This was my first time using Tradesy's services and Ican say that they exceeded my expectations. Buying and selling clothes has become more convenient thanks to this platform. Not only did I find quality items at affordable prices here, but I also received excellent service. The site is easy to use, the buying and selling process is smooth, and he support team is always ready to help with any questions.
I purchased a $720 item from Chic Finds and they cancelled the order, raised the price by $100 and refused to honor original featured price. Tradesy let them get away with "correcting their listing" and has done nothing - including dropping the vendor - despite many emails requesting that they do so.
This is my purchase from a website outside of the designer or Department store and I was a bit skeptical but the customer service is excellent, timely and my purchase arrived earlier than I imagined it would in secure and clean packaging. Very impressed and happy to make future purchases.

Charm was listed as being 1" long. It is less than 1/2". Box & pouch were not authentic. Necklace appears to be a fake as well for multiple reasons; too involved to go into detail. Item was not shipped from US as indicated in description; it was shipped from Japan.

Everything was wonderful. I did have a problem with a discount code not working properly, but Tradesy promptly addressed it to my satisfaction. And I LOVE the bracelet I purchased, it's exactly as I hoped and as described, only better. Seller was also very prompt to reply and to send item.
Have never had a disappointment when buying on Tradesy.

I was very suspicious of Tradesy at first, because it essentially seems to be Poshmark for designer goods. But all the reviews said it was legit and I could not find the item anywhere else. I took a chance and when I received my purchase it was perfect! Exactly as described and definitely authentic. I'm very happy I did it!
I chose Tradesy because it was the only place I could find the item I was looking for. It was discontinued several years ago so I couldn't buy it new, and I had yet to find it on a secondhand luxury reseller site (Real Real, Fashionphile, etc).
I chose the product because it was a pair of shoes I had wanted for several years that had been discontinued, and this was the first time I had seen a pair for sale that were my size and in perfect, brand new condition!

After searching other websites for a specific sunglass color and shape with no luck, I finally looked at tradesy.com. In less than 10 minutes I found the perfect sunglasses! I'm really happy with how easy it was and am excited to receive my sunglasses! I wish I had been shopping on tradesy.com a long time ago!

I requested to be reimbursed $12.90 for self-shipping when the shipping package did not arrive timely. It is an option that they offer on the site. Now, they will only give me site credit even though they were paid $14.00 by the customer. That is a dishonest trade practice and a scam. I will be reporting them to the FTC.

I had an item in my shopping bag, the agent's name is Blair forced a big amount of payment throught my Paypal account without my authorization! I realized and I asked to cancel the transaction 10 minutes later and Shop Hers refused my request even though the item was not yet shipped. The agent told me it was too late, the seller has been notified and could not cancel within 15 minute of time? This is unacceptable! Really worst experience ever!

I love shopping on Tradsey. I find items I've never seen on other sale sites. It's very easy to enter your search criteria, save your sizes and communication is simple with sellers. I also know I'm protected financially as they hold funds until the product is received safely and accurately. Their sales are incredible and you can get crazy prices on very high end items, is: your Grails.

Love my like new purchase. The bag is slightly smaller than I would have liked but, I like the zipper at the top versus other tote bags. It is very sleek and stylish and I love that it is a discontinued model where there won't be a ton of them around. And it came in mint condition.
My credit card company flagged this as a possible fraudulent purchase and declined the transaction until I was able to confirm. The seller was very cool about it and it ran through no problem the second time. Not only that but the shipping label was created that evening in California and it was delivered in 3 days to Florida.

I have sold around 20 items on Tradesy over the period of 2 years. I was very loyal to Tradesy until I sold my most recent item, a bag I paid over $1000 for a few years back, and listed it on Tradesy for $380. The buyer requested a return the next day, stating the bag was misrepresented, and I got the bag back from Tradesy completely destroyed. The hardware was ripped out, seams were ripped apart, and I complained to Tradesy saying I did not inflict this additional damage to the bag. They told me they can't do anything about it, so at the end of the day, I was left with the bag (completely worthless) and no pay, no compensation, no credit, no remorse, nothing. I was essentially robbed of the $380 from Tradesy. Don't use Tradesy unless you don't mind having your items destroyed by buyers to trigger a return and having an incompetent returns team look the other way whenever it's convenient for them. Real classy company.
Tip for consumers:
Don't use the site. There are more reputable e-consignment sites out there that are much better. And I thought this was "can't happen to me" type of situation after 2 years but it just came one day and just like that, robbed. Not worth it.

I ended up having my bag destroyed by their buyer and they didn't do anything about it.

I paid $1200 for a like new dress and i got a very dirty dress rolled in a 5 cents plastic bag. Luckily, the crystals didn't get damaged. Please ask your seller use upsp shipping packaging or others, but not Tradesy even if you have to pay for some more money. Also, the honesty is up for your seller if you get lucky. Scary to buy used items at high prices.

Bought Tory Burch shoes for my wife for $235. I received them and didn't look in the box. Gave it to my wife a week later and she noticed one to be about 4 shades darker than the other. Looks fake. I escalated to tradesy and they refuse the return and suggest that I resell the on tradesy to recoop some of my loss. This suggestion just shows you the integrity issues. I have values apparently this company does not. Stay away. Look at all the poor reviews. Don't buy from tradesy.

Found the website interface to be great, the product selection is definitely the largest compared to similar sites. Purchase, shipment, delivery were all painless. However the site could benefit from some type of a standard condition rating and require more descriptive summaries of the condition of products.

I have been a seller on Tradesy for about 2 years now. I had read about it in a magazine and decided to try it out. I liked the fact that Tradesy will send you packaging materials b/c I don't have the opportunity to go purchase shipping materials. Not only do they take forever to mail the shipping materials, I have lost sales b/c of it, but they also charge a ridiculous amount for shipping. $10 for something that should only cost $3. Not only that, but they allow buyers to return items for ridiculous reasons. I had someone return a dress b/c the threads around the tag were loose. They claimed misrepresentation despite the fact that there was a clear picture of the tag in my listing as well as a note in my item description. I would cancel my account, but that means having to go through and delete 100 posts before I can do so. They also charge you to withdraw your money from your account. HUGE RIP OFF!

The watch is current and still being sold in Fendi stores, but I got a brand new version still in the original packaging (with original box and paperwork) on Tradesy for over 50% off retail! Purchase made on 9/7.9/16 no proof of shipping and Lizbeth from "customer service" of no help only telling me to contact them tomorrow to ask for a refund "IF seller has not shipped yet". No explanation, nothing. Well of course she hasn't shipped. She doesn't have what she needs to ship! Seller tells me it's Tradesy's fault because she hasn't received a shipping kit from Tradesy. Unbelievable that this company is in business given the stellar operations of other e-commerce sites who have been doing this for a long time and value the confidence, trust and time of their patrons.

To provide the explanation you weren't given when you called, Tradesy is not able to cancel an order on our end until after 10 days of the purchase date. I cannot speak as to the whereabouts of your sellers kit. Occasionally, a kit will be lost in transit to the seller. If this happens, the seller may use a free printable label to get the item to their buyer.

Just received a $350 Prada wallet with a broken zipper. I thought they inspected all merchandise before sending it out. Guess NOT. Awaiting on a response from the email I sent. Hopefully, they'll do what's right, by refunding me entire purchase price and shipping fee. I should've read reviews before giving them my business. I would recommend read all reviews before making a costly mistake.

This company is as dishonest as they come! Lucky for me, my purchases have been fairly small. I was sold a pair of broken and filthy Marc Jacob sunglasses. I put them in the mail the very next day with the so called "free return label" I was confident that I did everything according to Tradesy's return policy. Boy, was I ever surprised! They said I didn't return the item within 4 days! They tell you returns are free so that your item won't get to them within that 4 day period because ground mail takes forever. How sad. Have fun rotting in hell "Trashey"I mean "Tradesy".

I've ordered two handbags from Tradesy. The deals I got were almost too good to be true, and I'm a well-informed shopper. If I don't buy directly from the designer, there's a reason. The reason being it would be foolish to pay full price for an item I can obtain for significantly less through Tradesy.

I stand by the customer' s service department. They won't stop until your issue is resolved. I have had a few disappointments with items from different sellers and the return service is as easy as following the policy. Then I was reassured that my money would be held as future credit and that was reassuring. I later made a purchase and the full amount was credited as promised? If I could give negative stars I would. A month later I am still waiting for payment of my item. Then must sacrifice 2.9% because I don't want to spend the money with them. Awaiting payment for one more item and then I'm done with this company. Reporting them to my State Attorney General's Office!
