This was my first time using Tradesy's services and Ican say that they exceeded my expectations. Buying and selling clothes has become more convenient thanks to this platform. Not only did I find quality items at affordable prices here, but I also received excellent service. The site is easy to use, the buying and selling process is smooth, and he support team is always ready to help with any questions.
I purchased a $720 item from Chic Finds and they cancelled the order, raised the price by $100 and refused to honor original featured price. Tradesy let them get away with "correcting their listing" and has done nothing - including dropping the vendor - despite many emails requesting that they do so.
I received a purchased item that I have some questions about authenticity. I reached out to inquire about how to send the item in to be verified. I heard back immediately with a list of photos they would like to receive ahead of time. Why is that necessary if you will have my item in person. Okay, I sent in 2 emails with LOTS of pictures per their request. I received one we received your email response. Then nothing, no contact, no shipping label, nothing. I sent a follow up email the next day and the day following that. Still no response.
Separately, I had intended to use Affirm and was approved. At check out I assumed it was going to be in place because I checked in on the listing and was pre-approved. Instead it appears the whole amount was billed to an old credit card, which was NEVER my intent. I would seek assistance on this issue as well, but the lack of response above is very concerning.

I have always wanted a Louis Vuitton purse and Tradesy helped make that happen. The website was simple to navigate and the item arrived quickly. The bag was as described and I am happy customer who will definitely use Tradesy again.

My experience was great. I reached out after the purchase after a few days (I had not heard anything). The seller replied and let me know they were on holiday and would send as soon as they were back in a few days. My item arrived just as shown excellent condition. I could not be happier I have wanted this handbag for awhile.

Excellent site / quality items. Would be helpful to have: the ability to view really close up to view the labels or conditions of the item (see Ebay); an "up" arrow to take you quickly back to the page top (see Ebay); require Sellers to include item - especially clothing - measurements, pictures of the labels - maker, fiber content, & cleaning instructions - if available, or state if there are none. Alert your Sellers - by text - if needed, to check their site Messages. I waited weeks for a response - but it led to a pleasant transaction.
I found just what I've been looking for - Ebay didn't have it!

My seller was wonderful and merch was good quality. She had to wait for a shipping label from Tradesy to ship my order. Fortunately I didn't need the item in 3 days. Order arrived today 9 days after purchase.

Package arrived several days late. The purse was much dirtier on the inside than what the pictures show. Returned item same day I received it. But Tradesy agent was easy to work with when purse was lost in mail.

I was looking for a nice pair of real Ray Ban sunglasses but I'm cheap and wanted a deal. I found the pair I wanted. Street price at the mall was $175.00. On Tradesy I paid $60.00 shipped. I was worried they might not he legit. They were. The condition was better than described and the shipping was fast with great communication. All in all an excellent experience. I will use these guys again for sure.

They are running the biggest scam around and people are so blind to see it! Don't fall for this! I won't waste my time telling you all the stories and how they portray being a customer buying your bag and then suddenly send it back for whatever reason and you are out your $$$, but they are not out the $$ as company - they have YOUR money! It's so hilarious and a joke! Really, someone needs to look into this and shut them down.

It takes my seller more than 2 weeks to receive the package from Tradesy before she can mail my item out my item. I have to wait a total for a month before the item reaches my post. I understand parcel takes longer given the current situation but with other items that i have been purchasing within the states, none of them took so long. There were no updates as to the reason for the delay

I have been selling on Ebay for years. However, with so many sellers and issues with returns and rip off buyers I slowed down. I have been using Tradesy for about 9 months and my stuff sells much faster (both high end designers and Zara) I also receiver my money faster. Easy way to clean out your closet and make some cash. I've purchased 7 things from them from 4 different sellers. No issues whatsoever. One of the sellers did take a bit long to ship, but it's a marketplace. Very happy with my new bag! The description was pretty accurate. The corners are more frayed than what showed in the photos given. The description said canvas and leather but this bag has a fabric canvas. Would have been nice to know that from the description. Overall experience, very good! Will buy from Tradesy again!

I received an item that was very damaged! It was described as "may have been worn but shows no signs of wear" This does not even appear to be an authentic bag. I have requested a refund and I am sending this item back for review.

The shipping took way too long but it's the US Mail, I ordered them on the 9/6 they shipped on 9/9 and didn't arrive until 9/28. The shoes were amazing and worth the wait for sure! These shoes do run small which I wish I would have known in the description, but they are beautiful. Please size up when purchasing

I took awhile to get the bag. It was shipped out from Japan so I understand that it can take some time. However, the package was handed by a reliable courier and delivered with no problem. The condition of the bag is perfect. It's even better than I expected.

I have ordered four designer bags from Tradesy; three items were shipped out quick and every item was the same as it described on the advertising. Except one item, it was a Gucci bag, I ordered it and paid for it, however, the seller failed to confirm or ship out the product. It ended up Tradesy had to cancel the deal. It was not a pleasant experience and it should not be happened at the Tradesy site. I hope in the future, Tradesy should scrutinize its client carefully.
Other than that, so far, I am very happy with my purchase.

I was looking for a specific brand LV and, due to being right after Christmas, inventory was low. However, Tradesy had a couple decent choices available, the prices were good, I even received a coupon as my first order so I made the purchase.
