This was my first time using Tradesy's services and Ican say that they exceeded my expectations. Buying and selling clothes has become more convenient thanks to this platform. Not only did I find quality items at affordable prices here, but I also received excellent service. The site is easy to use, the buying and selling process is smooth, and he support team is always ready to help with any questions.
I purchased a $720 item from Chic Finds and they cancelled the order, raised the price by $100 and refused to honor original featured price. Tradesy let them get away with "correcting their listing" and has done nothing - including dropping the vendor - despite many emails requesting that they do so.
Glasses are defective I will be returning to find another pair. They arrived kinda bent up and I can not wear them because they feel odd on my face. Although they are supposed to be authentic they seem like a regular cheap pair of sunglasses. I have several authentic sunglasses and these are not what I was expecting.
Great prices and reputation.
I love having a variety of sunglasses to choose from. This pair was cute.

Experience and item ordered both meh. Definitely not the customer service provided by other resale shops. The wallet I bought was advertised as NWT but it wasn't wrapped at all, tags not attached, and looks like someone sat on it for a while. Def doesn't feel or look new. Don't think I'll be back.

Shame on Jaclyn Shanfeld, a failed actress turned unethical entrepreneur. Tradesy and/or shophers.com sold me two fake handbags at the cost of used originals. BEWARE! Had both bags tested and turned out to be FAKE.

I have had the absolute worst time dealing with this company! I placed my 1st order through Affrim... the product arrived and was not what was posted. Since then I've placed 4 other orders to use my $100 credit and each time I got a email saying seller cxld order! Why isn't there some type of liaison between seller & Tradesy to verify items are still available? When speaking with a SUPERVISOR... she was lost for words when I asked her that question! Then came back with... our development team is working on that. Horrible. They can keep the money. I'll NEVER visit that site again! LC

Positive: Fast shipping, all as shown in images, and as described. Good quality.
Negative: Strong odor like deodorized kitty litter or fabric softener 'fragrance'.
Hanging up outside for a couple days and hopefully that will help dissipate the odor.

Loved the Prada handbag that I selected. It was in excellent condition, as described. Very nice and the packaging was done well. Arrived very quickly considering it came from Tokyo to the U.S. I absolutely love that they have promo codes. I highly recommend. This is my #7 high-end handbag purchase and I am not disappointed.

Let my first say I really like my new bag. It is exactly what I was looking for. (Well tried to find a hot pink one). But it is in great condition. It matches the description perfectly and it what I wanted.
I am disappointed though that it took a week before the seller shipped it. And she did not respond to my inquiry. Nevertheless I have it and it is perfect!

Did anyone else had a problem collecting from them? They would not allow their system to release the money owed to me till I mentioned a lawsuit. Then sadenly after a month of trying it became available... Hmmmm...

When the site first opened it was OK. They misrepresented the shipping charges as free (little red flag re corporate ethics), when in fact they added a charge to the cost of the item. Payouts took forever, but eventually you got paid minus commission.
Then they raised their commission rates. When asked why, was told it was to increase adverting and add sizing app functionality. None of that happened (another red flag re dishonest business practice).
Now they are hosing sellers again, by returning items that were accurately listed with a lame vague excuse re FMV, even though the item sold according to their pricing guideline. The last straw.
As a seller it is a terrible platform.

I have been searching for this bag for many years. I received one as a gift in 2007 or 2008 from my Mom, and I used it into the ground through college, graduate school, traveling, and beyond. It was falling apart, unrepairable, and I had to let her go many years ago.
Enter: Jessica, my Tradesy Angel. This bag is in perfect condition! Knowing when it was in stores so long ago, and seeing this one in person now, I am so thrilled to have her in my hands again. I cannot wait to take her out and show her off. Thank you SO MUCH. It was a fabulous experience.

Every potential buyer should be aware that once you purchase anything on trades, it is yours forever,. The only return policy in place is a trafdedsy credit, so they hold onto your money until you find something else. They say you can get a refund for misrepresentation by a seller or if the item is not as described by the sellerr or damaged; good luck... i found their customer service to be anything but helpful. Even though an item i received was clearly not what was represented, they refused to process a refund. For previously owned clothes, stick with ebay

I bought a pair of Dior shoes that listed the size as 6.5 US in the description. When they arrived, they were a 37.5 EUR. That equates to a 7.0 - 7.5 US so I quickly sent them back within their four day "return" policy and noted that the item had not been accurately described. I received a note stating they would only be giving me site credit because there was one photo whee you could see 37.5 printed on the bottom. The seller MISSTATED the size and now I'm out a deserved $200 refund because I didn't look at every photo with a magnifying glass. I took the seller's word and I got burned by both the seller AND Tradesy. Do not do business with them.

This bag has been sold out at Louis Vuitton. Louis Vuitton informed me that they no longer have a waiting list. The bag I found on this site is NEW with tags 2019! Shopping was a fun experience! Saw many other bags that are on a waiting list with Louis Vuitton. Some of those bags are also new with tags and boxes.

I thought I was going to actually purchase from this sight. That was until I emailed them and told them about the price that they had on a item. They had the original price at 78.00. This bag never retailed for 78.00. When it was brand new it retailed for 50.00
After I sent tradesy an email and pointed this out she revised the listing and took off the original price.
I also can not get over the cost of their shipping. It is very very expensive. I would be ok if they would just give you a flat rate for shipping but they charge you a high shipping rate per item. When I realized all the above I decided not to buy from tradesy based off of the above and the reviews.

The shoes were in good condition with exception of sole on one toe was loose by 1 inch back but I can have it glued back on at the shoemakers also there was a chip out of the toe of that shoe but I can touch that up.
The packing was good and the shoes are so nice. Thank you to the seller.

This was my very first time ordering (and last) from Tradesy. I purchased a pair of new Chanel sunglasses which the seller didn't even wrap... needless to say I received the glasses "flattened" and advised them right away. Seller assured me that I would be compensated and "don't worry". I emailed Tradesy 3x with NO response. If you try to call them their voicemail says "they are in a meeting" every time. This is the worst company! I will have to try and seek compensation from my Visa card. Please check their negative feedback on various sites... I wish I had prior to purchasing.

I think I might place an embargo on any item I want where the seller uses fedex to ship. My package arrived somewhat mangled (on the outside; no damage to my item thankfully) and NINE DAYS LATE. To add to my dismay, fedex has No place where you can get a live human to speak with. It's all virtual systems with unhelpful generalized replies that make you crazy. Yep, no more fedex for ne, ty.
Other than that my tradesy experience was great. My item was only slightly more worn than the seller's description led me to believe. Nothing that a good dose of brass cleaner and leather conditioner won't cure. All in all -now that I have Finally received my order- I am a happy camper.
Tldr: fedex boo, Tradesy yay.

Nice watch overall but Disappointed, the watch band is too wide it's definitely too big for the watch it doesn't fit properly in between the prongs already showing where didn't Expect to have to buy a new band when this one came with a new leather band!

I was nervous using tradesey as it was my first time and live in Australia. If I had read some of the reviews on this site I would have been very scared indeed. But I ordered a red Herve Leger dress for a good price and it arrived in great condition in a couple of weeks. I love that tradesey is dedicated to not selling fakes & if the item is fake it can be returned for a full discount, though thankfully I haven't experienced what would be that hassle. Though I didn't get email notifications like you do with eBay. I could log on to my account & track my parcel which gave me peice of mind. I love tradesey.

I'm very happy with the speed at which my item was shipped, and the quality of the packaging. I was worried that designer boots coming without their original box would be an issue, but the Tradesy black box was in excellent condition, and the boots were each wrapped meticulously to ensure no damage in transit. Found the exact wedding dress I was looking for in unused, unaltered state for under half of the sticker price. It came quickly and was exactly as described and exactly like the one I had tried on locally in a bridal salon
