they say someone will contact you within 24) each time and STILL have not heard back. Starting to wonder if I will ever get my money back. Will not be buying on their site again.

Looks like the seller bought a "Burberry" bag with worn corners from Tradesy and was scammed so she turned around, put the item up for sale with the same inaccurate description, and scammed me in order to get her money back. I'm not going to do that to another person, however I am going to warn others to be very careful before spending a lot of money. The pictures posted do not give accurate descriptions. Once delivered you only have 4 days to request a store credit. You cannot even ask for a refund. My advice, If it is available on the designers website you are better off saving your money and buying it from them in order to know what you are getting. Don't waste your money because truth is you just can't trust people and you end up with a fake bag with worn corners like I did.

Just wanted to inform everyone that Priority's 2-3 shipping only costs 5.95 if you print it via paypal. Unfortunately Tradesy likes to take advantage of both sellers and buyers by overcharging on shipping to benefit themselves. Shipping used to be $8.50, but according to them USPS has recently increased their shipping rates. Yes, that is true but Priority flat rate is only $5.95. Now Tradesy wants to scam more customers by increasing it to $10.50. Yes, that's right, $10.50 for a prepaid shipping label. Keep in mind that they don't provide shipping supplies for the $10.50.
Another thing I would like to point out is even though buyers only have 4 days to request for a return, that's completely false. After a week or two weeks, tradesy allows buyers to return and they'll take back your earnings. Avoid at all costs.

My item was stuffed in a padded FedEx envelope. No box, no additional padding, nothing. This is a $700+ handbag--why not treat it with more care?! Somehow by the grace of God, it didn't arrive ripped apart and dented.

If you happen upon Tradesy keep it moving. The return policy is offensive at best and at worst shady as this site literally holds the purchasers money hostage with terms such as "site credit" which loosely translated means you won't get your money back even if you return the item. Instead, you must purchase something else from this awful knock off retailer who knows nothing of customer service. Do your homework and check the reviews. They all say the same--run do not walk away from this site. They should be reported to the better business bureau!
To update my experience with Tradesy, after a little back and forth I was told that as a one time courtesy, Tradesy will refund my money. They did. However, because it is not a simple return/refund policy, I still recommend that buyers beware.

The boots were described as brand new but came ripped inside. For $ 2620! $820 above retail! You would of expected perfect quality, especially if advertised as brand new! Very disappointed. Was looking forward to wear them and have them in my closet and got damaged goods. Should of been inspected more careful before shipped out.

I've had so many issues I'm pulling my closet and transferring to let it go/ posh mark. Not only do they take forever to send out shipping kits, they do not answer emails and phone conversations lead to empty promises. It's the most incompetent and adolescent excuse for a company that j e ever dealt with. Additionally, they line to do whatever they can to avoid giving refunds and payouts, putting all of it on the consumer which is kind of the reason for their cut. So I'm wondering why I bother. It's like buying a house myself and then paying the agent 6%. No thanks.

My first purchase was very sketchy! The blouse I ordered didn't match the description at all. It was gross; stained, snagged everywhere, and pilling, even though the seller described it as;
"Like New
This item may have been worn but has no visible signs of wear. ". I immediately sent photos to Tradesy and returned the item the next day. Tradesy expeditiously refunded my purchase no questions asked... the blouse condition spoke for itself. Since then, I've made 11 additional purchases, no complaints all is great on Tradesy... so far. Be smart shoppers and I think we'll be alright! Good luck.

Should be able to rate sellers because I'm dealing with someone who is a complete flake and should not be able to sell! She's had my money for these shoes I purchased since three weeks ago and still hasn't shipped them. Keeps making excuses and now says she cannot find the shoes!
I have purchased several items and cannot believe how often sellers inaccurately describe their items. And you only have three days to initiate a return so if you're out of town for even a day or two, let alone a vacation, you are out of luck and stuck with low quality things that haven't been described accurately or just simply don't fit!

Tried Tradesy for less than 3 months, had several rollers but only sold one item! Tradesy charges a lot for nothing, you do all the work, they provide boxes & help with shipping(if you ever sell anything) and take 9%! EBay is so much easier & cheaper, & stuff actually sells, screw Tradesy.

Never ever again. Selling for 4 yrs on Tradesy until they went downhill. Had to beg for my funds after sales. It now takes about 1 month, yes 30 days, to get your money once the product is delivered. Total scam. Went from 9% commission to 20%. The worst part is that if you sell, they will hold your money for longer, much longer than their so called policy says. Someone needs to file a lawsuit.

Their return policy benefits tradesy and the seller is out a shipping insurance and signature fee. I sold Brand new Chanel Sandals $625 at a 10% higher commission than other sites at 20% thinking this company was a cut above the others. So disappointing, Not deserving of sellers product.

Was kind of hesitant to use this site but decided to go for it. I purchased a $1,700 Louis V bag. When I finally got the bag (after it had been shipped out from China) it was a different bag with a different time stamp, 2 years older than the one advertised. Seller simply told me that they messed up the orders and sent my bag to someone else. I absolutely do not plan on shopping here again, as the customer service were no help whatsoever. Regretting ever even buying from here.
