This was my first time using Tradesy's services and Ican say that they exceeded my expectations. Buying and selling clothes has become more convenient thanks to this platform. Not only did I find quality items at affordable prices here, but I also received excellent service. The site is easy to use, the buying and selling process is smooth, and he support team is always ready to help with any questions.
I purchased a $720 item from Chic Finds and they cancelled the order, raised the price by $100 and refused to honor original featured price. Tradesy let them get away with "correcting their listing" and has done nothing - including dropping the vendor - despite many emails requesting that they do so.

Exactly as described. FedEx is the problem they said the attempted delivery but didn't and didn't redeliver and didn't update me on status. Please trades I use different method but besides that seller and product were great.

Product was sold as like new. A like new product should be exactly that like new. The actual product looks good I would consider it to be in great condition. Where the product fails for me is in the presentation / packaging. I received a $1000 purse wrapped in bubble wrap inside a regular box. No paperwork, no manufactures box nothing to even authenticate the product as legitimate. I am reaching out to the manufacture to confirm the legitimacy of this item as we speak.

Ordered the Tom Ford: Lost Cherry and was surprised at how fast it shipped. It was supposed to arrive on May 21, but it came two days earlier. The fragrance is authentic. I've always wanted Lost Cherry, now I finally got it, thanks to Tradesy!
Because of the ability of making monthly payments thru Affirm. I dont have to pay hundreds of dollars at once in a dept. Store or some store online, when I can make monthly payments, thus saving more money in my bank acct!.
Because this product smells so sexy. Been wanting it for like 2 years or more and finally got it, thanks to Tradesy, and Affirm! This fragrance is very popular and sells out in some places I looked and even won a beauty award, at least what another online store showed.

I've ordered the item on 10/24/2021. It took forever to arrive - finally arrived on 11/10/2021. I bought the item for birthday gift but it didn't meet the birthday since it took more than 2 weeks. In addition, it seems to be that box was re-packaged (?) - the box had two Fedex labels, one label was cut off from some other cardboard box (with address to me) and slated under the new Fedex label. Not sure what happened during the shipment because there was no explanation. It doesn't feel good that if the box was re-packaged by 'someone' after the shipper shipped because I'm not sure what other people touched the item.
Item that I bought was 'New with Tag" condition; however, the item didn't have a tag. It looks new condition but it is not with tag. I specifically bought new with tag condition so this was also little disappointment.
I had credit from my previous sales, and also it guarantee authenticity.

They should work on seller communication I sent few messages that weren't answered by the seller for a week and also ignore the fact they say seller usually ships within 3-5 days it's actually 10 days to ship
My only comment is I tried to reach out to customer service as status of my purchase was awaiting seller confirmation for few days after placing order and I was asking if the item already exist because I wasn’t getting any answer from seller also when it should be shipped, they replied quickly but saying the reached out to the seller and asked to cancel the order on my behalf !!!!! Like why !! I just needed an answer is item already there and when it will be shipped I didn’t ask for cancellation

First purchase was a disaster. I was so excited to find a brand of shoes I liked and acknowledged like new meant they may have been slightly worn, but this shoes will go straight in the garbage! They are not like new and need to be repaired if I choose to wear them. If I had come across them at a garage sale for 50 cents I wouldn't have bothered, that are that bad!

I ordered a fossil bag, when it arrived I notice right away that it didn't look new. It suppose to be a new bag, but the color looked so dull. I kept putting it in different light and it just looked older and older. I paid 159.00 I should have brought in store and paid the full price. Lesson learned. Be aware and watch what you by. I have ordered numerous times from this site and never had any issues. I also order from Canada you gotta be aware of the currency exchange. Most of the items that I have ordered and receiver were exactly as described. It takes awhile to ship the items sometimes but I usually receive the items within a week. I also love the fact that you can negotiate with the seller.
I always make sure that I properly examine all the items and ask for more pictures if necessary.
So far, I haven't been dissapointed.

I saw the bag on the site and it was very well priced. It was described as good condition with some wear marks and light scratches, but all the pictures were very clear. I bought a pair of shoes in November, paid for them and waited for delivery. In January I complained and asked for my shoes. Tradesy answer was: your shoes were delivered on December 6th. They never were. I was never given a credit or apologies or nothing.
Last summer I got Escada skirt, which suppose to be a size 8, the skirt arriving was a size 12. Of course no return, because I live in Canada.

I purchased a LV handbag which turned out to be too small. I found out their return policy is no returns only exchanges. I tried to find something else to purchase but their inventory is very old and picked over. Also, much of their inventory is overrpriced. Gucci tennis shoes are less at Gucci than on their site. Buyer be ware.

I do apologize for the confusion around our return policy. A buyer can return most items within 4 days of delivery for style/fit reason and they will receive site credit which never expires and can be used on the entire Tradesy site, it does not have to be used at the same shop you originally purchased from.
I can completely understand how frustrating the returns process can be. If you have any suggestions on how we can improve this process, please do not hesitate to us know and I can definitely share them with our returns manager. We're always looking for ways to streamline and improve our processes.
I have been shopping with Tradesy for a couple of years and overall I've been happy with the experience. This year I did have a order canceled when I looked at the sellers store I noticed that they hadn't completed any orders in the past. There has also been an increase in the number of items cross listed on multiple platforms.

I have been selling on Tradesy about 2 years and I never received any complaint from the customers. This is a website where sellers can sell clothes, accessories new and used. In their policy, Tradesy always said knockoff is a big no no. But sometimes, things happened, it is out of control. I just want to say Tradesy is a trust company where you can have a free listing and a small percentage charge. About shipping, it is depend on the sellers, not Tradesy, but if it does, it worth because they have a very nice shipping kit.
