This was my first time using Tradesy's services and Ican say that they exceeded my expectations. Buying and selling clothes has become more convenient thanks to this platform. Not only did I find quality items at affordable prices here, but I also received excellent service. The site is easy to use, the buying and selling process is smooth, and he support team is always ready to help with any questions.
I purchased a $720 item from Chic Finds and they cancelled the order, raised the price by $100 and refused to honor original featured price. Tradesy let them get away with "correcting their listing" and has done nothing - including dropping the vendor - despite many emails requesting that they do so.
Everything went smoothly, item was as described and processed/shipped out quickly.The only thing was the item was shipped in a box way bigger than the handbag bought, no bubble wrap or anything to protect the item from thrown around inside the box while in transit. Other than that, am pretty satisfied with the buying experience.

Sold a fake bag and cannot get a refund! LV bag made in Thailand in 2000 sold as brand new! LV store says it's a "nice replica" returned immediately! They refuse to refund based on authenticity. Refuse to provide any certified proof that it is authentic! Won't refund the LOAN! Absolute crooks hiding behind a website! Don't be fooled! Protect your time and money! I'm going to BBB and small claims Court! Ridiculous!

The seller first accused me of being a scammer AFTER I purchased the shoes from her. She then waited until the very last day to ship, claiming that the Tradesy shipping kit was not sent until 7 days after my purchase. The shoes themselves were as described.

I have the same opinion and rating for Tradesy as a seller. I start using Trasedy 02 years ago and they were very good at that time. After a year, they become worst and worst. They increase commission every year and also charge 2.9% as transaction fee to bank account. Starting this year 2018. They will hold the seller' earnings up to 21 days for security purpose. All are not true. Any buyer who read my complaints, please let everybody know when Tradesy take money from your account. I believe that they charge the buyer right away or within 04 days only for inspection. And then why Tradesy will continue keeping the sellers' earnings for 21 days when they got money from buyer.

Good experience except that what I ordered I was unable to get. The reason being the items were listed on the website, but when it came down to get them they were already sold. Updates would help. I found my favorite Tory Millers, that are no longer available, on tradesy for a fair price and brand new. I ordered and they shipped super fast. Brand new in box with dust bag - highly recommend tradesy!

I can tell tradesy is trying to do some damage control. There are a ton of fake reviews written by them. They can steal money right out of your pending at any time. They took money for a pair of my shoes that they claimed weren't authentic and then went on to sell the shoes through one of their user names. When I asked about my shoes they aid the seller never sent them back. They are thieves so watch your earnings, they can take money from you at any time. It takes 35 days to get paid and have the money transferred to your account.

Terrible experience. Finally received the shoes today after more than 10 days.
Inside the sole of one shoe was caked on dried food with multiple hairs stuck to it. Really gross.
If it wasn't for these shoes being impossible to find I would be rejecting the shipment. I will take the shoes to be professionally cleaned

What a nasty, greedy agent this Tradesy is, which does absolutely nothing for the money! They make me to pack and ship and all my items carefully described as this miserable Tradesy also keep telling me the same thing, everything described very good and no mistakes on my description. But their demeaning returns go viral! I received used leather goods accessories with the lipstick and perfume smell in them! What a greedy, miserable agent TRadesy is! Like everything worse, greedy and stupid in this country became popular and likable same with this Tradesy - agency! They only milken money providing nothing for the sellers but to destroy their stuff! I have returns of 5-6 times of the same items!

I found a pair of shoes I loved that happened to be discontinued. I looked everywhere on eBay, Poshmark and then finally just Google for my size. I found it on Tradesy. I purchased the shoes and several days went by and I heard nothing. Then I get an email that my purchase was canceled because the seller "no longer has the shoes." WHAT?!?!? I tried to request more information about how this happened and no one ever replied to me. I also haven't received my refund yet either. Do yourself a favor... do NOT buy anything from Tradesy! It's AWFUL! You also can't rate a seller for a negative experience so there's no reason for them not to do it again. Just DON'T!

Love the coat. It has two spill marks on the front of the coat. It makes it look dirty. This was not mentioned in description. It can be cleaned, but was just unexpected for such an expensive coat. It would have been easy to clean before shipping.

My seller was fantastic at communicating and helping to fix the issue with the shipping - stuck package. Tradesy was great and filed a claim to get it moving and I received the package in just a few more days. Only drawback, there were a few nicks on my item that did not show up in the product photos, at least I didn't see them.

Only thing- items that cost over $500 should automatically have 'signature required' delivery. I live in NYC in a building with no doorman and these were just left in the lobby. I can sort of deal with that if it's cheap Amazon order but not with Louboutins!

I feel like a fool. I found several identical rings on-line, including the seller's website, for ~$1000. 00 less. More angry with myself than anyone, but unhappy with the fact that the seller clearly knew the price of comparable rings. Too bad... While my other experiences with Tradesy were excellent, this particular seller was less than stellar. Seller claimed to send purchase 3-5 business days. Wasn't thrilled as other sellers shipped the product immediately. However, at 5 days and without receiving any tracking number I contacted the seller asking if it was shipped? She replied it was shipped that day( 6/18) ordered 6/12 and would receive 6/24 Just received today 6/27. Don't think she shipped that day at all!

I was unable to locate the size for this particular shoe anywhere else. Saks only had size 6 and the store didn’t carry that style, was discontinued

Their website is incredibly frustrating to navigate. Want to sell something but need to take some photos and add them later? They say they save drafts but fail to identify where. Want to preview the write-up? Fine, it's easy to edit but then no indication how to get the posting up. Want to get in touch with someone, anyone, at the company? No email or telephone are posted. When it all works it's fine but I really resent the run-around. Is it that hard to make a more user friendly site? Arghhh.

I was looking for the Tiffany Ziegfeld heart and after looking at frankly to many on the different sites, I came upon the one from Tradesy. Something about the wording or the info made me believe that it was trustworthy. I have never ever bought on EBay or any of these resale sites so I was holding my breath. I didn't need to. The package arrived as described - in perfect condition and just fabulous. The seller and the site are an absolute credit to doing these transactions. Will certainly be looking again!

Tragedy was easy to use, understandable, and sent just enough emails to let me know where my order was at without cluttering my inbox. The dress I ordered had pictures of the model wearing it off the rack. The dress that I got had a big rip on the side and along the back. Lucky for me they're both along the seam and I know how to patch them up, but the inside of the dress also has a stain which makes me question if it was cleaned before being sent. For the price I paid I would much prefer not receiving a used/damaged good, but that's what I get for not adding the buyer insurance
I’m trying to be more sustainable, especially with dresses that are for special occasions/will only be worn once or twice. With that in mind, Tracey’s was great to search for nicer clothes that could retain a second life.
