This was my first time using Tradesy's services and Ican say that they exceeded my expectations. Buying and selling clothes has become more convenient thanks to this platform. Not only did I find quality items at affordable prices here, but I also received excellent service. The site is easy to use, the buying and selling process is smooth, and he support team is always ready to help with any questions.
I purchased a $720 item from Chic Finds and they cancelled the order, raised the price by $100 and refused to honor original featured price. Tradesy let them get away with "correcting their listing" and has done nothing - including dropping the vendor - despite many emails requesting that they do so.
I received my item quickly and it was as described. Minimal damage. The item is nearly new! I definitely think it's a little more aged than it led to in the description. True to size and great condition. I highly recommend buying from the dress project.

I really think the pictures did a great job in helping me pick this item. I understand that this is a sample and will have visible wear on the beading and so forth. The affordability is unmatched as well. I got luck that this is true street size 4.

The description of the Chanel hobo bag was misrepresented because it failed to describe the handle, which was not made of leather but a black hard plastic material. It looks awkward, feels uncomfortable and when you put it on your shoulder it squeaks.
I've emailed my issues yesterday, but I haven't gotten a response.
I like your products for the most part, but people should not omit important details about their producut.

I recently sold a Louis Vuitton backpack valued at over $2k on tradesy and the transaction was completely seamless. I had an excellent buyer who communicated with me after receiving the item who made the experience pretty great. 4 days later I could withdraw the $ straight to my account. I recommend this site! I was hesitant as I usually stick with ebay, and have done well there, but Tradesy was great!

I love the items I receive from shop hers however the delivery time has to improve. I will be more apt to use other sites like Tradesy and Yoogis closet just for that reason. Most sites don't debit your card until the item has shipped, however, I have purchased items as much as $1200 from shop hers, in which, my credit card is debited immediately and for up to 2-3 weeks there is no sign of the item being shipped. That's bad business. Not happy with that at all.

I have been selling good quality clothes online for about 2 years - trying most sites a few times including Poshmark, Vinted, Tradesy, Facebook, eBay. Tradesy is my least favorite. The seller tools are weak There's no way to engage to get more views, and my least favorite is it takes 2/12 weeks after an item has been received by the buyer for them to release your money - why? Tradesy got their money, the buyer got their item and yet the seller is that last to get paid? Not thanks. I removed the rest of my items for sale. I'll stic with Poshmark.

I ordered shoes that I have yet to receive, despite selecting a next day shipping option. Their phone systems are down when you call. I'm feeling scammed. You get what you pay for and I should have payed full price. I'm out $100 and don't have anything to show for it and can't get a response from them. Shop elsewhere my friends!

Shopping was great and the bag is super nice. It was being sold as brand new so I don't know why the tag was separate plus I noted tiny dots inside and outside as if someone wore it maybe once or so. I will keep it as close to brand new but not sure if that's truly the case. If it was used it should have been posted like that and price lowered.

I'm not sure if I received the correct pair of pumps! I thought I was ordering a silver pair of Christian Louboutin; when they arrived I was not able to open because I'm dealing with a death, but this morning the box says ivory. They do not look like the pumps in the pictures... much lighter almost white in person look. With only one day left to return I don't have time for this right now. Plus, as I look on the seller's website it looks like they have another pair of pumps that's what I thought I ordered.

Absolutely terrible experience. Customer service agents repeatedly stonewalled, even when speaking with supervisors. Placed an order without submitting a discount code and 28 minutes later asked for it to be applied or order to be cancelled and they refused. Unprofessional and poor customer service. Never buying from them again

I found a bag on the site that I have wanted forever and was very reluctant to chance the legitimacy of the site. Despite extensive research isn't enough these days. I decided to make the purpose and my credit card immediately contacted me regarding a "suspicious" purchase and was convinced the end result would be a large credit due to the return policy. Well! Sometimes there that rare 100% customer service experience. The bag arrived in half the time estimated, the packing was impeAWccable, there was NO smell (which is SO rare!) and the bag was exactly, even better, than described and represented by the photos. Arrived so quickly! This bag was priced so well for the condition. There is patina on the leather, but it is all in tact, not cracked around the rim etc. Just as pictured! Doesn't have an odor of smoke or perfume, I was so relieved! I would buy from this seller again!

Fast shipping! However, a packing list or note from Tradsey as not included in my order; only the product. I recommend including some sort of statement or packing slip informing customers that the product was received and shipped from the Tradsey warehouse and the product has been inspected to ensure authenticity.

Be very cautious when ordering from this site. Any one can post anything and sell anything. The site does not check the product before its sent out nor do they take the pictures or write up the description. Its your responsibility to make sure the product is authentic and not fake.

I purchased a Louis Vuitton for 2348. 00 the package was never delivered to my house so the seller took a claim out on the bag and got a refund from the post office so now he getting two payment... I been contacting tradesy and seller about my refund but no response from tradesy and seller telling me to contact them about the refund... I will be filing a lawsuit for my refund... I never had a problem with Tradesy until now

I've searched high and low for this exact pair of Tory Burch ballet flats. They are no longer in stock anywhere. I discovered them on Tradesy for probably one third the original cost. The seller was upfront about the condition of the shoes. I purchased them and was pleasantly surprised by the gorgeous shoes, the simple ease of the transaction. The seller provided me with a tracking number and the shoes arrived promptly. Excellent transaction! Great seller. Huge bargain!

They determine and confirm authenticity a handbag that I concerned authentic via pictures, emails. They are not as they advertised is " send it to us to verify authenticity, roundtrip shipping on us." I had to go to AD store to verify authenticity by myself. Bulls**t commitments. Never Trust this website.
