This was my first time using Tradesy's services and Ican say that they exceeded my expectations. Buying and selling clothes has become more convenient thanks to this platform. Not only did I find quality items at affordable prices here, but I also received excellent service. The site is easy to use, the buying and selling process is smooth, and he support team is always ready to help with any questions.
I purchased a $720 item from Chic Finds and they cancelled the order, raised the price by $100 and refused to honor original featured price. Tradesy let them get away with "correcting their listing" and has done nothing - including dropping the vendor - despite many emails requesting that they do so.
Return process is now horrible! For sellers and buyers they make it very difficult. The customer service is also horrible and non responsive. EBay, poshmark, therealreal and Mercari we all better options!

I love my purchase! It's beautiful and I feel a fair price. However it took forever to ship. Description said ships in 3-5 days. It didn't ship for 15 days. I reached out to seller twice and they said they had the right to 14 days before shipping. Which is fine but wish it had stayed that in description. Item is just as described.

I have been a member of Tradesy for a very long time, but never pushed the purchase button. Recently, I was just searching for some boots and after an image search on Google, the item led me to Tradesy. It was now or never to push that button.
I like that all product information if provided and the site is transparent--therefore it minimizes any surprises about the item you are getting.
I had never seen those specific boots, and I love investment pieces, as well as originality. The item I chose fit the bill.

Had a few questions for the seller and she responded to me right away. She shipped my package out the next day, which was exciting for me! I Received my package today (2 days later) and it was packaged up so nicely in ribbon and complementary cosmetic bag.
I love tradesy- I have made several purchases for luxury bags from the site. I know they stand behind their product and authenticity of items.

This was a great buying experience. I am very happy and satisfied with my purchase. My Coach sandals are exactly what I expected…beautiful. They shipped very quickly and I received them almost immediately, in time for Mother's Day! This was my first time buying on Tradesy. I will continue to shop here.

Customer Service is Great. Seller was awesome & very accommodating.
The photos were much lighter... so it gave the purse a different look. When it arrived... The purse did NOT look the same as the photos, but its still a lovely purse and the date codes did match. The purse was over priced by $150, but the seller knocked off $50.00. But all of LV discontinued purses are over priced. She was a great communicator! I would definitely purchase from her again.

Contacted Tradesy to report that dress was clearly cut/shortened (and I would not be able to wear as I need a full length gown). It was listed as like new and did not state anything was done. Still no response from Tradesy, after one week! Or the seller, whom I contacted yesterday to report/follow up. Perhaps this was the reason I haven't frequented this site since 2014! Next stop... BBB

It was an easy experience. Purse is not in the best quality. I feel the pics posted make the items appear better in quality than the actual items. This is the second purse that I have purchased recently and they do not look like the actual item. There is more wear than what is shown in the pics.

I seen a lot of comments that it says they sell fake items here. I'm really afraid that the Dior I purchased is fake. Not trying to be racist I look at the destination of where the bag is coming from and it's coming from China. I'm Asian n I know there's a lot of A list replica there like they look real as $#*!. I am disappointed given that this is my first purchase on tradesy and I bought shoes that look good but has hidden catch(hidden defect). Tried on shoes at home and heels are unsturdy as I walk in them. Heels move inward as I walk. Not safe to wear, set up for fall/injury. Request refund and explained the above reason for why I needed refund. Was asked to take pictures of shoes and send. Waiting to see if I would be refunded back my money not credit to use to buy another thing given the defect in shoes can not be seen in pictures but actually worn to feel it.

After horrible Ebay experiences, I started selling on Tradesy early 2014. I started selling one or so items per week. Then perhaps 2-3. Little traffic was acceptable for less problematic buyers.
Several weeks ago I received a buyer message that I sent the incorrect size on an item. I apologized profusely and Tradesy returned the item to me. I expected to be tagged for the return shipping cost and of course if I made an error would expect to pay-I received the wrong item and wrong size.
Evidently the buyer exchanged my new with tag size 6 designer item with a dress by the same designer; different dress and different size.
I heard they were wooing eBay sellers now and their customer service will probably go further downhill.
So, I'm canceling my account before the proverbial "stuff" hits the fan.

I wish I would have read the reviews before buying from Tradesy. I bought a Louis Vuitton bag and after having it for 6 days, I noticed the leather on one of the straps was breaking off. The leather was so worn that it was almost chalky. I then noticed a glue type substance and finally realized someone had tried to super glue the strap. The person never put pictures or talked about the strap doing that. It's now about to break. I quickly emailed Tradesy because that's the only way I could get someone and a day later I'm told it's outside the four day return policy and too bad so sad. They actually told me to relist the item on their idiotic website. I spent hundreds of dollars and they couldn't even tell me sorry. Horrible company.

Received my new purse in record time. The seller communicated with me and shipped quickly. The purse is beautiful - exactly what I wanted complete with original box, dust bag and authenticity cards. I am so happy with this experience.

In the picture description of the item from EXPRESS itself does not match the color of the item I received. Apparently lighting is everything nowadays (eye roll). The item appears more between a very light or pale taupe shade. Not gray at all. I have a pair of light gray pants I no longer can wear. I placed them both side by side. Again, not gray at all. But thanks anyway.

I had to call twice to see where my order was as it was not delivered in said date. Seller never contacted me by email to let me know status. Terrible customer service. I received the package 7 days after the actual said delivery date.

My experience with Tradesy was overwhelmingly negative. I sold a pair of shoes which were returned to me because they were not accurately listed (they didn't have a matching box), though that is not the reason the buyer returned them. After asking for specific feedback on what went wrong and how I should re-list the shoes, they sold again... only to be returned to me by Tradsey - this time being deemed replicas (again, not the reason the buyer returned them). It doesn't sit right with me that this issue would not be identified the first time around, especially after I asked for direct feedback. The shoes have been gaurenteed authentic and all I received from the Tradesy customer service team was a link to their terms and agreement and a "too bad." I am sorry to have ever done business with this company.

The blouses were beautiful, just like the pictures.
The only thing is that they were delivered in my apartment complex office and not at my door, so I couldn't pick them up right away. It takes them a few hours to process the packages.
I had a problem logging in the site, but it was solved promptly by customer service.
I've shopped at Tradesy before and was very satisfied.
Because they looked good and were fairly priced.
